Yeah, the way this is going I may just wait awhile until there's some positive news.
Good point about everyone waiting for 30. Seems to have had some resistance at 32 yesterday. It'll be interesting to see how today plays out.
Yeah, I'd like to confirm we've hit bottom before I jump back in, since we've had a few false up-ticks recently.
I'm still honing my charting skills. And while the RSI is certainly low enough and the candles seem to be showing resistance around 32, the MACD still gives me pause. I'm mainly looking at the daily charts. I've been lurking for awhile and enjoy your predictions, so I'm curious why you think 31 might be the bottom.
As for retail, yeah I'm sure there's a lot of it in this and the other 3d printing stocks. And I suspect there will continue to be more as the technology seems to be getting mentioned in a lot of mainstream news and media lately.
Do we still need to see the 10Q filed to be up-to-date on financials? If so, given the recent push to get everything current, my guess is that we see that before IND approval PR. I suspect the push to get everything current is to either attract financing or partner-up with a big player (maybe Pfizer?) to conduct the Phase I trials and/or act on the LOI for gene silencing.
Either way, these recent filings seem like a really good sign to me! If we remain patient, I think great things are on the horizon.
Go BMSN!
I bailed at 34.50. I got in at 30 (45 pre-split). I like the company long term so I was just going to buy and hold. I expected some turbulence, but I think people overreacted to the earnings/split.
I'll probably get back in when it bottoms at 30 or wherever. But I plan on being more active to just catch the legs up.
GLTA!
While we're waiting for news to drop, a few things to keep in mind:
1. The regulatory climate seems to be warming up to stem cell therapies.
2. The biotech media, and even mass media, seems to be covering stem cell news more and more.
3. BMSN has recently gotten its financials up-to-date. Most likely this is in preparation to attract financing and/or partners.
4. As someone noted here yesterday, according to Koos' Linked-In profile, he seems to be contacting investor/financial people.
5. The 30 days for the IND application are about up, and we haven't heard bad news yet. So most likely, we're approved.
6. Aplastic Anemia has already been granted Orphan Drug Status. So, once we're approved, the chance that BMSN applies for that and is awarded that status is likely.
7. BMSN is on the REG SHO List and short volume has been about 50% recently. So, we're wound up tight and shorts are gonna get squeezed hard if/when this thing takes off.
8. As has been mentioned here before, Koos has a lot of shares valued much higher than we're at and the scientists involved are going to be awarded shares based on milestone completion. In other words, their gain is our gain.
9. Finally, don't forget about the LOI for the breast cancer gene silencing therapy. The effort to attract investors/partners may be a step towards executing that goal.
All in all, things are looking really bright for BMSN this year! If you're not long, you're wrong...IMO
IRBT is up 10% in after-hours.
I'm new around here. Not sure if this is all just penny stock plays, but thought you guys might want to know that IRBT is on the move.
We're up almost 10% in after-hours! Woohoo!

Stem cell news is hitting the mainstream press! U.S. Climate Warms for Stem Cell Research
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/lauren-pecorino/stem-cell-research_b_2838331.html
On a side note, to the people that are getting antsy, here's how I see it. The regulatory climate has changed. I think 2013 is going to be a breakout year for stem cell therapies. And we're in on the ground floor with BMSN.
Who cares if we get the news tomorrow, next week, or next month? If we're approved, and I assume we are since the 30 days are about up, then this stock is going to go much, much higher. And it'll only be the beginning. If you need rent money or something, then cash out. You shouldn't be gambling. But if you're here to invest and make money, sit tight and you will. IMHO...
After the IND gets approved, I'm looking forward to the application for Orphan Drug Status. Here's an article I just saw about Orphan Drugs.

BMSN - long and strong!
I like money!
Go BMSN!
Nice post! Good summary of what we're in for here IMO.
Go BMSN!
Loving this dip! Picked up a few more shares today.
I'm hoping the PR comes out over the weekend or on Monday. We'll be wound up so tight by that point ;)
BMSN!
Yeah, this chart is looking beautiful! :)
Go BMSN!
I agree. Today is fun, but it's going to be bonkers when the news drops!
Thanks for the tip! And I agree, it looks like it's ready to run for awhile :)
Jumped back in today. Chart is lookin' good!
Wow, that's great news! I am looking forward to hearing more about BMSN's acquisition of this gene silencing treatment for cancer.
