Most elaborate scam EVER! This scam was so elaborate that they actually built a real company. This "SCAM" company now has a working crypto currency wallet that is sometimes GASLESS, pays interest on some cryptos, allows P2P transfers in seconds (I did it this morning). HUMBL tickets- I bought tickets cheaper that the PNC Arena were selling them for. They have ETXs some people have some substantial gains with. NFTs in the HUMBL marketplace. And the list just goes on and on. Its funny a SCAM company could actually evolve into a real company with over 20mm in assets in less than a year. Or maybe, just maybe... WE were wrong all along and HUMBL was a real company from the start.

Do try to follow along with the filings. I'll dumb it down for you. The shell raised the Allow Shares (A/S) and will issue those shares to the suitor company to insure they have total control of the shell company after the purchase. These shares are not counted in the Operating shares (O/S) count until issued.

I've read this 3 times and I do not see any numbers associated, therefore I cannot say WEEEEE or ohhhhh. It's pretty vague. We just know a mistake in the number of shares was made. Hopefully it's a really good thing. We will have to wait and see.

Prove the dilution. Without a filing, they cannot just dilute on Nasdaq. Unless its a prior shelf offering. But they still have to file.
