Why is this under $0.50? Just looking at the balance sheet, assets, and other indicators this stock should be trading at $1.50. It was at $12.00 a few years ago. What's up? With the price of oil going to $200.00 and a loaf of bread and gallon of gas costing $10.00 in a year, what is holding this down?
With oil prices the way they are, why am I the only one here? I just bought in. Going to $1.50.

You are correct we don't grow anything, they grow it, deliver you a plant, and all you have to do is water it. Dolphins at Sea World have been trained to "grow" this by merely squirting water through their blow-hole.
I'm talking about a pre-germinated, sexed, rock-wooled, 18", five-seven leaf, "idiot proof", plant that you can buy at any dispensarie for about $50.00 like a tomatoe plant from Home Depot and "just add water" and in 6 weeks have a 1-2 ounce yield.
That chart is screaming week-end run. Espcially once those pictures of the woman in Australia's cancer being cured in 10 days circulate around the globe. Post them to your facebook accounts, pictures don't lie, curing 800,000 skin cancer cases in Australia without surgery using a topical cream is nothing to laugh at. We need to get a supply of this medicine to Senator John McCain and have him testify that it works on Arizona cancer patients like it has in Australia. I sent a copy of the article and pictures to the Senator's National Security Advisor, Randy Shuman, today.
If Senator McCain supported this medicine, not a single elephant would stand in the way pharma commpanies R&D in using cannabis products for people to use in the general public.
10,000 cops and firefighters are protesting just a few miles away from the Hopewell command center outside of Governor Christies office at the State House in Trenton. I wonder if this will effect the market at all.
Looks like we're going to open at $0.094. Question is when will today dip, and will it dip at all. I see this at $0.15 tommorow's closing bell.
Their prodcut grows on a tree in less than 8 weeks and sells for 1/3rd the price of gold and is easily packaged and stored for human consumption. Think about it, the only thing holding this back from being made legal and taxed is law enforcement who has collected a paycheck locking up teenagers for smoking a non-lethal vegtable and failing to prevent terrorist attacks or even create a safe enough of an environment in which pat-downs, and security check points with National Guard Soldiers holding machine guns on every street corner is needed. If every cop and asset used to fight this green plant and hashish and suppress nationalities ending in "an", ItaliAN, AfricAN, GermAN, RussiAN HungariAN, CanadiAN, Puerto RicAN, IndiAN, by the New England Law Making "ishes" with their tobacco, ligour and beer; IriSH, PoliSH, BritiSH, EngliSH, ScottiSH, was used in the war against real crime and terrorism we wouldn't have a deficit or a war. We would have peace and America would be using her best asset; her bread belt and agrarian export capability to sell this product to the world using US Treasury Notes as the mechanism for exchange. The oil and gold standard would now have a new standard; one that has existed in silence and remained more constant than gold or silver; the price of an ounce of medicinal marijuana; which hasn't changed 10% since 1995 when we were paying $325.00/oz and now pay about $350.00/oz on average nation wide. So if the "Grey Market" and Flea Markets of this world can hold value and retain wealth better than the financial markets and US Treasury can, so be it; it's only natural. Big dogs are dying off and the cats with nine lives will be the only ones left standing.
Dude, this stock just jumped 26% on a Wednesday after a 400% run on the previous weekend. I would agree with you if after yesterday's loss, we had a mid-week wednesday loss, but we didn't we saw a 26% rise on 10,000,000 shares. That means on the worst day for penny stock trading, Wednesday, we saw the opposite of what would give your theory merit. Instead this indicates that during a time when most flippers are waiting for week's end action on the sidelines from profits gained from monday sell-offs, we are seeing flippers jump in on a Wednesday. That means the flippers are going to push this up again on Friday, snap off their basis (risk) and hold whatever shares they can get "free", through the weekend.
It's what I just did.
In at 10,000 shares $0.03 last week,
Out 5000 sharesout at $0.12
In 10,000 shares at $0.07 yesterday
prediction out 5,000 shares at $0.15 Friday
holding 10,000 shares and $700.00 cash through the weekend.
California and Colorado both have their own unique beauty. You are right, I really like Wyoming too. While California get's my #1 pick, Colorado is definately #2 and up there with Arizona, and Wyoming as best places to live in America.
New Jersey is a great place to own a vacation house for a month in the summer at LBI and to come home and spend Thanksgiving or Christmas for a week in the winter. Outside of that, New Jersey is just too crowded.
Who is she?
California has the best women, the best wine, the best weed, and the best weather in the world.
We just had a milestone in New Jersey. A man who suffers from chronic seizures who was charged with possession of marijuana had his charges dismissed. News is reporting it widely. This could be precedent for future cases against patients from other states like California or Colorado traveling through Prohibition States like New Jersey from their oppressive laws and tyranny towards this medicine and it’s users.
