Asset 225B, claim 362B
Can anyone tell me how CTs and/or Prefs will get some money back?
Creditors do not need Cts for NOL, as long as they do not receive 100% their investment back.
Can someone still remember that ERHE sold some interests in which block, to whom years ago?
If I remember correctly, the proceeds was around 35M.
TIA
Once I get 200,000 more around 7c, you can have the rest if pps drops further. Good Luck!
Those senior creditors and bond holders should be also in the pool. I don't know what percentage CTs will share with others in this pool. Any information? TIA
Maybe they filed phony claims in the beginning to let others believe that recovery rate is much lower, then as the bond and senior debts prices dropped they bought in. IMO
"Lehman estimated earlier this year that it would likely have $322 billion in allowed claims against the estate, with $272 billion from the parent company and about $50 billion from its various subsidiaries. The bank said creditors can expect to recover up to $65 billion. A confirmation hearing on the plan is set for December"
Any updated figure to show CT's recovery? TIA
So NOL doesn't need Cts, what else can make CT get some recovery?
Maybe it's margin call. Brokerage carefully sold those shares to someone at this level. without disturbing the price too much. Why?
Good question, now who is this 51% old debt? Senior Debtors have not received 100% return yet, so they still in front of CTs. Am I right?
FRAUD and MISLEADING
CTa all with Guarantee Agreement to pay. Now it's no Guarantee to pay. Trustee -- Bank of NY Mellon did not file claims and said CTs can get nothing till SN paid in full.
That means CTs have no guarantee.
I feel much comfortable to buy 200k more below 0.09 Looks like the time is coming.
Does it mean that CT will be paid in full under this "Guarantee Agreement"? How about other CTs? TIA
I like this figure. But why did Lehman mail me 6 mails and tell me I have no voting power for all holdings I have?
I really like your figures, 16b to 20b shortage. But I couldn't understand the shortage for senior creditors to be paid in full.
They can only get 21% of return, so 79% shortage = 20B.
Or, 20B shortage covers Junior debts plus the 79% unpaid senior debts. TIA for your opinion.
Bad faith from beginning if it's true
Jpm got all Wamu's informations, assets and liabilities in early 2008 as JPM pretended to buy Wamu out.
Then they were setting up all the steps to damage Wamu through their Gang members shorting Wamu stocks, sending e-mails to rating co to downgrade wamu, worked with FDIC to rob Wamu.
I doubted whether those 4 Hedges got some info from JPM to buy wamu notes in order to control the Debtor.
Is this the way to buyout another company?
All of us know that senior note-holders can get only 21% their investment back. The only chance we can get some recovery is NOL. At this moment, I really can't figure it out why Pref & common can have any better chance than CT.
Why senior bondholders can only get 21% of their investments back, I, as a junior debtor can get returns more than 100% face value?
TIA
New Law? Can you show us the new law which affects CTs future? TIA
The company said a key change from its prior plan in January is that some sums will go to unsecured creditors of the parent rather than creditors of subsidiaries.
CTs are unsecured creditors for sure. But whether the sums will go to senior or junior, it did not say. Any thoughts ? Seniors have been covered for getting 21% or so. So the sums should go to junior. Hope I am correct.
I placed buy order 10k st 0.04.
two orders bypassed at 0.035. I can get zero. How did it work? at L2, I even can't find my buy order.
I got something for my GM bonds. If Leh CTs will be included in the pool. maybe those CT have some chance due to tax refund purpose. Thank you for any opinion.
Sorry, my TD ameritrade had some problem for all leh shares quotation early this morning. it's ok now.
What is the % of return for CT shares? 5% or 10%+. TIA for your opinion.
Those all have gone without any quote info. No more trade.
Is this end of play?
Those are pref stocks or Capital Trusts? Do you have any info I can check? If those are bond, I will be glad to buy some. TIA
Buyout at current oil price will be cheap.
If the oil price reaches $150 0r even 200/b, the value of ERHE should be 50% higher or double. Any comments?
You have no chance to win as their cost of Share at 0.0142.
Don't buy this stock. This junky has only one way to go --- south
Shorting it is only chance to play.
Noteholders keep selling, their shares were at 0.0142.
As the PPS drops below 0.0142, there will have another RS.
Don't buy, you may gain some profit only shorting it.
Dilution? Any benifit for insiders holding 50% more interests?
As they announce they found Oil upon AIM listing.
Any Reverse Split for past 10 years?
Fact: Phase II results will be announced in Sep.
This is the key element to support share price as listing on AIM.
This will be the support to sell additional shares without dilution.
Why SNP bought Addax without Oil there?
SNP must be a fool. Or somebody
This company sell nothing but worthless wall paper.
On the day of RS, we should have 7m shares, if the pps stays at 0.0005, then the price will be 0.05. So the company worths 350,000. If we have less OS at that time, 6M or 5m only, then company worths 250k to 300k only. Am I right?
Company should show us some photos of equipments at job sites. I don't see any difficulty for taking some photos.
CD holders will do the same thing again. Wait and see another round of dilution after RS.
Was it a good news? Why did pps drop still?
Maybe most of us couldn't see any production of the gold from company.
The pps will stay here, only brokerage firms will have some gains. What will be the minimum brokerage fees for 1M shares transaction?
Any connections between energy sector and food sector?
Do we have any chance to get some shares of this new listing subsidiary? eom
