Ok, the Corporate domicile is now officially Nevada. The last obstacle to a "surprise" reverse-split has now been removed, since with a corporate domicile in Nevada they can do anything they want, any time they want, any way they want.
I'm thinking 1 for 100,000, how 'bout the rest of you?
10Q on the wire:

Interesting how CrimNake Short Stooge HDSN got on the bid exactly one minute - 13:06 - before the Q hit the wire.

If you really, truly believe "Silver isn't a precious metal" then you choose to ignore 5,000+ years of history that demonstrates without a doubt that it is.
And given such ignore-ance, I'll exercise my prerogative to do the same to you.
Silly? Your remarks raise "silly" to an art form.
That'll make for some very nice margins when silver is $20... $30... $40... $?? an ounce, won't it? Coming soon to a Weimar Republic near you.
You shouldn't leap to specious conclusions about people based on their longevity of posting, or lack of it. I've been a Shareholder since early 2003. How about you?
Perhaps because the implications are not being contemplated, as I suggested might happen.
You appear to be among those of whom I spoke.
Well, then they'll just pull one without any additional approval. Seen it happen dozens of times. There's a reason this stock can't get out of its own way, any more. The Smart Money always knows ahead of time, so the question before the house is, "What do they know now?". And the answer, of course, is: "Surprise REVERSE SPLIT!". I'll stick with my 1:100,000 pick, what's yours?
I urge everyone to take the time to carefully contemplate the implications of this sentence...
"Laboratory analysis of a 6,580 kilo shipment of concentrate from the Escala's Phase I tunnels indicates 77.16 troy ounces of Silver per ton."
If the word "staggering" does not form in your mind, you need to sell every share you own, right here, right now, and find some other investment more to your liking.
Don't forget there's a Damocles' Sword in the form of an already pre-approved reverse-split that could be dropped out of nowhere at any time. Given the obscene number of shares outstanding, I'm guessing the R/S will be in the neighbourhood of 1:100,000.
That's probably why Winfield is dumping as hard as he is right now, to get out before the R/S.
The United States SEC has no purview over an NI43-101. A "43-101" - full name "National Instrument 43-101" - is a requirement of the Canadian government and the securities regulatory agencies of Canada for companies wanting to establish legitimacy of their mineral resource claims in the eyes of Canadian investors.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NI_43-101
It is an absolute requirement of any mining company whose primary trading exchange is in Canada, i.e. the TSX or the TSX-V. It is being used more and more by U.S. mining companies as a sort of "stamp of approval" but the SEC has no involvement, purview, or jurisdiction over the contents of one.
"Seismic research" can suggest anything. Commercially-viable quantities is another matter entirely. So let me state it clearly and categorically once again, since it's still apparently lost on you:
There is NO OIL in commercially-viable quantities in Tasmania. If there were, they would have been discovered and developed long ago.
Great story in the making, here, the Company continues to prove up increasing amounts of gold at its primary property of focus, Rattlesnake Hills in the U.S. State of Wyoming:
Yesterday's PR:

Nor should you presume things based on a poster's longevity, or lack of it.
Great questions, all. But all moot, because there is NO OIL in Tasmania. If there were, it would have been discovered and developed long ago. Tasmania is NOT on the other side of the moon, contrary to popular belief.
"Why is this taking weeks?"
A: Because there are built-in incentives to drag this out as long as possible, and cost as much as possible. To the benefit of all but the long-suffering Shareholders.
The quick answer is: They missed... again. But it looks like they've got a nice salt water well.
No problem... it's easy to forget that PM's are Troy ounces. I catch myself all the time doing it.
Want a piece of VERT, huh? Here 'ya go.....

Not to mention nearly a cool $1 million to Loflin... in stock, after the split.
(4) our company must pay all accrued and unpaid salary of our president, David Loflin, by issuing, after the reverse split described in the foregoing clause, 5,000,000 shares of our common stock; ( at current prices, the post-R/S stock will be about $.20 a share, I'm sure you can do the math. )
It NEVER ENDS with these self-dealing thieves.
300 grams = 10.5 Avoirdupois ounces. But silver is weighed in Troy ounces, as is gold.
There are 16 Avoirdupois ounces in a pound, 12 Troy ounces. Troy may be long gone, and the Trojans with it, but their weights for PM's still carry the day.
So every Avoirdupois ounce is 3/4, or .75 of a Troy ounce.
So to get Troy ounces, we have to multiply 10.5 x .75, giving us ~ 7.875 Troy ounces.
Just keeping everything transparent, here.

Yet another in the endless procession of "We're going to do something, someday" fluff-bomb PR's.
These fluff-bomb PR's are the only "product" this company makes.
Or ever will.
It's somebody who's gotten "The Word". "Somebody" always does.
CrimNake Short Stooge DOMS just showed up on the bid 4 minutes ago.
Acting like a volcano that wants to blow. CrimNake Short Stooge HDSN has been playing King Canute this morning... tried to hold it at $.016... couldn't... tried to hold it at $.0165... couldn't... now trying to hold at $.0168.... four MM's at $.017...looks "fake".
$.017 fell like wet cardboard.
CrimNake Short Stooge VNDM jumps NITE on the bid.
With gold getting the usual $30 Monday whack job, as usual, the strength GSPG is showing today is quite impressive, to say the least. Other PM stocks are showing this same relative strength today, as well.
A market that wants to go up can't be kept down for long.
I'm sure some of the rest of you with L2 have been noticing how NITE has been hard on the bid almost all day, and taking all comers in just about any size.
14:50:47 NITE takes 400,000 on the bid, and hasn't budged an inch.
CrimNake Short Stooges DOMS and VFIN now both on the bid @ $.0001, only 3 MM's @ $.0002, 1 stale ( HDSN ) bid-to-ask trade ratio about 1:10... one more good PR and FMNJ launches.
CrimNake Short Stooge VERT still trying to play King Canute @ $.0001, they're the last one left.
Well, they must feel they're on the verge of revenues if they see fit to do this:
