For the past two years... IDGI has submitted their Florida Reg and Lists on September 21 and September 22. Here it is now October 4, 2011 and nothing.
Skytrader may seem crazy with his posts... but the actions of the company certainly support his theory much more than they do being a viable Publicly traded company.
-Matt
That is correct. The importance of a GTC order is that you keep your sell or buy order in position until it is fulfilled, basically you don't lose your spot in line. Placing an order every day attempting to sell or buy results in the order going to the end of the line and very little chance at getting it filled, especially in a scenario like this.
-Matt
At this point... that is all the stock is worth. Sometimes better to take a huge haircut then lose 100% of the value.
It seems they sold yours around the .00001 value.
-Matt
If he comes back with a big RED YES... we know what their intentions are!
-Matt
Yup thats the one... only thing lower is Gray sheets and a hault.
-Matt
Considering they missed every date that was mentioned and let filings slide... 99.99% chance at it happening.
Now the next big thing is the Florida Reg. They have till October 31, 2011 for that date!
-Matt
On PinkSheets.com, is the big red stop sign new? Last time I had checked the website it had showed YIELD. I seem to recall Stacy mentioning that we wouldn't lose our reporting status. Look where we are now. The same status as a pinky scam company trading at .0001 with nothing going for it.
Maybe my complaining scares away investors.... but a BIG RED stop sign on that website scares away ALL investors.
-Matt
Put in a market order and make it GTC. It may eventually sell. Probably in the .00001 - .00005 range.
-Matt
I get the same results. Dead air and disconnect.
-Matt
We have already proven that IHUB is not going to doing anything for this stock. The rest of the investment world doesn't even know Inca exists. I played the happy type for 3 years... now I am playing the squeaky wheel part.
This is a message board for open discussion. Any negativity I post should be a valid concern for EVERYONE on this board. If it is mentioned enough.. maybe just maybe management will do something to solve it.
-Matt
The "days" are down right pathetic at this point. Next to 0 volume other than people dumping at the bid. 0 communication from management, beyond past due financials, last official revenue update was so pathetic that I could setup a lemonade stand at the beach and bring in more revenue in a month.
Those are what I call BAD DAYS.
Better days are when management starts running this company like a publicly traded company and not like a hobby that they wine and dine rich folk with $1000 bottles of champagne and yet still cannot "afford" to provide us with an update on the companies status nor file financials.
-Matt
I was guessing based on Eyemeds comments... his group holds a substantial position. May not be that many, but who knows. Doesn't really matter at this point. Anyone from my group couldn't exit without destroying the PPS. Pretty sure most of us feel now that we have to hold for better days.
-Matt
Hope your right! I forsee about 10M shares coming down the pipe very soon and thats not from my guys.
-Matt
I feel yah there!! The question is now either wait and watch this thing drop into the .000's again and wait for what hopefully is Inca deciding to get its act together. Or bail now and be the first to get out before it does get to the .000's. In the very long run, I am still confident in Stacy, not so much Evan. Still haven't decided if parking my cash here for anothe 2-3 years is the best way to invest my money.
-Matt
I agree with you..something isn't right here. Getting tempted to dump here before the blood bath begins.
-Matt
Next up.... .002's. Very saddening here
-Matt
So penguin, whats your plans for the future when the polar ice has totally melted? Do you see yourself migrating south/north and shedding that fur coat
-matt
HaHa I am positive... that we are going to be waiting a lot longer than anyone here wants. Next April is not being negative. That is my opinion and up until this point everything i predicted has been just about right on. I recall saying back in April that we will retrace to the .002-003 range if the management didn't start moving the stock side forward. Here we are trading at .003- .004.
I was all hype and happiness when I first got in, but have come to realize that this stock doesn't climb on news, financials, PR's, SI etc. We need REVENUE and revenue above 1M anually. Otherwise, this company will not be successful.
-Matt
My guess is April or so.
-Matt
GHOOOOST TOWN!
Good morning everyone!
-Matt
Its been posted on here a few times. Penson is resticting trading of stocks under .10 per share. Basically, if the Stock is Non-DTC eligible it cannot be traded using Penson without incurring a ton of fees. Up to $700 worth per trade. Some stocks that are DTC eligible may still incur additional trading charges on a individual basis based on the cost for Penson and your broker to execute the trade. Just google Penson and new low priced stock rules.
-Matt
I would think that the SEC is trying to reduce the amount of Scams in the Penny Stock world. Penson may just have been a tool that were able to use without being directly involved. I am pretty sure that some of these fees must have originated from SEC "suggestions".
-Matt
There may not be a penalty now, but if a big red warning pops up before you buy or sell this stock... if I was a new investor, I wouldn't touch it on the chance that either I do get a penalty for missing a technicality in my research or months down the road they are part of the flagged stocks.
It just discourages investment IMO.
-Matt
One thing that is for certain... the Penny stock market is next to DEAD. Next to Zero posting on many message boards, volume is substantially below historical norms, seems like the Penson issue has had a substantial impact on this part of the market.
Inca needs to uplist and soon. I get a big red warning when I put them in my quoting system on Zecco clearing stating this stock potentially falls under the new clearing rule. This is certainly going to scare ANY new investment away from buying Inca or any penny stock for that matter.
PRAYING that better days are ahead!!
-Matt
GO STEELERS!!! WOOHOO!!!!
-Matt
That statement is 100% true Craig. Let's just hope the big surprise is what everyone is Hoping for and not the Ugly version of it.
Have a nice weekend everyone.
-Matt
Got your PM. Will do. Have posted there in the past.
-Matt
At least our Inca is holding its grounds when compared to the overall stock market! Probably a "safer" place at this point. So I guess in the end its ok to wait for our big day.
IMO
-Matt
Are there any other banks involved other than the 3 listed? I would think once we get past the motion for dismisal phase, we may get an update from TMST on the case progress. I would think thats the first shot at a "News Pop"
IMO
-Matt
Even with this news... no massive sell-off. Either people haven't read it yet or they feel it is not getting thrown out... quite so easily anyways.
IMO
-Matt
Yup that is certainly true.
Wow that was a serious dump.
-Matt
6M more... hmmm can only hope something is up!!
-Matt
My average is .0002. If we can do anything with this stock before the SEC delists it... would be a miracle.
IMO
-Matt
Big buyer today! Stock isn't dead yet
LOL
-Matt
Doubt it... he is more thick headed than me or you... and we are pretty bad! LOL.
-Matt
First may be updating the Florida Reg... since its due in October. Your guess is as good as mine on anything else... I say 1QTR 2012.
-Matt
Hey if Evan wants to give all us stressed out CT investors on the house treatment at Therapy... I am game
-Matt
I agree totally. If there is nothing to "hide" then why try to avoid the SEC? If your a reporting company and publicly traded act like it or get out of the game.
If anything, not having financials up to date, silence from the company and more than likely PISSED OFF investors sending in complaints about your company to the SEC is going to get you in hot water.
DO IT RIGHT OR GET OUT.
-Matt
