He can't direct his anger at the crooks who screwed him over......because he continues to hope they'll find some way to pump up the share price to a level where he can sell and break even.
So......he vents his whiny bullshit on "bashers".
C'mon fool....what legit auditor takes phone calls from investors and tells them the progress of the audit. That's plain stupid, that's not only an ethical lapse that no auditor would make, but almost certainly a contractual violation of their agreement with the company.
Somebody is lying about emails and phone calls with the auditor.
Pouvoir?
Why would an auditor answer questions from investors? They shouldn't talk about the audit AT ALL.
Most people figured that out some time ago.
Not Condor. He believes AABB's press releases and financials! Perfect mark.
He's a real person....but his name ain't Chris Torres, and he has no say in what goes on in the company. He's a paid spokesmodel, and a very poor actor.
For his sake, hope he was smart enough to get paid in cash and not in restricted shares.
Anybody associated with MSL should not assume their legal troubles are over. It might just be starting......
Nils could have filed that Form 4 two years late and it wouldn't matter. This company is a non-filer, they are not required to file Form 4's.
Non-filers like BMXI don't have to file Form 4's at all. I have a feeling good ole Nils is pulling a fast one.
There's no "clean" money here.
Lordy, Condor......you got issues, beyond just being taken for a pile of money by con-men.
Old news is better than nothing?
Laying low. Probably some legal actions made him scurry for the exit....IMO.
Don't like speculation? Too bad, here's some speculation......there will be no audit. And no uplisting.
There will be more excuses though....hope they make it good and entertaining.
Those darned volcanoes!
When promoting a non-existent mine like that Guerrero Mine starts wearing thin....a good way to solidify with the longs is to actually lease some worthless concessions. Even drill a few holes and commission a report or two.
Cheap investment considering the payoff ($150 million more or less).
You've started drinking a little earlier than usual, Dodger.
Doesn't matter where the land being promoted was.....
...it's about the lying. And the crooks running AABB are prolific liars.
AABB is not a Mexican company. And they are publicly traded in the U.S.
You're trying to say the SEC has no jurisdiction with AABB? I think you're losing focus here, Condor.
Gimme a break!!
This is what happens to mining scams like AABB....eventually:
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/lr-26032
Sometimes promoters and enablers (like you) get dragged into these cases.
Wow, this post from a year ago really foreshadowed the SEC complaint that was issued today! Promoting the non-existent Sage Hen claims, bogus gold recovery technology, lots of lies in every PR.
They (Johnson and Atkins) have been doing this same game for a decade or longer, with the help of Chaffee and Jenkins. So why prosecute this one??
My bet is that their Twitchell Dam remediation promotion was their big mistake. Brought government agencies into the mix when it was found that MSL was billing for work not done.......and govt investigators got to work. Bottom line....they got greedy.
Do you not realize the market is closed today? Your comment is dumber than usual.
I suppose little white lies like that are common.....but the thing that grabbed my attention was the saggy skin cure promotion! Why wouldn't they proudly include that in their promotional schtick.......?? Given that many OTC investors are on the older side....why not cover all their bases? I can see that my younger days of field mapping with no sun blocker on are starting to do some bad things to my skin....I might need that cure!
This is what they were claiming:
Remember Chaffee? Their geologist Jenkins? This company has lived on the edge for 15 years. They have claimed they've been a mining company since 1908....a lie. They took a mining company that had been defunct since the 1930's, was resurrected as an OTC promoting a cure for saggy skin. Then shifted to promoting million ounce gold mines (most of which were nothing more than abandoned diggings on federal lands).
Not a gold bug. Logging thousands of feet of silicified rhyolite.....boring as hell. The geology of other kinds of ore deposits can be a lot more interesting. Carbonatites, way cooler. Porphyry systems are awesome. Pegmatites, the best!
It would be so easy for Nils to be transparent and provide some key info. Instead, all the "info" on their website is how useful gold is, what an awesome investment, etc. I think most investors are already fans of gold and don't need that kind of hype.
But the perfect grammar and spelling! So impressive! Never has a mining scam been pumped with such perfect language!
You sure like to go on and on and on defending mining scams. With perfect grammar and no misspellings.
How would you do that?
Only 20 miles from a real mineral discovery!!! Sheez......right out of the Penny Playbook.
There were lots of idiots. What could possibly go wrong with a serial securities scamming company like WSRC getting a govt. contract?
One mining scam down, dozens to go.
Lol ...that dam cleanup project is unrelated but will be in the courts for a long time. Civil probably but who knows, maybe criminal too.
And.....another toxic note. Seems somebody knew an 8k was coming, broke down through $0.30 barrier v. early today before it came out. Hmmm....
I'll take the Messiah explanation.
And you? Pls explain why you are so focused on other posters when the company you're invested in has strung you along for years?? You're angry at the wrong people, IMO.
Awesome!!!! These guys have been scamming for years and years, finally nailed!!
I wonder if Jenkins will get pulled into this!?
Thousands of feet of drilling and no discovery. They need to put a good spin on it......geological knowledge gained, allows models to be fine-tuned, etc. and hope that investors are sophisticated enough to understand. And patient enough.
Or issue a crypto coin or NFTs.
You seem obsessed with my hair. I'm flattered but maybe less time fantasizing about me and more time figuring out why a "leader in gold exploitation" can't be more transparent?
Hey, Ramalio, how about providing some actual info or opinions about the company and their operations for a change?
How do you feel about a company issuing a dollar value on a gold mine with no exploration and no feasibility? Does that bother you at all? No?
That is ironic, considering their name.
And how many of the properties (only one of which is currently producing) do they really own? My understanding is that they are leases, JVs, etc. It is hard to tell if they actually own anything except maybe some equipment.
I don't think "exploitation" was an error. They don't do exploration.
Yes, that's pretty amazing.
I have personally collected rock samples at an exploration drift 7300 feet below the surface. It was a little warm.
That's exactly my point. BMXI calls themselves a leader in "gold exploitation" yet can't do the simplest, most basic things like issue an occasional technical report or do an audit.
They update their "X" page pretty well....with info that cannot be verified. A "net value" of a gold mine with no exploration, no feasibility?? Huge red flag.
