Graphene 3D Lab $GPHBF. Management and key investors ensured the "grey market" ticker was locked up by making it the ticker for the official US listing. Avoids confusion of having more than one US ticker.
ARCW- a little bounce last two days.
I expect it to continue going into earnings. I don't believe many will want to be short at that time and some of the weakness was undoubtedly caused by them, in addition to low float, very weak market last week, and the unexpected earnings delay. The perfect shorter's storm.

ARCW still paying the price for delay in FY 2014 report.
Sloppy- shouldn't have been announced on the day earnings were to be out.
I'll wait for dust to settle before adding more. I think earnings will be great- but the delay of 10-K announced in the final hours was obviously not received well by the market.
I understand the reasons given for the delay, but it's still a little sloppy and agree it probably won't help share price here. Not sure how negative the market will take it- guess we'll find out today.

A little surprised by the size of it.
If I were to speculate I'd say they are anticipating the need for very large production capacity.
New coverage on $ARCW by CJS with $28 price target.

I've been adding shares- starting last seek at $20.50s and more in last two days as it's been pummeled. Weakness going into earnings does have me concerned though- down 30% in just last few weeks. Might have been shorts taking advantage of the quick move from $18-$25 due to the SA articles and analyst coverage, etc. combined with overall market last week in anything 3D printing related- just not sure. Guess we find out Thursday.
From flyonthewall:
3D Systems landed $6M-$8M deal with GM, says Piper Jaffray
Piper Jaffray says that based on conversations with industry contacts, it believes 3D Systems (DDD) landed an unexpected deal with General Motors (GM) in Q3. Piper thinks the Bluebird deal could be in the range of $6M-$8M. The firm believes the deal was not in 3D's pipeline.
No news, but yes- crazy spike here.
Impressive membership

My belief is ARCW goes much higher after earnings next week.
Top line growth should be great...not as sure about EPS due to cost of the 3 acquisitions, but should still be good.
Not VJET, no.
ARCW reports their FY 2014 next week Thursday- expecting great earnings there, so added mostly that today. Also bought more DDD and re-bought ONVO.
I think BABA created giant sucking sound in a lot of stocks this week.
For me that = opportunity in the 3DP beat-downs like ONVO, DDD, and ARCW- all of which I've been buying today.
Only green stock in space really is GGG.V, (up 15% today) and that was oversold/bounced off key support on Wednesday.
Buying back here
Oversold.
ONVO- liking the price here.
Dipping in for a few today.
re: ARCW I think so- I've been buying last few days.
Float is tiny so shorts probably nailed it at $24-$25 and will be covering before earnings i think.
Zecotek- the most furstrating stock I've bought this year without a doubt, and one of the few I'm red in after averaging down.
I'm a watcher here, not a buyer.
Still own shares, but market has been pounding it. If it doesn't recover by eoy I'll sell for the tax loss.
lol, I know. I was expecting it too. SGLBers know the future potential of what the company has going for it.
Ralph Resnik, Director of America Makes did say they were doing a lot of work with various partners (which of course includes SGLB) on real time process controls, and in part qualification for critical components - also SGLB...but he also seemed careful not to mention any company by name. If you listen to the replay (and hopefully they include the Q&A session), then you'll see what I mean. He kind of danced around the question- and didn't mention any companies by name. And if my memory serves me, the question was "are there any specific companies doing work on real time in-process monitoring and controls for metal parts", or something. Clearly an SGLBer! :)
I asked him if America Makes has started any R&D of graphene material for 3DP- but they didn't take the question. I'm almost certain they're not- at least they weren't back in January- maybe they are now.
yes, more of a rehash of what most who are seriously investing in this space already know. But a good overview.
There was a question or two re: "in-process controls for 3D printing of high value metals" that was probably from SGLB shareholder, lol.
But no mention or plug of SGLB given in response from Director of America makes.
They did spend some time on 3D printed electronics with "new materials" having an enormous future, and agree 100% with that position. I think 3D printed electronics is the "killer app" for 3D printing that will take it to mass use in 5 years or so.
I think if you go to the link I posted you can get an audio replay of the presentation- but no slides.
Yes, and yes.
First bought good chunk of ONVO last year on the pink sheets and sold after NYSE listing. I'm not the biggest fan of the stock at current share price- but that's just my opinion. It could be a huge mover with the right news. I don't own any ONVO currently.
CIMT- I continue to own. I like it, but market doesn't still. I'm not selling at these prices....but not adding here either.

