11.5MM....
I'm holding out right now for successful MinnPack and even greater response PPS
Might not be hiding anything. Black might have everything on track to launch the MicroFill at the November MinnPack where it will create a buzz that will serve as the launching pad for the company.
What I am starting to get concerned about is what will happen to the share price and the OS before the day comes that they launch the MicroFill machine.
HNSS
I just want to see HNSS grow and have Black and the investors profit from the increased revenues. So far many of us have given Black the benefit of the doubt and put our trust in his management decisions to create a successful company.
So many times on the pinks you see moves, such as reverse splits followed by dilution, made by management that tend to box out the investors and give all the profit to the company owners/management.
I know I have seen this action in past companies in related industries where the company had a promising business model but individual shareholder's pockets were picked by company management through several reverse split and dilution cycles before the company stopped trading and management made off with the profits.
I do not want to see this happen to a company with so much potential. Hopefully management realizes this and understands what needs to be done to bolster investor sentiment while solidifying our trust in management's decisions on the company's path. As part owners of Healthnostics, we deserve to know what the company's goals are, and how and when Black plans to get us there.
Certain iHub posters are right; This is the pinks and companies are not required to give us any information. But, if you are CEO of a legitimate business (not some pink pump and dump like we see everyday), why would you NOT want to give your investors information that will validate and corroborate their investment decisions? If you are running an honest company with a plan for exponential growth, wouldn't you want to be as open and honest as possible in order to bring in the kind of investors that will want to own your company and watch you grow for years or even decades?
My apologies for rambling, this started off short and sweet...
HNSS
Just got done reading through the day's posts. Lots of valid concerns in my opinion. Hopefully Black sees our concerns and understands that there are certain things a company needs to do for its investors if it wants to keep them.
Also, it would be nice to know Black has his investor's interests in mind AS WELL AS growing HNSS. A lot of us have put in a lot of time and money and are trusting Black to create a successful company that rewards not only HNSS management, but its investors as well.
HNSS
Yep.
MicroFill launch at MinnPack = confirmation of HNSS legitimacy.
No launch w/ some excuse = huge loss of trust in management.
If HNSS is not going to have the MicroFill ready for launch at MinnPack, they will have to release some sort of verifiable details about the machine and when it will be ready to launch in order to retain some small level of investor confidence.
From the shareholder's POV, MicroFill @ MinnPack is it. I hope Black and Company realize the gravity of launching the MicroFill as it will be the first way investors will have hard evidence that HNSS is succeeding in its business plan.
HNSS
That would make HNSS a billion dollar company. Don't really see that happening.
It just depends on what happens over the next few months. Will Black come through with the MicroFill and launch at the MinnPack in November? Will it be as game-changing to the packaging industry as we hope?
If everything lines up for the MicroFill business, I could see HNSS increasing its market cap dramatically, depending on the demand from customers for the more efficient packaging machine.

I was buying last week as well. I definitely think its more flippers than anything else. Showing up on the pennystock sites doesn't help because it just attracts more flippers who come in and try and drive the price down to pick up shares and then sell them at the ask. Wash rinse repeat. Not conducive to someone with a longer term outlook like myself.
HNSS
I asked Etrade staff if setting a GTC sell order for your shares does anything to keep others from using your shares to short with. The answer was that it didn't...
HNSS
And yet they weren't out in full force today. I can't get a hold the trading here.
HNSS
Lets support that bid and keep flippers from dropping it down to .0012 and selling at .002.
HNSS
lol, he was talking about the large lots that have been lumped on the ask lately Blue. All those shares on the ask are making it very hard to create any upward momentum. My guess is we have a whole group of flippers that are manipulating the prices to suit their trading.
We won't move up until we get rid of them.
HNSS
Volume last week was 6,310,802 at an average closing price of .001825. You're going to tell me you actually believe HNSS diluted last week? Even if they sold every share of the total volume(which I know for a fact they didn't), HNSS would have only made $11,517.21.
I thought you said HNSS was worth $3-$5 per share?
HNSS
NITE undercut the .0023 ask by putting a huge chunk of shares for sale at .0022. They've been doing it all day.
