they dont have to file, its a 506 or 504 EXEMPTION from filing...look into big apple.. mtpw may be doing great , but big apple is killing the stock..
believe that all you want....
they arent filing, they are just issuing shares to big apple without a registration statement under a 504, or 506 exemtion... it is an exemption so they do not have to file, that is why there isnt a filing.. . look into big apple... talk to their other clients and ex-clients... why do you think you all buy and buy and buy and it goes nowhere?
lol.... they always blame the MM's....
ever hear of a 504d? did you know that metapower de-registered their shares? do you know what that means? you should really find out... look what happens to all of big apple's clients. mtpw is no exception...
the pink sheets reports are not accurate.
bottom line people.... mtpw is issuing hindreds of millions of shares to big apple at a discount, and big apple is selling you their shares. It happened to my company, it'll happen to any company that deals with big apple.
you have got to be kidding....
you believe that crap?
where do you see that i cling to anything?
most cases of NSS involve a means to cover, IE, a secondary offering, a convertable note, or a PIPE. The NSS blame game is being used by all sorts of non performing companies as a scapegoat. If NSS is a problem here, why havent they taken it to court, or is it just a reason to hide the real problem. Blaming a boogieman is pretty easy to do, and if you buy into it, fine... I guess as long as you can blame others, you feel better.
you do realize that the naked short cry wolf whining was created by BS companies, and in some cases, such as this one, crooked IR firms.
It is down because big apple has mtpw by the short hairs, and mtpw has no choice but to issue billions of shares to big apple... look into big apple, they are scuzzy beyond recognition.
I have no idea, but it has been working to gfre's benefit.
there are tons of apps for bromine, and china still has to import bromine. There are only 6 licenses in all of china to produce bromine, and GFRE is the Largest. Did you see the May 15th news from Albemarle? (ALB-NYSE) they are looking to get involved in the Chinese Bromine market. That bodes well for GFRE.
ummmm... they do not produce oil, but produce a chemical used in oil drilling and extraction.
great numbers, terrible IR dept
they should have moved their order to a different MM, where that billion share order would have no bearing.
a company buying back shares cannot use a GTC order. they cannot buy in the 1st half hour, they cannot buy at the offer and they cannot buy more than a certain % of avr. daily volume.
not so. buy orders are filled at the MM that has the order, in the order that the orders were placed. If your order is with a MM that never gets a trade, it will not fill. If your order is with a MM that has a better order flow on the stock, you have a better chance. Orders are filled based on when the buys were entered.
there is no qualitative requirements for BB listing, only that the company file with the SEC. Big apple is the major culprit here. I believe mtpw has issued shares in ways that is not in accordance with SEC requirements, and therefor find themselves in a major pickle. If they DO file with the sec, they would be at risk as far as reporting themseves to the law, and if they do not file with the sec, they will be on the pinks forever, and unable to raise funds legitimately. Big apple and Jablon should be sued for what they do to their clients.
I am with you on that, and I think $6 longer term.
it was my understanding that the IR person directly involved with gfre left to run his own hedge fund. WinningIR company absolutely sucks. I do know there are qualified IR companies looking to work with gfre.
do you understand that when you buy stock, the money DOES NOT go to the company?
and how would you possibly verify that it is or is not avril? did you ask her yourself? if she does communicate to you, please tell her she's hot.
How is the song "fake"? please advise.
you have that right, but there may be hope yet..
there is no distributor for that "film" it sits in the can with nowhere to go....maybe direct to dvd.
I was talking to a friend of mine who works on corporate structure and clean-up on pink sheet companies that want to go to the BB or nasdaq. He was telling me that he sees so many companies that start off trying to do the right thing, but only briefly, and then figure out how easy it is to rob the public, and do so almost to the point that they don't even realize they are doing just that. What??? low on cash? lets backdoor some shares... its too easy to do and there isnt enough feds to catch them all.
hi, does anyone hapen to know of an actual honest reputable PR firm that caters to pinks?
OK I'll settle for honest.... thanks in advance.
there has been some dilution, but I believe the company has an excellent business model, and the people in place to make it happen. They have an excellent shot at capturing the musician/fan subculture in their online social network as well as the digital music label. Its as good a shot as any on the pinks at this price, in my opinion.
hey, new to ihub, and i have been long GFRE (fully reporting)for about a year, a recent sell off has it trading at 6x expected earnings. they are the largest bromine producer in China, bromine is only found in the US southeast, israel/jordan and a region of china, bromine prices are about $2,000/ton, and has been rising.. I think it is worth at least a look...
have you bought any at .0001 yet?
i'm bidding 25 million at .00001.. calm down boys...
looks like big apple is selling shares of all their clients see afao... they must be in big trouble.
balamidas, can you email me at jacopbass@gmail.com?
thanks
how do you figure that? because it went zero bid?
what does that mean?
none, other than you cannot sell at a zero bid, it does not impact the company's operations other than making it very difficult to do any private placements. It does suck though
although, it wouldnt take much to clean up the shares here... it was only 10k worth of stock sold.
buy the big apple companies after big apple sells.
as I understand it, afao is no longer associated with big A. BA had a large number of shares, maybe 500 million and they have been selling. Some of todays trades were just horizontal.
Big Apple not on the news release....
Just a matter of time before they are out of stock. Then it runs...
