""""Well, you're just wrong. RHL's collateral for their loan is the assets of MMR. Think about it for 2 seconds. RHL loans the company money, and as collateral for non-payment, it holds a security interest in the assets of the borrower (MMR) Bob's stock can't possibly come into play""""................................................................................................. There are 2 different entitys that you seem to be lumping into 1...RHL group OWNs over 60 million shares of MMRF stock and Bob Lorsch owns other stock within the company just as all of us do although he acquired his thru various means such as salary, finders fees, etc...
The fact that he 100% owns RHL group where he has distributed his own money out of his own pocket in return for common stock is a matter of fact and not conjecture! He is going to be getting his money back thru his RHL Group's common stock redemption!
