Luxshare and another Chinese company, Lens Technology, are reportedly also looking to buy metal chassis plants from Taiwanese firms, as they seek to expand their presence in the iPhone ecosystem with approval from Apple.———https://www.digitimes.com/news/a20200804VL200.html
“Given they have named every partner until this PR”———great point! And so true! This must be a NDA situation—I can’t help but remember Li saying they will continue to work with “the fruit company”?
Per the Q, July volume orders for target market——July is when Apple suppliers start volume production for the new iPhone 12! ——— https://9to5mac.com/2020/06/10/iphone-12-volume-production-expected-to-begin-in-july-digitimes/amp/
Also remember the HUGE eontec working capital line of credit in June. This is needed for the Apple contract.
Keep in mind that Apple needs liquidmetal for RF transparency for 5G. Also if the Apple watch is 5G also (most likely!) It needs liquidmetal as well. The historical Apple partnership is paying off. Luxshare shows injection molding of both the front case and middle frame for what appears to be the Apple Watch on their website! —————— Pic here: http://en.luxshare-ict.com/Upload/image/20180206/20180206102625_3321.jpg —————— Page here: http://en.luxshare-ict.com/content/details43_114.html
Keep in mind that Apple encouraged Luxshare to expand just months ago! Apple knows luxshare well and wants luxshare to challenge Foxconn.
There will be no PR announcing Apple products by liquidmetal due to Apples restrictive NDA. When Apple announces liquidmetal or amorphous metal in its September event, the PPS will skyrocket.
The window of opportunity is literally between now and the Apple event.
85,000,000 iPhones plus millions of watches....good luck to all long’s!

Correction: $63,000,000.
Flashback: a $50 stock price prediction for Liquidmetal due to the possibility of Apple using this miracle metal (link below). Imagine if Apple truly does use it!
I’d be happy with $5 today. But, Apple is selling so many more iPhones now—the market is so much bigger!!! As a result, $5 would be an easy reach. One analyst expects 85,000,000 iPhones next year (link below)—a measly $3 each to liquidmetal means $255,000,000 in revenue.
nasdaq!!!!!
It’s amazing how far this stock has come with its manufacturing capabilities. It’s truly ready now—unlike 10 years ago. Li has established the manufacturing, the raw materials, and the partnership with Liquidmetal via the PLA to make this the Win-Win relationship of the century. AND he backed it up with $43,000,000 of his own money. What an opportunity for us all!
I can only post once per day, so I’ll end this post with good luck to all LQMT longs—long and strong!

Tesla battery day soon. If the anode/cathode is liquidmetal, and iphone12 has it inside, we are seriously gonna skyrocket.
Anyone with a link showing an eontec delay in releasing financials?
Appleinsider says this: ..... (Kuo) provide highly accurate reports and analysis of Apple and its plans.

Thanks for the DD and the link! That’s a good sign about the China market for Apple.
Nice point
Thanks for the DD
Great post
Makes sense
According to Kuo, the new design (injection molded, etc) is expected to be a vital selling point that will lead to rise in the revenue and profitability of suppliers.
85,000,000 iPhones per year will certainly change a supplier’s revenue! At just $3 profit per unit that’s $255,000,000! that, plus the Apple hype, and the production/material advantages = $5 per share easy.
Such a profound post!
For case manufacturers, Apple’s “nurture, seize, kill” strategy towards suppliers has entered the final stage.

This is because Apple is changing the case to liquidmetal. The old CBC method is dead.
Exactly
Looking good!
Who makes the eontec die cast machines?
Yes it’s rare but since it’s an Apple give away to a new tech I’m worried they will try to mask it somehow until Apples dog and pony show.
the timing of eontec’s working capital loan supports the rollout. The only thing we don’t know is the terms of the equipment purchase—I hope it is a straight up purchase and not a lease or a drip plan purchase. I’m worried some purchase options won’t show the immediate impact.
“According to the source, Wistron’s business in Kunshan is the company’s only iPhone production base.”
This is the same location that bought $68,000,000 USD this spring—iPhone production, new equipment=liquidmetal. Keep in mind that Wistron already had equipment to manufacture the current style of iPhone.

