True, a lot depends on what happens with the potential merger with CGFIA. Right now thats where a lot of the the value of Amnp lies. I think we'll see lots of waffling back and forth with this stock PPS until deal is struck or not struck.
Should be good. Looking forward to the future. Not only could it make money but it could very well become a takeover target with the little debt that this has.
I could live with the overhead costs. I don't like the cost of sales being 25% of sales.
Still the financials look great!
Heres the last annual for 2011.
BS looks very good with only 46K debt (accounts payable-totally normal and expected. This just represents unpaid bills at Dec. 31.)
Net income was 200K. on like 600K of sales. That is freaking outstanding by anyones standard.

Cash Flow vs Net Income(Loss)
Attn: Trustunits
Umm are you referring cash flow or net income? I don't think cash received from sales of shares would affect the Net income amount. Stock issued for cash will show up on the statement of cash flow.
Net income = Sales - Expenses (shares issues are not accounted for here).
Statement of Cash Flow =
Net income(loss)
+- adjustments from operations (adding back deprec. exp.)
+- adjustments from investing (buying/selling land building etc)
+- adjustments from Financing(issuing/buying stock etc)
Whether or not Net Income or Cash flow is most important depends on who you talk to. Finance guys prefer cash flow, accounting and the investors care about earnings (net income).
Both Cash flow and Net income are good predictors of value of the firm. Just in different ways. We want to see Net income as it shows the firm is capable of operating a business and making money from it. Technically your overall cash flow can look good but it could be from issuing shares or selling land and buildings for cash. Its not uncommon to see major companies not show positive cashflow from operations but positive overall cash flow from all three areas (operations, investing and financing) combined. Its also common to see firm issue or buy shares and increase or decrease cash flow accordingly.
What happens to shares of CGFIA if a merger takes place. Do they shares prior to merger become restricted?
Yes something is up. Tied to cgfia and it's success. Could be gi-normous. LoL
OK, thats what I thought. Thought I missed the boat there for a second. LOL.
Thanks
Wasn't this trading at .09 a few days ago? Why does IHUB show yesterdays price as .002? I'm confused here.
Now I see trading. Level II shows small amount of resistance now and then it goes to .09 and up.
Lets see if buyers come in.
On my iPhone bow and Ihubs streamer isn't showing anything for any stock. Could be ihub thing.
If amnpd isn't showing bids it asks. Could be a admin thing. It sure since R/S has taken place. One Possibility could be deal with cgfia. But don't want to think that's Happening just yet. So let's see if anything happens over the next hours.
Level II
50 x .07. Vert
475 x .098. Csti
50 x .099 Nite
50 x .125. Etrf
1 X 200 Maxm
I think lots depend on permit with cgfia. Well know more about that in a month. Cgfia has sent in paperwork to my knowledge.
It looks promising IMO. I say hold the course. Wish I had as Manu shares as you!
But if it were truly tanking it would be at .0001 and no bids for days, weeks, month on end (like HPNN). So until we hear something, those with long interest have two choices: (1). Sell everything or (2) Hold on and see what happens.
No offense taken. I totally get it. There are people here that have been with MMTE for years. I, personally have only been here for about half a year or so.
All we can do is wait on WL to communicate something.
We're in a holding pattern now. Time will tell what's up. No MM on the sell side except one ($30 ask). It ain't over until its over. Who knows what's up at this point. We have to wait this out. There ha to be a play here. No sense in doing R/S for the fun of it. Owners only benefit if the stock price goes up. If they benefit, then so do we. We can only wait and see now. We're in it to win it now.
I don't know that we know MMTE and TTXP were ever going to form a merger. That was just pure speculation based on WL being affiliated with both companies. For all we know WL is working two deals that are completely independent of each other. We may be surprised to find out that MMTE will have no relation to TTXP. Further me may find out that the relationships is more complex than we imagine. Point being, we just don't know. At this point, we know nothing about the fate or MMTE (granted this is very frustrating for investors). So we should not rush to judgement about bad plays or whatever. We have waited a while so we might as well wait a bit longer until things unfold.
