Without a doubt this is one of the most ridiculous emails I have ever had. Do you and these alleged people have any idea the scrutiny that Spartan goes thru with both FINRA and the SEC regarding a 15c211? Does anyone have any idea the mountain of disclosures required by both the company and the sponsor regarding an uplisting? That is far and away just as arduous as making the application to the agencies for the movement to the BB.

Let me tell you something.........two years ago, Spartan was asked by Nutcase to take on their market maker work for their portfolio companies, ie pink sheet companies, and Spartan said NO. I have worked with Carl Dilley for many years, all securities related, and have yet to see him or the firm misrepresent anything or have their own interests placed before that of the stockholder. And I have case study and case law to prove my point.

Frankly, I really take offense to this email and the allegations. Ihub and its follows should get a life, for the true investor does not listen to all this crap with no basis in fact or fiction.

AccessKey is not Bsing, they have not ever BS'ed since I bought them. George always came through on his PR's, that is why I've held this company for so long. Also, one of their notes is through the Nutmeg Group, I have spoken with those guys and they don't just hand out money to anyone. The CEO of Nutmeg actually use to work for the IRS, so you can rest assured he did his DD on AKYI, and must like what he sees. I've been very bullish on this stock for quite some time.

The best thing I can say, is simply do what you feel most comfortable doing. Remember we are in penny stocks so you have to get use to those 20 - 30% movies up or down at times. The stock movements doesn't always represent the business foundation.

It didn't actually close below the .0032 support line, so we are still in the clear. I wouldn't call it a downtrend, just a pull back move. Too soon to tell bro.
