As an Android User, the sooner the better from my perspective as the Android market base is a huge one and growing. Great to hear they are working on it though. Thanks for the update.
Is there any Status or timeline on the IHub Android App? Thanks in advance for any information that can be provided.
You got it! There is already an existing relationship and keep in mind Fedor's Contract is with ShowTime not Strikeforce. I expect Fedor to Win his next bout with Henderson and although Henderson is great Fedor is still in league of his own and also part owner and has a primiary Contract with M1. It's all good in my opinion!

I agree with you all regards! I think we can all easily agree something happened today that just doesn't make any sense! It was to a point of being either really stupid or a pure manipulation.
That being said there are a great number of us quite willing to buy especially if anyone is going to give them away which is what happened today, keep them coming because we will be waiting! We all have to keep in mind it really was still only a hand full shares were played at all and very brief run!
We have not even begun to hear or see the big develops and news, and lots of it IMO! I personally can't wait because it's going to be a hell of a ride! So Hang On To Your Hat!

Andrei Arlovski, Tim Sylvia, and Kendall Grove are all fighters rumored to be signing with the resurrected ProElite, who's first event will be held August 27th in Hawaii. More important though than the fighters being signed are the guys behind the scene - former Strikeforce matchmaker Rich Chou and former ICON / Superbrawl owner T Jay Thompson.
I was never particularly impressed with the matchmaking going on when Rich Chou was in charge at Strikeforce, but then again that always seemed like a situation where there were too many cooks in the kitchen making a stinky ass gumbo of one sided squash matches in an attempt to build stars rather than put on competitive fights. Maybe now he'll have some free reign to do interesting things.
Also intruiging is T Jay Thompson's participation - his ICON promotion was one of the best regional promotions in America and often had awesome fights with guys like Mayhem Miller, Phil Baroni, Robbie Lawler, KJ noons, Frank Trigg, Falaniko Vitale, and on and on. Most importantly, Thompson knows how to throw an event that doesn't suck and make some money doing it, which is about the rarest trait to find amongst all the flushed turd candidates we see returning for another kick at the MMA promotion can.
All of a sudden, ProElite is starting to look kinda interesting.

You have it correct as the Bid has been sitting at .20 all day with someone willing to let go of only 260 Shares at that price the entire day and the Ask sitting at .23 and more real fast!
Very young company in it's current iteration but is very well respected in terms of the company and it's product. It has some of the biggest names in MMA using it's using product line and being sponsored by the company but that comes at a price.
Lots of potential but a huge and growing operational debt, it needs continued massive product sales growth to continue to be sustainable.
Not sure where it is going as it is facing a very a competitive product market place with lots players in that space that being said it is very well respected, it is a Player and has the potential to be a much bigger player which could see it around for some time if managed properly and effectively.
Might be worth gamble but it has a tough road ahead and at this point it is probably about positioning for market growth, product separation where it makes sense and market positioning for revenues for sustainability.
An interesting Company with potential but as many would be quick to say it all depends on what they do with it and how much that will cost to get there.

Somewhat of a complement by Dana White about Proelite being back in business and noting under the leadership of T. Jay Thompson.
Dana White "Good for them," White said. "T. Jay [Thompson] has been involved in some great fights -- SuperBrawl -- I would call him an early pioneer of the sport. Good for him."
Not that I put much faith in anything Dana White has to say but in this case I think it's accurate, well deserved and a pretty good complement all in all for Pro and T Jay.
Interesting to say the least! Wonder if he will still think and say the same kind of things once a realizes where things end up. Big things ahead for Pro and us.

