Tell that to Tempurpedic
Exactly! With LuLu, you also buy a way of living, spirituality and a sense of community. It takes years to develop such a brand identity among consumers.
You mean IF, not when. You should read the rules for "Statute of Frauds" before you jump to conclusions.
This alleged contract probably fails under the "Statute of Frauds" NO it doesn't mean that someone defrauded someone else. It is a statute which dictates under which terms an attempt to form a contract between parties requires a formal document.
In HEME's 8-K they state that there is no written contract. Further, people on this board are stating that the neural communication software is "up and running." This is not true.
I'm not going to go into all the legal ramifications; to do so would require a semester of Torts, International Law and Contract Law.
Suffice to say, at the moment, Healthmed has stated that they are not in control or posession of the software and that TFZR does not intend to turn it over to Healthmed.
Thanks; nice overview and recapitulation.
Sounds like advertising to me.
Coulod I have the stats on the demographics, please?
So...let me see if I have this right?!?! When a company runs a ROR (run of the radio) ad, if they do it more than once rather than once an hour, this is superfulous fluff.
I do not mistake playing the pump for substance.
Money will be made, but I don't want to be the last one off the ship.
You obviously have not read their November 8-K
Play nice and help the mentally challenged.
I do! But if it doesn't read my signature below.
Bad hair day!
Mommy, will I look like that if you buy me those!?
Thanks - I misremembered (note, I was not mistaken!)that would mean 11/14 with 5 day grace to 11/19 + OTCBB's administrative time (unknown how long - but I can't imagine more than 3 business days) making it November 24th).
I’m a Bull (or Bullette). If you are in this for a quick turn, I’m with ya. But to have expectations of sustained grandeur is misplaced faith.
They don’t have the neutral communicator that they promised, and they now offer an open source program. Big deal –it’s open source. In and out! Go for it!
Enlist anyone you want. I figure it like chicken soup - may not help; but can't "hoit!"
So - what about the OTCBB issue. Anyone have an answer?
Was it my imagination, or was there to be a status change on OTCBB on 11/20 or 11/22?
Nothing has changed as of 9:00 a.m. eastern.
I'm easy! Tell me what you are going to do - set your timetable -THEN DO IT!
Not that I need it, but I'm headed for my beauty rest. "see" y'all at 9:31 eastern.
I agree they have a foothold; I just hope they're not stepping in grease and land on their a$$. Either way, AFTC will make a lot of money - they will just do mo betta if the Chinese don't steal the patents.
Probably a 2 hour Long followed by a Short. Money going up and money going down.
Time to change their ticker on the website. That only takes about 30 seconds.
To some extent, it's only sluggish in USA - They use it for everything in EU and Asia; cooking, heating and (hopefully soon) motor vehicles.
Still, I do not trust the Chinese - they don't honor patent rights. The only club AFTC has is that the US would probably not allow shipment of cars to US from any country using the equipment without royalties. I.e., Korea.
I would welcome a R/S of upwards of $5+ which would put it above the institutional investors threshold. 5 Mill shares @ .05 or 50K shares @ $5; they both are $250,000.
I am in agreement with you fosce2. I believe that most of us are of the opinion that, from recent communiqués, Jim intends to get loans rather than any further immediate dilution. This is based on current contracts; but although not having been said, many of us believe that there a few other significant contracts in the wings that are not being revealed as yet.
As I have previously stated, Jim plays it close to the vest. I have no problem with that, in fact, I prefer it; but it does curtail would be investors. Also; the Stop and EC do not help.
I think all hell will break loose by Dec 31, 2010.
Thanks for the thoughtful insight.
Not to mention the court jester!
Shorts appear to be 10% - 20%
Short?
Sounds fair and reasonable to me.
EC and Stop news – and more
10:00 a.m. Stop and EC still showing. Now on to the R/S issue.
When one goes to the doctor with what he believes is a serious illness and the doctor finds nothing, the doctor is liable to say, “You will live.”
He doesn’t mean forever!
Suggestion. Stop calling and emailing Jim asking if he intends to R/S !
He has said, “NO” – let it go at that. Either you believe him or you don’t. If you believe him; let it go. If you don’t; get out.
This sounds like a couple of kids fighting over whose father can beat up the other one’s.
“My father can beat up your father.”
“No, he can’t.”
“Yes he can.”
“No he can’t.”
“Yes he can.”
There are indicators which may point to a R/S. Admittedly, history shows us that many, if not most, pinkies will R/S at a time which is not in the best interest of the stockholders.
Those who believe that the stock will R/S have other companies’ histories to rely on and can make a parallel comparison. Those who do not believe there will be a R/S are at a disadvantage in this argument, because, by its very nature, it is impossible to argue the negative.
For those believing there will be a reverse split; present the factual reasons, e.g., dilution, etc…. It only needs to be posted ONCE! It can then be referred back to without rehashing.
And remember, there is always 3 sides to every story.
PMs - Happy hour 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm - I believe you can send PMs then