Don't laugh, but since I got 50 free trades with USAA and they only work for no more than 1,000 shares at a time, I just bought mulitple 1,000 share purchaces of $80.00 each allowing for all the commissions to be waived. So I got 10,000 shares, but had to eat up 10 free trades doing it for free.
What's a MOC?
So much for that $0.065 theory, this just took off up 16% on yesterday's close. Marijuana isn't going anywhere but up.
Well, one thing we can do is get more people to buy in, shucks I am giving the stock away to people who have USAA accounts in 1,000 share incriments. CPA's, lawyers, doctors, every person I know who I can transfer and "gift" PCIO shares too, I do. That's the best way to support this stock, dilute your shares into 1,000 lot units throughout the community. By giving the stock away in units too small for the recipient to sell at these prices and putting people's name on the company shareholder roster we build a larger and more diverse pool of shareholders. Imagine if we "gifted" 1,000 unit blocks $7.00 (the cost of a beer+tip) to every person who we otherwise would buy a beer this week. Scottrade and USAA charge $0.00 for an "in house transfer".
The more people, even the "little people" we may think are insignificant who hold 1,000 gifted shares worth less than the cost of a McDonalds lunch, in the long run promotes the company in expontial ways. So buy a couple hundred thousand shares for yourself, and give 10 people 1,000 shares. Those ten people are now going to read every PR, they will see the stock in their brokerage account every time the log on and see "Marijuana Incorporated" right after their nano-cent Lehman Brothers stock and other big banks and giants that failed, and then the realization that most expensive commodity in this world next to gold that they have ever purchased and risked going to jail for, is now a commodity legally and openly sold on every street corner in California, Colorado, and 12 other states and more alike, with publically traded stocks like CBIS, PCIO, GRNH, MJNA and others creating the basis of an entirely new sector of healther care companies, "pot-stocks-are-hot".
Listen to CNBC, CNN, or business-economics talk show or interview; no one is buying or offering to sell anything, the entire market is dead in the water with the price of gold & silver going up 400% from 2008 levels, so as to make the DOW appear to be over 12,000. It's like we were flying in a plane, the plane dropped from it's cruising altitude, the pilot put on a movie of us flying high in the sky, however the plane is really below the "hard deck", and Mavericks "kills" don't really county because in real life, the one that exists outside of Illinois, CHicago, the golf course, basketball court, amd football fields, and fantasy band camp the world is on fire and the shit has hit the fan.
I bet you a wooden nickel, that one thing that will survive this world-war against oppression, this "face-book-revolution" that we see in the middle east, Wisconsin, and on the steps of the state house last week in New Jersey, this fight against the brutality of the elite and desimation of the middle class; is marijuana.
1) CBIS-Cannabis Science Inc. just released PR stating that their medical marijuana extract CURES CANCER!
2) 2012 possible Republican Presidential Candidate Donald Trump just published his support for immediate legalization and taxation

3) legalistic Prohibitionist Racist Catholic & WASP Babyboomers are dying off and being replaced with real protestants (protestors), baptists and evangelicals firmly rooted in both moral & biblical application of practicing medicine and heading Jesus instruction on a true "Christian Attitude".
Mathew 5:3-10
3“Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4Blessed are those who mourn,
for they will be comforted.
5Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
6Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be filled.
7Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
8Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they will see God.
9Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God.
10Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”
4) Our country is finally realizing the only people that profit from prohibition are the cops & lawyers who have cherry-picked auctioned drug raided assets for decades, collected fines, and charged $500.00 an hour for legal protection from laws incarcerating people for using a green-inert-non-lethal-vegtable as food, clothing, ointments and medicine.

Trump and I have joint thinking on pot (Jeff Edelstein column)
Well, time to roll out — or, more precisely, roll up — the old “Hey America, we live in the most hypocritical nation on Earth!”
In short, it’s time to legalize — or at the very least decriminalize — the use, possession and selling of marijuana.
Every so often I feel the need to bring this topic up. Before we go on, some full disclosure: I used to smoke pot. Plenty of it, too. I was good at it. That said, haven’t touched the stuff in nearly a dozen years. As it turns out, being a gainfully employed married father of two does not lend itself to sitting on the couch, stoned, watching “Dazed and Confused” and “The Big Lebowski” over and over again.
But I used to smoke the weed. And so did President Barack Obama. And former President Bill Clinton. And former President George Bush. Former Vice-President Al Gore. Current New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Former VP candidate Sarah Palin.
I could go on.
So I will.
How about Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels, a Republican who is all of a sudden finding himself as the GOP frontrunner for the 2012 presidential nomination?
Not only did Daniels smoke weed, he was arrested for it back in 1971 while a student at Princeton University. Some choice bits, as reported in The Daily Princetonian, Politico, and other media outlets: A five-month police investigation ... charged with possession and maintaining a nuisance ... enough pot found in his room to fill two shoe boxes ...
Holy crap, eh? This Daniels dude was a duuuuuuude.
Somewhat predictably, Daniels stance on weed — despite his Republican nature — are a little less looney than his GOP counterparts. Instead of jail for low-level possession, he’s in favor of community service. (Compare this to Mitt Romney, Haley Barbour, Mike Huckabee, Tim Pawlenty and John Thune, all potential candidates who don’t even want to let cancer and AIDS patients smoke marijuana.)But how can guys like Daniels and Obama — who’s on record as saying he not only inhaled but that that was the “whole point” — admit to their past indiscretions with a smile and wave of the hand while 858,408 Americans were prosecuted for marijuana violations in 2009, according to the FBI. That’s the second highest yearly total in history.
And it’s not like we’re talking about 858,408 people who are drug kingpins; in fact, 88 percent of prosecutions were for possession only.
Again: Politicians laughing about past marijuana use while those same politicians continue to legislate marijuana users right into prison.
Now I realize there are bigger issues facing this country, but the fact we can allow this to go on is insane. I hate hypocrites.
Which is why I look at a guy like Donald Trump as maybe not so much of a so-called “joke” candidate. He thinks marijuana should be legalized and taxed. (And incredibly, I’m with Trump on many of his other positions. He’s surprisingly moderate.) Anyway, Trump looks at marijuana as a dead issue. He must realize what many of us have already realized: Marijuana is prevalent, not that bad for you, and keeping it illegal is both financially stupid and morally bankrupt.Read Jeff Edelstein every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I thing someone wrote that the company is sponsoring a 5K, but I have not heard of any 8K. However, if you feel you want to run the 5K twice at the shareholder's annual meeting/barbeque, feel free. I think the proceeds will go to further cancer curing research.
CBIS, GRNH and PCIO are cogs in a bigger wheel. Like the auto industrty; this industry has many sub-industries.
CBIS Medical Marijuana
PCIO Recreational Marijuana
GRNH Growing technology for home gardens
BFRE cellulosic ethanol productions
Where is that picture on your profile from? It looks like a mist laying on top of a mountain side stream in a forrest. I have a similar shot I took on a wierd day last February on the Appalation Trail at the Delaware Water Gap on a hot day with warm melt water falling down a stream over ice-capped waterfalls. Your picture looks like it could have come from the same stream running off of Sunfish Pond on the top of Mount Tammany.
Not their style. I don't think CBIS is going to release anything today in the last hour. They aren't in the business of pumping their stock or making money for investors. They have their own agenda, and these guys move slow, really slow, figures; have you known anyone or anything in this industry to move fast, besides sale of the product?
Is Jack jumping over it yet? I think this is going to close green :)
Going down now, any thoughts? Could this hit a nickle? If so, I am buying more.
How about posting some financials that show we have more than $97,000.00 in "assets" from 2003.
When are we going to get our NGML shares?
How do you figure this is "in the money" if it is only bidding $12.00?
We could see $0.145 maybe $0.15. If that rumor about the news not even having bene released, that the "cancer cure" article was just a precursor to something bigger, maybe the alternative to our $1.00 Class-A share dividend or something better like a spin off or buy out. Who knows, all we know is that this commodity is making a lot of cash sales that are paying taxes in Colorado and California, while the other markets are failing.
This is the largest cash-crop in America. The girls at the Peppermint Hippo are going to have to do more than take a whore's bath and sprinkle glitter on their guns to get any of this kids lap-dance cash this weekend. The best things in life are free. I can't wait for the pay-back all the crooked cops are going to get once this becomes openly legal and people can rise up, like in muslim countries are now against their oppresive governments; in a peaceful manner, disassemble the true criminal element here; the police stations and law-firms who profitted from confisctated property in raiding and attacking vegtable farmers and care-givers.
By then, CBIS and other Cannabis Stocks will be respected for what they are, the largest cash crop in America. "Join us now or work for us later". Did anyone notice that Merck (MRK)is going down each day this goes up.
$46 Million means that with 1.15 billion shares there is $0.04 cents a share in assets. What are the company's liabilities>?
was that a 10:1 RS?
What's going on here?
"These are not the droids you are looking for!" OB1
"Yes Sir, it is true, this man has no...." Bill Murray
And the big "Rick" has spoken. Can we get some extra cheese on that pizza please.
This is screaming buyout by a major pharma, Merck?
8 Times MORE ethanol production from cellulosic waste of hemp and cannabis bi-products than using corn. See Blue Fire Ethanol. BFRE.
CBIS is upgapped $0.124/$0.125
What was that? Looked like 1,000,000 shares moved at $0.0125 skiping under market's bid at $0.014, this is getting shook out. Something is about to happen. MM's are melting in their hands not in their mouths.
The whole sector is rising off of CBIS's news.
PCIO "Marijuana Inc"
GRNH "Greenhouse Growers"
MJNA "Medical Marijuana Inc"