HNSS
Right now the resistance seems to be .0022. The more shares bought at .0022, the more shares are piled on...
HNSS
Ask is stacked now. Need people to start buying at the ask if they want to get shares.
HNSS
Hmmm... just did a test.
Here is the scenario.
ASK: NITE 5000
ETMM 100k
Put in an order that took out the SECOND person on the ask (ETMM) and passed up NITE. Then the rest of the order was filled by NITE who then moved to the bid to buy shares. Perfect example of shorting at the ask and moving to the bid to cover? Seems like they are trying to suppress any sort of price increase here.
HNSS
Conspiracy theories abound!
HNSS
You are exactly right. HNSS diluted for $911 this morning so they could pay their electric bill.
Thanks for bringing entertainment value to the board, no matter how delusional you are.
HNSS
Looking at the ask, its going to be a tough climb through the 2's. We have to remember that not everyone is in HNSS to see the long term success of the company.
Lots of shares were bought between .0011 and .0015 and we will see lots of selling in the 2's for a trader to get his 100% gain. Hopefully the naysayers on the board remember that and don't immediately assume large selling is dilution...
We'll make it through the 2's easily when we hear news on the MicroFill/MinnPak status.
HNSS
Based on the average daily volume, I think alot of us are top heavy. I'm thinking that will change once HNSS launches the Micro-Fill and buzz is generated within the packaging community about the new product. Investors will want in and we will become more liquid with less flipper manipulation.
HNSS
I was thinking that as well, maybe the MM's or traders figure HNSS really IS legit and want to get out before they have to pay more?
Today might be a tough battle in HNSS-land
HNSS
Shorts are covering! That's what it is, they had to knock it down early to cover their asses.
Taking screen shots with time stamps, this can't be legal.
HNSS
How does someone manipulate the system and purchase 32% below yesterday's closing? If I can do that, I'd like 10 million shares at .0012 please.
Thanks
HNSS
Getting tired of this...
HNSS
Is my clock slow or did we just have a pre-market trade?
I show 100,000 @ .0015 at 9:25am.... 32% drop pre market? These are the BS games we have to deal with now..
HNSS
Ah, forced patience. I think we could all use that sometimes haha.
HNSS
If the ask is showing 5k and seems to have unlimited shares, well, that's a block seller and means only one thing, new shares are hitting the market.
Bought lots last two weeks when it was in the teens. Want to compare holdings?
We've got a long way to go, but with a little patience I think we will start to see why we invested in HNSS and Mr. Black.
HNSS
How does that happen?
HNSS
My opinion is that there is real value in HNSS, in Black and in the Micro-Fill machine. Whether the value is realized this year or next makes no difference to me as I have faith in the company.
In my view, the only difference is whether I'll be paying short-term or long-term capital gains taxes on my HNSS profits.
Good luck to everyone who has put their trust in Black. Things seem to be coming together nicely.
HNSS
Looking forward to hearing more on the Micro-Fill status. Hopefully Black and his team are able to complete the MF and have a working unit so they can sign the contract for the MinnPak show.
Patience will be key here as the trade show is still almost 2 months away AND, as others have stated, even if the Micro-Fill is a roaring success at the trade show we probably won't start seeing profit from sales for a few months.
Lets have a great week!
HNSS
We should be at .01 already, that is a market cap of $300k. HNS Fund Co made almost a million in 3 months...
HNSS
Great find Blue, that article really spells out how the Micro-Fill is set up for success (provided it comes out on time and works as promoted). Companies hoarding cash, combined with spending more on equipment means the Micro-Fill has a chance to excel in its niche market.
Hope good things are to come for HNSS and its shareholders.
HNSS
More like day traders are walking the pps down by selling one tick below the ask. With the huge spread, they just want to be able to buy at the bid and sell at the ask.
No news? People must have realized the potential we have here and are making sure they get their shares before the Micro-Fill launch.
If everything goes as planned, companies will be lining up to have this state of the art machine in their facilities. Not too mention, some big companies that might want to own the patents outright will be looking at making offers for HNSS...
HNSS
How does the ask move from 17 to 16 after a sell to the bid? Is someone that desperate to get out that they would drop their ask after a bid whack?
