I kinda picture BL getting on the horn and calling his lawyer(s)/Vets and saying "I would like to talk to you about a little test market I would like to conduct and it will mean upfront lifetime PHR's for you and your staff worth thousands of dollars of future years of subscription costs which you will never need to pay, to conduct this test, and see if my ideas work, not to mention a cumulative monthly income for you the owner!....That would be a start with an initial sales force of one...Bob Lorsch....JMO....Tiffer
Until BL realizes that it will take a grass root sales program to sell the PHR then we will do poorly in the domestic market. We need to initiate all those office workers I have mentioned in past posts to initiate one on one sales and full explanation of usage by the office worker who already has a PHR for our hard to sell product!..BL shows a smattering of this thought when he encourages us all to buy a PHR..He just needs to pursue his gut feeling (that he showed by encouraging all of us) more aggresively!...JMO....Tif (Avon seems to have the right idea! I have high hopes for China and sure looking forward to what comes out of that meeting with Unis-Tongh at the upcoming show...I think it will be very positive or Unis would not even be there to talk about anything unless it was a positive update of ongoing Henan province progress and our products being utilized there in the Unis "Cloud", and of course contact with potential other business affiliations at the show.....JMO...Tif

Regarding the proposed merger with those other companys!...My big hope is that hopefully China and Australia will suffice to help or eliminate the "burn" rate....Even my old blue tick coon dog had better sense then to follow racoons into the water where the racoons would crawl on top of dogs and drown them! That bridge that BL proposes will go over troubled waters and bridge may well collapse and we find our good name in lawsuits from local, county, state, federal entitys, personal injury and on and on....Simply not worth it to be involved with those "RACOONS" no matter how many lawyers they have fighting lawsuits and charges!...JMO..Sid

Thanks T...good DD as usual but still bothers me on why milestones not reached when such benefits are in place which you say exist!....There would be no need to contact policyholders when salespersons have very direct personal contact with all their clients!...something not quite right in the whole scenario!
The specifics of the Chartis agreement have never been made public!..I garner from past posts of conjecture that whenever any policyholder decides to become a user instead of a member then that is where policy holder pays up front! revenues really kick in!...If salesperson has no monetary incentive to promote the product then the whole scheme is a total wash! Thats the difference between a member versus user....user pays money...nothings free!....So called milestones that BL has referred to in the past will never come to fruitation unless BL and Chartis made in totally beneficial to Chartis salesperson to benefit financially...perhaps our product is just being used to entice new policyholders and salesperson would benefit from that..None of us probably will never know unless specifics are released on what the heck they are doing!...One thing is clear, even with the Chartis restructuring, salespersons are still working everyday and sales of PHR are minimal, "milestones" not reached!...something is not right there in my opinion! which is...Salespersons get minimal benefits, of any nature, out of any transaction, or they would be pushing it!
There again I felt that when they made that deal they blew away the most important factor....They forgot about the salemen who were supposed to sell that PHR!...They should have put together a program where (using erroneous figures) salesperson gets 2 dollars a month(cumulative) per sale...Chartis gets 2 dollars and MMRF gets the rest!...also there is no revenue generated from "free". Insurance salesmen are dependent on policy holders they sale too giving them a cumulative monthly income over their base salary and the PHR retail sales would have exploded if MMRF had done it right in the first place....THEY IGNORED THE SALESPERSON!...jmho....Tiffer
Can you picture a lawyer, doctor, or any other boss handing their employee say 20 of those new retail cards with ID of employee as selling person?? I can, and then watch sales soar when said employee sales like crazy to get their lifetime PHR membership!....Tiffer
MMRF has completely ignored the employees of any medical, legal, or for that matter any paper based entity that could benefit from our products! Unless you give those employees the goal of achieving a lifetime PHR membership thru stated number of retail sales of our PHR to their respective clients/patients then the whole ploy of just $$ to the doctors or whomever is a total wash! MMRF provides NO incentive for any employee at ANY entity they choose to cajole into doing business with MMRF. If employees are not exposed to benefits for themselves then they could care less about promoting our products for their bosses!...BL does not realize that he could activate thousands of sales persons with a plan to benefit those folks!...He just does not seem to get the psych. of employees thinking to themselves "Whats in it for Me?" besides my boss getting his cut from me selling this PHR!....JMO...but true...Tiffer