Only if, there is a merger between MMTE and TTX*. And then we dont' know the what the exchange would be. I'll agree that this is very confusing being left in the dark, but if we have waited this long we might as well wait a bit longer. MMTS pps is not improving but its not dropping like a rock either so thats good. Time will tell. At least something is happening. We just don't really know if any of it will affect MMTE.
Level II looks great all the way to dollar land! Once buyers come in, hold on. Things are lining up for the company to do well.
short set back but Level II looks like we are headed back up to .09 and beyond. Just need some more buyers now.
Lot will be known in the next month. Even more in following month if/when permit is approved. If you bought just hold the course! Lots to be made here once mill is operational. Assays show lots of gold and silver in the ground. So money will/can be made!
Could go higher. Level II looked liked it might be headed back up but will have to wait and see what MM's do on Monday.
Hold hold hold. No takers at .09!! Top ask $200.
There's a reason why this thing was up 600% yesterday. Big things ahead! Assays for potential merger partner much better than expected(twice as good).
Let's hold the line folks. More upside to this than .12..
.39 showing on level II. Let's get there!!
Lets hit .15 and up! Wooo Hoooo!
Something has to up. Stock goes to $1.50 on R/S. I would think that it would R/S up a few pennies or maybe a quarter. To R/S up to 1.50 must mean something big is up.
Not to my knowledge. Neither has revenues. Both firms have projects and concessions. My interest was purely due to my speculation that at some point the concessions/projects would yield revenues and eventually profits.
If permit is approved for CGFIA then its pps will increase to .003 or better initially (IMO). Could be more depending on Assay results. Combined with Amnpd, things could get get better.
Pinky's are sketchy but I do believe that one type of pinky that seems to thrive are mining companies. They are made for Pinky land. Firms issue stock. Proceeds are used to buy land cheap and then the firm merges or is taken over by a firm that can actually mine the minerals etc.
Thats why I'm here.
Don't see how its not going to happen if there is a merger. If no R/S wouldn't that mean more dilution for CGFIA as they would have to exchange tons of shares for acquired company?
It might help if WL would talk to the public. Even if he states the obvious and/or gives us what Maestro gives us, it would be nice and help with investor confidence. I'm keeping the faith, but man its hard when the guy doesn't ever say anything. LOL
Yes, so you think CGFIA will Reverse split? What do you think the split will be? 1:15, 1:100, 1:1,000?
Guess I'll hold on to my amnpd since it might convert over to some CGFI@ stock.
Is the deal with Ampn# still on or in play? Level II for Ampn# looks great, but don't know what it means. Any info or insight?
Uplist in future? Merger? JV? or just bad move. What do you think. I have not heard anything of a merger/JV. I hoping for the best. Anyone with an opinion (other than its a scam).
AMNPD back to trading: Level II
Level 2 as of 12:08 EST.

.50 50 CTSI
$200 1 MAXM
Wonder whats up for the future of this stock and CGFI#. Anybody with any thoughts or info?
20,000 shares traded at .02 this morning. I would love to see that .50 come up.
That is the million dollar question! Literally!!!
I'd like to know the answer to this one myself.
I saw. PM'd you as well with some questions.
Did anyone other than me see that 1000 share sale for $.38? What is going on here. I know about the merger possibility with CGFIA. I have nice amount of shares.
PoTg was another one. Granted it was a pure pump but it did go from sub penny to nearly a dollar in a few months.
Check out the $4 ask.
POTG was pure hype show up from near zero to nearly a dollar in no time. That is why we all play this game I guess. Hoping to get in on the next POTG before it goes south. CGFIA is a much better investment than POTG however so we should see rewards in due time.
What's the deal the Level 2? This appears to be great news worthy of someone bidding? Even if they fail to obtain the permit for the POW, can't the firm still mine (via another source) or does the ability to mine anything from the concessions depend on the permit? Help me understand the underlying issue here.