Link 2: https://www.patentlyapple.com/patently-apple/2020/03/apple-supplier-expects-50-of-their-revenue-to-come-from-plants-outside-of-china-due-to-covid-19-by-2021.html
Nice DD—India, China, and now US (thanks to trumps trade restrictions). Wistron’s equipment investment was in—you guessed it—India, China, and US. With apples blessing—part of Apples plan. This is liquidmetal.
Follow the machines—quote. “Despite the coronavirus outbreak, Wistron has continued expanding its capacity worldwide, with plans to invest US$46.8 million in its plant in Texas, the US, a maximum of US$68.05 million to acquire equipment for its plant in Kunshan, China, and a maximum of US$76 million to purchase equipment for a plant in India.”
Link: https://9to5mac.com/2020/03/26/production-outside-china/
“Luxshare is purchasing two Chinese subsidiaries of Wistron”
If the second subsidiary is the Texas wistron greentech location—this will likely be Apple/liquidmetal.
Especially since wistron bought millions of new equipment for both the Texas and Kunshan locations earlier this spring! See link below.
Remember that Apple requires closed loop recycling! Interesting also that Eutectix was listed in the liquidmetal partnership as a “recycling operation necessary for trade restrictions”. See link at end for proof.
So eutectix recycles for eontec/yihao with liquidmetal/eontec machines—and greentech recycles for wistron—now luxshare. Closed loop gents.
Yihao and luxshare (via wistron) are the liquidmetal suppliers you Apple.
Exact quote: “Eutectix is uniquely able to provide US-based, high-volume alloy fabrication and recycling operations, which are essential for managing trade restrictions”. Link: https://eutectix.com/about/eutectix-news/eutectix-liquid-metal-bmg/
Redundancy, check. Apple blessing, check. Follow the equipment, check. Reason for eontecs huge working capital loan, check. AIP, 5G, BMG (106c), SEPTEMBER!
Was the PPS increase and volume jump a few days ago related to this transaction????!!!
Also: Wistron is a key supplier of antennas to Apple. Makes sense that Wistron would sell now that AIP is Apples direction. Plus the report said that Apple was part of the negotiations and asked Wistron to contribute its capabilities to Luxshare as part of the deal. AIP, 5G, BMG.
Follow the machines: Despite the coronavirus outbreak, Wistron has continued expanding its capacity worldwide, with plans to invest US$46.8 million in its plant in Texas, the US, a maximum of US$68.05 million to acquire equipment for its plant in Kunshan, China, and a maximum of US$76 million to purchase equipment for a plant in India.
https://9to5mac.com/2020/03/26/production-outside-china/
“The decision [to sell the facility] is with Apple's consent and it's part of Apple's plan," a source with direct knowledge of the deal said. "Later Luxshaure will start to do iPhone assembly in China, while Wistron will focus on iPhone manufacturing in India."
Apple also asked Wistron to share some of its know-how regarding iPhone production with Luxshare, sources said. Apple is a key client of both Wistron and Luxshare.
https://asia.nikkei.com/Business/China-tech/China-s-Luxshare-buys-iPhone-plant-to-strengthen-Apple-ties
Luxshare has purchased an iPhone plant for $472 million dollars.
Wistron is a MAJOR customer of Eontec! (Did someone say—Follow the machines?)

No credibility at all: The Epoch Times is an international multi-language newspaper and media extension of the Falun Gong new religious movement...
Face ID camera on yihao site looks a lot like Prossers Apple prediction on Twitter. Just saying...but no actual proof.
Thanks for reposting. Josh’s work here is amazing.
Thanks! Makes sense. 106c was after the CIP—which is good for us.
Yes, exactly
Exactly. Also the Apple iPhone 4 had serious antenna issues with the stainless steel frame. All the more reason for them to switch to BMG given the 5G requirements for the antenna.