Proelite bringing MMA stars to Hawaii in August
Reported by: Kanoa Leahey
A familiar name in the realm of mixed martial arts is looking to reboot as a major player in the MMA game and looking to do so right here in the islands.
Proelite, the parent company of former MMA organization Elite XC has been revived by a new investment team and will stage an event August 27 at the Blaisdell, an event that could feature some heavy hitters.
Proelite fighting's director of MMA operations TJ Thompson, once owner of the Icon Sport organization centered here in Hawaii confirmed with KHON2 today that a contract has been signed and former UFC heavyweight champ Andrei Arlovski will be among the headliners of the August 27 fight card.
Meanwhile, sources have told KHON2 that Maui native and UFC veteran middleweight, Kendall Grove is in negotiations with Proelite to also appear on the card Thompson neither confirmed nor denied that claim.
This new version of Proelite is hoping to provide an alternative to the UFC as Strikeforce once was, prior to being purchased by the UFC's parent company.
And word that former UH linebacker, Jake Heun, will also be featured on the August 27 fight card.
The Alaska native, who was an all-state wrestler in high school, will be fighting his second professional MMA fight against 2009 NCAA heavyweight wrestling champ, Mark Ellis.
The guy who has trained Heun at the Ultimate Fight School in Honolulu, is also stepping into the cage.

Lee busy with plenty in pipeline
Comic icon sets up a plethora of projects
By Josh Chetwynd
Captain Strong Arm
Stan Lee, who turned 88 last month, shows no signs of slowing down.
His company POW! Entertainment is developing everything from a reimagining of "Romeo and Juliet" to a Las Vegas-style action show. Lee also devotes some time to keep tabs on his classic franchises. He recently saw a rehearsal for the musical "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark," calling it "indescribable" and "fantastic" and says he "can't wait" for the currently filming "Spider-Man" reboot film to be released, describing the concept as "revolutionary."
Beyond "The Guardian Project," here's a look at what else Lee and POW! president Gil Champion have in the works:
'THE NEXT BRUCE LEE'
Developing nearly a dozen screenplays, including two starring original superheroes with international backgrounds. One will feature the first Chinese superhero, who Lee hopes "will be the next Bruce Lee." There is also a Mumbai-raised Indian superhero in the works.
WHEREFORE ART THOU?
Preparing to release a coffee table book with 1821 Comics called "Romeo and Juliet: The War in Mid-2011." This will be the first of a three-book set. "It takes place 200 years into the future, and it will be a superhero-type story," says Lee, who is also developing it as a potential film vehicle.
CHILD'S PLAY
Adapting "Kid Fitness," a TV show that promotes health worldwide, on multiple platforms. "It is the first educational superhero project" the company has tackled, Lee says.
IT TAKES TWO TO 'TAO'
Putting the final touches on the script for a live-action musical adventure called
"The Yin and Yang Battle of Tao." Lee promises it will be "twice as big and two times as exciting" as Cirque du Soleil. Once completed, there are talks to premiere in China.
HISTORY IN THE MAKING
Negotiating with cabler History net for a second season of Stan Lee's "Superhumans," about individuals with extraordinary skills.
'SEEKERS' SHALL FIND
Working with MTV on digital comicbook "The Seekers" that will go online via the MTV Geek website. Lee will choose an artist based on viewer submissions on the MTV Geek site.
'SEVEN,' 'ZERO' MORE THAN A NUMBER
Continuing with a list of comicbook titles including "The Mighty Seven," "Starborn," "The Traveler," "Airwalker" and "Soldier Zero."

Agreed all the way! July and August look fantastic even if there were no other announcements but I think there will be as Stan is never short on suprises! I think we can all expect the Stock and the company to move way up in the coming months and it is IMO anybody's guess how high it will get before year end but expect the number to be a big one!

Pro Elite is back, to host August 27th show in Hawaii
June 28th, 2011
Darren Barcomb
The long wait is finally over. Today, Stratus Media Group announced that they will be officially re-launching the Pro Elite MMA franchise on August 27th at the Neal S. Blaisdell Arena in Waikiki, Hawaii.
What does this mean to MMA? Well for one thing, the UFC’s perceived monopoly may have just taken a huge hit. Under the new Pro Elite leadership, the organization is expected to announce their Hawaii fight card in the coming days and will be looking to bring in some big names.
With the UFC apparently cutting ties with Spike TV and perhaps Showtime in the near future, the door is certainly being held wide open for Pro Elite to step up and regain their position as the #2 MMA promotion in the world. As additional shows are announced and a new TV deal looms, you can be sure that Dana White and company are taking notice.
According to their website, the Blaisdell Arena can accommodate up to 8,800 spectators, and appears to be a perfect venue for the re-launch of Pro Elite.
Check back with 8CN in the coming days for the announced fight card and more Pro Elite updates.