Trust me, BL knows what he's doing. He's been here before. imo ....MMRF was given this business plan many months ago and they led me to believe it was a good plan but I see no followup and you say "Trust Me, Bl knows what he's doing"?...Why then no launch in years past on this "NEW" Retail card which he touts as a similar take off of his Prepaid telephone card in the past!..Why didn't he start this years ago! I agree BL knows what he is doing and BIG projects take priority but I will continue to feed ideas to generate revenue and I think he would really appreciate that, as he has demonstrated by conference calls specifically targeting ideas from everybody! FCC excerpt shows differently!.....renewal form, for example. Also, if the fax number is listed on a public directory or website and it does not specifically state that unsolicited faxes are prohibited, it is also legal to send a fax to this party.

The "Air War" is pretty much winding down and I do not expect many more targets that MMRF can sensationalize on now! MMRF needs "Boots On The Ground" and must face the fact that it takes real salesmen talking to potential buyers instead of the unrealistic hope for the "ether" to entice customers! I feel that MMRF could at least drop well written, color, single sheet promotional info explaining benefits for employees, owners money making opportunitys, unlimited fax, etc. etc, into the FAX machines of any business with paper records and lots of clients! There are plenty of employees that would look at the benefits for them&owner(s) if they picked that info out of their FAX machine and bring it to the attention of the boss, whereas e-mails are just automatically deleted! Plenty of outfits on the internet where you can buy FAX addresses for literally all businesses in ALL professions worldwide....I believe they garner all that thru all the yellow pages in the world where legitimate businesses provide FAX numbers....Will MMRF do it??...Maybe...Bob does read all of our posts so we will see!..MMRF should really give lifetime PHR memberships to employees of any business when they reach certain amount of PHR membership/users sold and then of course the owner of the business continues to accumulate a monthly payout based on total users of PHR which his employees continue to sale especially now that they are trained with their own PHR's!...WIN WIN SITUATION!! Hopefully MMRG gets a large pharmacy/retail conglomerate in Japan to partner with and get those retail PHR cards out there for sale, which would surly lend impetus to our proprietary concept of Patient controlled PHR being fed from the doctors input to the Fujitsu cloud system! Our patents may hopefully come into play then! Guess we will see how this all pans out!

As some imply that Kodak spent $$'s on our MMR-Pro machine is not quite factual...All Kodak did for us was enter our software in their computer based fax machine and stick a MMRG logo on the exterior! That exact same machine is sold to all our competitors and we will always have the option of other fax machine companys to also integrate in their computer based machines!...Kodak has sold a lot of these type fax machines to many companys and I still believe Kodak has a lot of "KODAK MOMENTS" in the future!....JMO...Tiffer
A restructured Kodak with ongoing operations entailing their most prevalent money makers will be the norm as it is with many companys who have went thru these situations before! My conclusion is that Bob Lorsch has put everything he could possibly do to make this company generate tangible revenues and in doing so it has bought his net worth down considerably! All he wants now is take the 20 yard loss on his gamble and get his money back. My hope now is that he remains CEO with his current management team and forge forward with other entitys money and also with his unknown shares/mangement team's shares/all of our common stock share investments and continue long enough to see one of the many irons in the fire flourish and kill the "burn rate" and get into an all black balance sheet..I still believe in his vision and nobody could have forecast the world economy going into the can!...It will make me feel a lot more positive when I see that Unis-Tongue executive with Bob at the upcoming show...Still in for the long run and trusting Bob's integrity and past charitable work which protrays an honest man!......Tiffer
Meandering around the CES floor with patent attorneys in tow seems to lend some validity to patents that hopefully will lead to a merger with reputable company(s). The China connection bothers me the most because I had such high hopes on revenues coming in from that quarter...doubtful now!...Its apparent Bob Lorsch has no hopes in that direction either based on MMRF's 8K's giving us a glimpse of his thinking and the value he is placing on his holdings!....14 cents a share....JMO....Tiffer
I have supported this company for years and believed in the future of this company but when I think of China and the hugh revenues that could possibly come from 10's of millions of chinese users of the Unis/MMRF agreement and now watch Bob Lorsch enter into negotiations to give up control of the company he initiated then I ask myself...WHY?....It would be insane to share that revenue with anybody, much less give up your majority of shares in the company you started!...Something is not right, and I wish Bob Lorsch would level with all of us on what has transpired, in China especially, to provoke him to vacate his major stake in the company he founded!....concerned invester..Tif.