Graphene-enhanced Materials for 3D Printing Functional Devices
Might get the battery demo then?
http://inside3dprinting.com/santa-clara/2014/speakers/
Adding here today.
Nice low volume pullback that I've been waiting for.
When you read stories (from Nanalyze for example) and posts on various boards that GGG.V isn't going to be first to market with graphene-enhanced filaments for 3D printing, or that "battery demo is at least 6 months away", etc. all I can say is...
They're wrong in my opinion.
Adding IRP disclaimer- but this is how I honestly, truly feel about GGG.V regardless:
This is another ONVO in the making and I believe it will be $3+ within a year.
I'll revisit this post on 9/16/2015.
Yes on GGG.V, and I'm adding here today.
Live demo of 3D printed is likely to be sooner than many think.
$50+ again, where it is now.
Also adding ARCW today. FY 2014 earnings out next week should be excellent.
Big drop yesterday, I'm buying a few more here today.
FY 2014 earnings out next week Thursday and they should be very strong.
Bought more sub $50/share $DDD today
Note Groupe Gorge says their order backlog is nearly double their first half year sales.
First half 2014 revenue 101.4 million euros.
Order backlog in July was 194 million euros.
PE 36 and P/S 1.1 seems "a little" cheap for that kind of revenue growth IMO, especially when they pay a dividend every year.
I've been approved to write for TheStreet.com and I'm going to write about this one if they'll publish it. My guess is it's going to make a nice move this fall to new highs given order backlog and predicted ramp in 3D printer sales.
Order backlog of 194 million euros vs. 101 million euros in first half 2014.
Nice.
Groupe Gorge signs US distribution agreement, gives video update

Not at yesterday's show
She was speaking from a new slide presentation that included some details on 3D printed battery technology, but timeline pretty much the same.
Daniel S.(CEO), has been invited to speak at the Santa Clara 3D printing conference next month- I think they're still working on date/time for him to speak.
COO's presentation yesterday was good, and there were about 5 questions from the audience- mostly about when revenues will begin and about the battery technology- IP protection, competition, etc.
I think Dr. Polyakova was more dynamic than in two prior videos I've seen her in.
Had lunch with her and CEO and they came across as very genuine and excited about the future for GGG.V I think they're a little exhausted from the road show they had in Toronto last week, then NY yesterday, and Dr. Polyakova is off to California next week. CEO back at company HQ on Long Island.
Stock is volatile as we know due to low float. I don't think yesterdays selling late in day was related to Dr. Plyakovas presentation- probably just profit taking.
I'm on it now- working good on iPhone at least
In NYC now to see presentation by GGG.V COO tomorrow
I'm at Sofitel Hotel now, right next to NYC yacht club and the Harvard Club.
Great midtown location for the conference
Once listed in the US, the registered shares will trade at or very close to the shares listed in Canada. Eventually I expect the U.S. listing will lead in volume and hence, influence on the shares registered in Canada. This is because the company is based in the U.S. and the market for investing in 3D printing is much larger in the U.S.
The "grey market shares" (GPHBF) now trading on the OTC are unregistered, and unregulated. They have no connection to the company other than a trading vehicle set up by a bank (I suspect is't a subsidiary of Fidelity), who makes money on the difference between the bid and ask. The SEC frowns on this activity, and Graphene 3D Lab has nothing to do with these grey market shares. Because they are unregistered, you don't get voting rights, and I'm not even sure if your shares would be included in any potential buyout for example, since they're not registered properly with the company.
By contrast, when the company registers the shares in the US as Graphene 3D Lab is in the process of doing, it will be done right, they'll be quoted properly, the company makes quarterly financial filings under that ticker, press releases under that ticker, you'll have voting rights, you'll actually "own" a piece of the company as an investor, etc. That's still in the works.
Hope this helps
Thanks for the Graphene 3D Lab (GGG.V) video Clay
I know TA folks focus on charts, but for those interested in why GGG.V has a strong chart coming out of the gate, you can read why here.