Definitely! I was surprised only because I had not heard anything that the Guardian Project from POW! and it's partner The NHL was in Walmart but obviously big distribution already in place and ready for more merchandise. Bring it on!
The funny thing was it was my Son who pointed the other kids out and the fact the kids were talking about the Guardian Project and the NHL All-Star Game show. It looked like some serious anticipation by the kids looking at the poster for it and more stuff related to these characters.
My Son made a special note to remind me that we had seen it also during the The NHL All-Star Game, just to ensure I had not forgotten. lol! He ended talking me into buying the Poster for him.

Thompson back to promoting MMA in Hawaii

By Billy Hull / bhull@staradvertiser.com
T. Jay Thompson, who successfully ran mixed martial arts events in Hawaii for more than a decade, is bringing the sport back to the islands.
Thompson is Vice President of Fight Operations for ProElite Fighting, which will hold its first MMA show under Status Media Group, which recently acquired 95% of ProElite, August 27 at Blaisdell Arena.
Thompson will run the show with Rich Chou, who served as matchmaker for StrikeForce until the company was purchased by Zuffa, which owns the UFC, earlier this year.
ProElite held events in Hawaii under the EliteXC banner in 2007 and 2008, featuring fighters including Nick Diaz, Robbie Lawler, Gina Carano and KJ Noons.
Kendall Grove. (Star-Advertiser file)
EliteXC events were eventually televised on CBS before the promotion folded in 2008.
Thompson last promoted an MMA show in Hawaii in April of 2009, called KingdomMMA, featuring a main event between Jason “Mayhem” Miller and Kala Kolohe Hose.
Hose is one of at least three fighters with local ties expected to compete on the card which is expected to have six fights.
While none of the fights have been made official, Hose (7-5) will likely face former UFC fighter Drew McFedries (9-6), who owns wins over Alessio Sakara and Marvin Eastman.
Also, Raquel Pa’aluhi (3-1) will compete in the only female bout against undefeated Sara McMann (2-0), who was the first American woman to receive a silver medal in women’s wrestling in the 2004 Summer Olympics in Greece.
Former University of Hawaii football player Jake Huen has agreed to fight heavyweight prospect Mark Ellis in another bout.
Ellis, the 2009 NCAA heavyweight champion in wrestling at Missouri, will make his MMA debut and trains with UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez and StrikeForce fighter Daniel Cormier at American Kickboxing Academy.
Other names rumored for the card include former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski and Maui’s Kendall Grove, who was released from the UFC following a loss in May.

