The stock was never halted.
AABA is Chardan Capital Markets out of San Diego, specializing in mini and micro stocks.
High demand normally drives the price up - not down.
Define low volume.
NNVC says, redundantly, that they have filed their 10-K in a timely manner. Define timely. They then go on to say they have enough money to get through to the FDA. I am beginning to doubt that,if they don't ever plan to pick up the phone and call them We are now 11 months past the first hint that they would contact the FDA. That was last November. Nevermind that the end of the first quarter got transmogrified into the end of the first fiscal quarter. I notice that didn't happen either. Now it's the fault of BCG or the outside testing agencies for holding up data or requiring more reviews. Where does the buck stop?
Uh-Oh. All that NNVC rapping woke me up.
$1.00 - Dec 31, 2011
$3.00 - Dec 31, 2012
$10.00 - Dec 31, 2013
$25.00 - Jul 31, 2014
$50.00 - Dec 31, 2014
$100.00 - Dec 31,2015
Allan was right all along. IMHO
After reading 55,000 NNVC posts over the last six years I'm worn out. Wake me when something good happens. (sarcasm)
At my age, the only matter that matters is gray.
What explains the weird fractional cent trading in NNVC today? Anyone?
If I remember correctly—and that's a big if—Dr. Seymour was quoted a few months back that the cGMP would take about six months, start to finish. and that NNVC expected to have it up and running by the end of the pre-IND phase. Prior to that, everything can be accomodated from their current lab production. After all, they produceed enough "cides" over the last five years to test 3,500 animals.
To be expected. This is the first business day of the second quarter.
Best of luck Keltoi, both in-court and out. See'ya on the beach with all the NNVC stalwarts..
daBoze
Aren't they paying the consultants to prepare a draft for NNVC's review? What are the consultants doing?
Does the approach taken by Pharmasset (VRUS) for its Chronic Hepatitis C drug pose any threat to NNVC's program?
There's got to be a pony in there somewhere.
When you miss your self-imposed deadline for the FDA and your 10-K, I guess you can expect your share price to nosedive. They can't say they weren't warned.
I didn't "attach" you. Thank goodness.
I believe the original patents at Theracour have longer to run, and the patents applied for by NNVC haven't been issued yet.
Check with Dr. Feelgood. He's also waiting on the announcement and said he would be disappointed if the self-imposed deadline was not met. If not,he said he expected a PPS drop below a dollar. And, there's no stronger advocate for NNVC than Doc Feelgood.
It is not our deadline, and it's not assumed. It's Seymour's deadline. There is such a thing as accountability.
Yet one more conference and no pre-IND announcement. We are in the last five days before the end of Q1, FY2012. Please tell me that Diwan is going to announce a formal submission to the FDA. Otherwise, it's the 'same old', 'same old', one more time. If he doesn't, look out below for NNVC's share price.
I don't think we'll see a PPS over two dollars until the New Drug Application has been accepted and NNVC begins human trials. There have been too many disappointments along the way for large investors to become believers. If phase one is successful, I expect the PPS to reach $20 within six months. That could happen by the end of calendar 2012. JMOHO
Dr. Seymour is better equipped to know what is possible and when. He set the date, not the investors who expect him to live up to his own schedule.
Then they should have started earlier. It's not as if they haven't had data to collate and didn't know this was coming. Dr. Seymour made the date, therefore its his responsibility to see that it's met.
One would think that when NNVC hired the consultants they gave them Sept. 30th as the final date for contacting the FDA. If BCG earns their money they should deliver their package by that date.
Why does NNVC need Midtown Partners to broker the deal with Seaside? It seems to me they could deal directly with Seaside and save the 8% fee.
Who the He-- is Nelly Shishkova and who made her 'Queen of Wall Street?"
I just googled 'painting the flag' and found it.
Thanks Weedie, what a wonderful tribute to the saviors of 9/11.
NNVC can help you save animals while it saves humans. What could be better. Our 11 year old mini-schauzner is a rescue. She's the love of our life. I was recovering from surgery on the morning of 9/11 and both my wife and I were crying. Maddie hopped off the sofa and brought each of us one of her favorite chew-toys. She knew we were hurting. That really turned on the waterworks.
Apparently, after all contractual fees are paid, Theracour will receive 15% of all revenues as a royalty for its patents. Don't forget that as a major shareholder he will also get his pro-rata share of any dividends paid. I don't expect he's worried about that. If he still controls 30,000,000 plus shares of stock valued at $100/share, who cares about dividends. IMHO EOM
If VRUS can achieve those prices on such anemic sales with no earnings, NNVC will rocket to the moon.
Are you assuming the major hurdle referred to is the timely completion of cGMP facilities? That was not clearly stated as the hurdle. If one infers that to be the case, might it not imply an imminent application to the FDA?
Is the cGMP completion the major hurdle or is there something else we don't know abou? And why is it all of a sudden so urgent? This requirement has been known since Methusaleh was a baby. I would like a little more clarification of those statements.
Yes, but that's okay.
I certainly hope so. It has been a long time coming.
Congratulations! I hope you released them after taking photographs. They are such beautiful creatures.
Steady 'til you're ready. It seems Forbes plagiarized NNVC's business plan for their article. It's good to see that experts in the Biotech field agree with Dr. Diwan and Dr. Seymour.
Don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes, haste makes waste,Etc., Etc.
The "Dane Dip Swoop" sounds good to me.
I don't see any government accomodation of any new initiatives that cost money. The upcoming supercommittee debate will stifle action on just about every front. I predict all-out war between the liberals and conservatives with no agreement and a move to the cuts mandated in the debt ceiling bill. That will kill anything new short of defending against nuclear war. We'll "lead from behind" again on any flu epidemic.
Can anyone explain the high volume/down day conundrum in the face of relatively good news?