8-K Filing
8-K Filing stating it does not have the Neutral Communicator.
See: HEME's 8-K stating they are not getting the 'NEUTRAL COMMUNICATOR" which was developed by Serbian college kids, (TFZR) the 2nd place winners at MS Image Cup in 2010. HEME alleges a "verbal" contract for the Neutral Communicator which the kids are either denying or are repudiating. http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7567109

Their consulting firm has severed all tiesEzra Smith of C Jones consulting been trying to contact HEME for the last month. They will not return his call's and he also stated that they are no longer involved with HEME.
Neural Communicator by TFZR of Serbia took home 2nd place at MS Imagine Cup in 2010. But TFZR is a group of college kids, not an American corporation called HEME. HEME issued a vague PR saying HEME took 2nd place at Imagine Cup.
Multiple company address (California, Nevada, Arizona), Phoenix address is not a business address but a house owned by 2 women that went into foreclosure. No one answers phone EVER at listed company telephone number (just VM). PR news releases issued prior to cocaine and arrests were obviously written by someone without much education. Certainly they were not constructed by someone trained in financial business writing affairs.

$52 in the bank - 300,000 of debtREPRINT from Stockfrontrunners.com.
http://www.stockfrontrunners.com/press-updates/healthmed-services-ltd-pinkheme-the-promotional-joy-comes-to-an-end/
As of December 31, 2009, Healthmed had not generated or realized any revenues from its business operations.
It seems like the promotional joy for Healthmed Services Ltd. stock and its investors is coming to an end. That cannot be called unexpected, but the promoters keep sending their alerts.
After the second large promotional jump on Friday, yesterday HEME crashed down by 21.67% on a volume of 20.35 million shares, or eight times the average for the pink sheets stock.
After $10,000 have been paid for HEME's appreciation at the end of September, the next portion of alerts, sent out on Friday, was supposedly for free.
The share price reacted, but the company's attempts to concur the stock market also over countless press releases were not convincing. It looks like HEME's intended future product is a so called neural communicator that will allow disabled individuals send neural signals to remotely control the functions of a computer or mobile equipment.
Two sentences in the company's latest 10-Q have been devoted to that revolutionary technology: "Healthmed is entering into the beta stage of software testing of an application that allows remote access between the Apple iPad and a stationary PC. This software will allow healthcare professionals to be mobile and provide convenience for notes and records".
After traders were not so convinced of the uniqueness of that planned product and of its ability to generate sales as long as it is developed at some time in the future, the company's new management and new IR&PR firm (announced also at the end of September) can now hope that finally some big institutional investors will see some value in their planned new business and will provide them with some cash.
Because, as we previously reported, HEME is in urgent need of it. For the first six months of the year, HEME managed to spend the $8,073 they had and was left at the end of June with $52 in the bank, with which over $300,000 in debts had to be repaid.
Company Background
Healthmed Services Ltd (Healthmed) is a development-stage company. The Company's primary business objective is to use communications technology to provide individuals, companies and health-provider organizations with round-the-clock telephone and Web-based access to medical advice, information, products and services. As of December 31, 2009, Healthmed had not generated or realized any revenues from its business operations. The Company, through its Website seeks to offer services, such as public portal: free interactive Website for individuals, consumers, and the general public, designed to provide health information and recommendations in simple and easy-to-use formats, and private and custom-designed/client specific portal - health information centers. Healthmed, through its call centers seeks to offer services, such as providing a line of health information services.
The claim on the website from September is that HEME was going to launch Virtual Vantage. To date; nothing.
Boy, am I glad; I thought I was wrong!
Why don't you walk over there, the rest will do us all good!
Don't confuse proped with pooped; both happen!
Patience - and a few swing trades.
When this goes to $1+ it won't mean diddly!
I love this game.
Take a deep breath, step back - I'm on your side of this argument.
To Kaos: I assume you meant IRS, not IRC,
I was responding to natural when I brought up "C".