Pro Elite Targeting August for Return; T. Jay Thompson & Rich Chou on Board as Executives
Posted on June 27, 2011 by Damon Martin
From the ashes a new promotion will rise.
Pro Elite, the parent company that once housed the promotion Elite XC, is on its way back and they’ve found a couple of MMA powerhouses to help run the show.
According to sources speaking to MMAWeekly.com on Monday, former ICON owner T. Jay Thompson and former Strikeforce matchmaker Rich Chou have been brought on board to run the show at Pro Elite.
Additionally, the promotion has targeted a late August date for their return to action, and they are currently scouting locations for the show.
Sources have also indicated that former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski is one of a handful of fighters that have been in negotiations to fight for the organization when they return later this year.
During their previous inception, Pro Elite housed several top fighters while also closing a deal to put them on network television appearing on CBS.
The new ownership of the promotion is primarily under Stratus Media Group, which purchased the publicly traded company with intentions of bringing it back and now it appears they have the backbone of their organization lined up.
T. Jay Thompson returns to the MMA scene after working for Pro Elite previously, and he was also the owner of the former Hawaiian promotion ICON Sport. Thompson has a long standing history with MMA, and ran shows on the island for many years before moving on to work for Pro Elite.
Meanwhile, Rich Chou has also been a mainstay of the MMA scene for several years working as a referee as well as behind the scenes at the Hawaiian promotion ‘Rumble on the Rock’. Chou moved on to become the Strikeforce matchmaker before Zuffa purchased the promotion and opted to instill new employees to oversee the operation.
While the new Pro Elite is still working on securing fighters and a location for their first card, one area the could be a prime spot is Hawaii. Both Thompson and Chou have roots there and promotions like ICON and Rumble on the Rock thrived there for several years.
MMAWeekly.com will have more information on Pro Elite’s official return when it becomes available.
http://mmaweekly.com/pro-elite-targeting-august-for-return-t-jay-thompson-rich-chou-on-board-as-executives
MMA Payout Perspective: It appears that ProElite started talking to fighters during the past few months, but has greatly increased their activity in the last two weeks. MMAWeekly mentions Andrei Arlovski as one of those fighters who could be a participant of the planned August event. Sources tell MMAPayout that other fighters have gone on record and stated that they would be interested in fighting for the promotion as well.
MMAPayout has been tracking ProElite’s activity since they last held a show under the previous management group. Their activity in the MMA market has picked up drastically since Strikeforce was purchased by Zuffa, trying to capitalize on the current market conditions when networks like Showtime, Spike TV, Fox, and HDNet among others are/could be looking for MMA programming real soon.
With the additions of Thompson and Chou, expect more fight announcements and rumors to be reported by the MMA media in the next few weeks. It is believed that ProElite may be targeting Showtime’s TV spot if the UFC cuts ties with the cable network by the end of the year."
Exclusive: Strikeforce Women’s Middleweight Champ Cris ‘Cyborg’ is Officially a Free Agent and Is Close to Coming to Terms With a New Promotion
Well, Cris “Cyborg” Santos is officially a free agent, which either means that Strikeforce was unwilling to pay her what she felt she was worth, or that Zuffa has decided against continuing to promote women’s MMA under the SF banner. Either way, it’s a blow to the promotion’s women’s division.
A source we spoke to today received confirmation from Cyborg’s management that Zuffa’s exclusive negotiation period with the 10-1 Curitiba, Brazil fighter ended yesterday and that the parent company of Strikeforce and the UFC failed to come to terms with the Strikeforce women’s middleweight champ before she became a free agent at the stroke of midnight.
According to Santos’ former manager Ken Pavia who helped negotiate the deal that was fulfilled with her last fight with Jan Finney on June 26, 2010, there was a champion’s clause in her contract, which he said he thought would extend her deal. But according to another we spoke to who is close to the situation, the clause had a one-year expiration date and when Strikeforce failed to re-sign her or offer her a fight by June 26, they waived their right to exercise the option.
You may recall that former Strikeforce middleweight champion Jake Shields had a similar proviso in his contract, but when Scott Coker and co. figured there was little chance of resigning him, they granted him a release rather than make him sit out the one-year waiting period.
We’re told that Cris is in serious discussions with a promotion that we’ve been asked not to name until the deal is finalized and that she could have a new contract in place as early as this weekend. Wherever Gina Carano is, she’s thanking her lucky stars.
We will have updates the situation when we are given the go-ahead to release them by the parties involved.

Hmmm......Got to wonder where she might end up!
Go Proelite
Absolutely! Andre "The Pit Bull" Arlovski is still a heavy hitter in the MMA world! He is a former UFC Champion with a ton of notable wins over fighters such as Fabricio Werdum, Roy Nelson, Ben Rothwell, Tim Sylvia, Vladimir Matyushenko, Wesley "Cabbage" Correira, Ian Freeman, Justin Eilers and Paul Buentello, just to name a few.
Go Proelite!
Agreed! Each of these guys are huge guys in the MMA Community!
Aside from T Jay Thompson being the Promoter, Owner and force behind the former Hawaiian promotion ICON Sport MMA, Rich Chou was a top Executive at Strikeforce considered the number 2 guy behind Scott Coker. He was orginally slated to take over Strikeforce when Coker stepped down but in the meantime was their top Matchmaker and was also considered one of the key players in their metoric rise.
Strikeforce Exec & matchmaker Rich Chou discusses a great night of fights after Fedor vs Silva
Agreed for sure! It is just getting started with alot more to come and at this point most are going to see it like attempting to watch a Freight Train coming at them! It is coming so fast and most will not see it until it is here! But watch out when it does! The NEWS outlets are just starting get wind and the really big NEWS is not even here yet that in my opinion will send the company and stock into orbit!