That's what's so great about BMSN! A lot of these penny stocks are just plain bad business ideas and only get play from pump and dump promos. But BMSN seems like a fledgling Biotech company that's starting to get it's gears turning and is about to start going places. I think 2013 is gonna be the year that stem cell therapies really start breaking out. And we're on the ground floor of that here with BMSN.
So yeah, it's not just the IND approval. Moving forward, I see the following:
1. Filing for Orphan Drug Status
2. Orphan Drug Status approval
3. Begin human trials
4. Updates during human trials
5. Act on their LOI to acquire the gene silencing treatment for breast cancer
6. Whatever the next steps are for that therapy after the patent acquisition.
7. And more?
So yeah, BMSN seems like a rare legitimate really long play in penny land. Getting the IND approval will instill confidence that they can follow through with these future steps. Which will also probably open them up for other sources of funding as well.
Exciting times. GO BMSN!
What chart/data are you looking at? Sure, if the IND gets rejected (not likely IMO) we could sink for a bit while they work through the FDA concerns.
As it stands, we have very strong support in the mid .009s and there's a lot of people holding strong in the .01~.016 range. So, until we get news we're either going to hold where we're at or start moving up. And when the news drops, if we're approved (likely IMO), we're going to blast off to new highs.
It doesn't hurt to have money ready on the sidelines. But you're gonna kick yourself if this blasts off and you're chasing it.
For the market, yes. For my day job, no. ;)
Nice chart analysis. I always enjoy your videos. Thanks for sharing :)
There seems to be 3 or 4 of you guys, that nobody here has ever seen before, trying to come in hard this morning talking nonsense to try to get in cheap.
Guess what? .009s are the cheap seats now. You can take it or sit on the sidelines...
LMAO! We've been consolidating for awhile now. 0.009s are a rock solid base. IND approval is either today or next week.
You can get in here, or take a time machine to the past. Those are your only two options to get in below a penny.
Yeah, I hear ya. And, whether it's legit news or not, I do think that just based on the chart and based on us being really close to the end of the IND waiting period that good things are about to happen.
I'm in for the long haul, so I'm not too concerned either way with the short term. But I would happy to see us blow up over the next couple of days :)
Is it a good point? I'm not so sure.
I'm a believer in Occam's Razor. I think it's less likely that a bunch of people have inside information and more likely that this leg of the down-trend is just over. And I think a reversal is about to begin just based on the news we already have.
I really respect all of your posts and the DD you share. So please don't take this the wrong way. I'm just sayin...
I hope this gets confirmed. It would make for an exciting end for the month!
That is their initial IND filing news, not confirmation of IND approval.
"I'm getting nervous that I thought it would be up in anticipation of ind approval."
It's up 240% since Feb 5th, the day the news about the IND filing came out. It's up 1100% over the last 3 months.
Today we have new news of an LOI for another treatment. And they've already stated they have further plans. They don't intend for Aplastic Anemia to be their only ace in the hole.
Seems to me like BMSN is just getting started. And I plan to stick around to find out.
In case people haven't seen this yet here's the talk the President of Regen BioPharma gave at "Meeting on the Mesa". It explains pretty clearly what their business model is and where they're headed:
Really glad I was able to double my position today at these bargain basement prices!
It's going to be a lot of fun to watch how the IND and LOI news develops over the coming weeks and months.
Long and strong! BMSN!
Fantastic news! Was able to double my position @ 0.01 before the word gets out. In long and strong! BMSN!
Hi guys!
I'm new to this board and am curious. What's up with the spew of posts by Morpheus? Is this normal? Is he a bot? Either way, isn't there a more efficient way of posting promising stocks than putting each one in a separate post? It makes seeing what everyone else is talking about harder than it seems like it should be.
Just my 2 cents...
LOL! Yeah, I don't know what's up with all this heavy talk on here tonight.
You don't have to be religious to believe in BMSN! ;)
Given the amount of shares out there, my guess is that IND approved status gets us to .08~.10. It might initially spike up higher, to maybe .15, but people will take profits at that point and it'll drop back for awhile.
Longer term, as the trials go on and/or they introduce new variants or other stem-cell based therapies, I could see it getting up to .25~.40. If that happens, I suspect a reverse split will happen that will push us up to ~$5 and a re-listing on the NASDAQ. From there, who knows?
I think BMSN is a good call short term, medium term, and long term. It really doesn't seem like the normal penny stock pump-n-dumps to me.
I've got my space suit on and a year supply of Tang. Let's light this candle and blast off!
IND approved in T-minus 10, 9, 8...
