ALCL with yet another 10% drop, this stock is a nightmare.
FACT: ALCL shares released from treasury are new shares in trade and that process definately dilutes the PPS.
Shares out of treasury are new shares, no?
That's because it's common sense!
A completed merger, multiple paid promos in 35 days, and suddenly several million sold at any PPS.
Yeah, that needs a link to be true... come on already...
All these new millions of shares at records low PPS just creates a lower wall.
GL
I see dilution, I guess others may call that accumulation
Don't care what anyone thinks of my ALCL posts. Investing is not popularity contest and I'm not here to do everyones DD. Everything I post relating to ALCL as a trade is verifiable if someone takes the time to research a bit deeper.
My posts are typically along the lines of a headline not an in-depth article.
PPS down again today, might want to average down yet again.
GL
FACT- ALCL is down ~95% in several weeks and just keeps dropping & dropping. The Textraw merger did nothing for the PPS. The algae PRs did nothing for the PPS. The recent filings did nothing for the PPS.
I'd post a link but....
Let's be honest with ourselves and ask this question-
Who has this many shares that can be sold at these prices while still making a profit?
That list is extremely small, wouldn't you say.
Further, who needs cash to finance the algae operation & now Textraw?
Yet another small list of potential sellers, no???
Funny how the highest volume comes in days after the paid promotion. Almost as if the P&D didn't get the share price up so now they have to sell at whatever they can get per share.
Those were big blocks yesterday, bigger blocks than were sold during the paid promo P&D.
GL
Where is the proof of no dilution??? ROFL- Anyone knows a company can dilute from an unchanged OS/AS, WOW!
An unchanged ALCL AS/OS doesn't prove no dilution in any way, shape, or form.
Shares can easily have been released from the treasury, this is only the first of several ways to dilute from an unchanged OS/AS.
For starters...
Those are the latest reported #'s BUT do not think the company can't dilute just because the AS/OS didn't change. Companies can definately dilute with shares from within an unchanged AS/OS.
I thought 99.9999% of penny traders knew that.
.01 coming soon, almost 50% sells, someone dumping shares today
PPS down again & folks continue to averaging down
LMAO- ALCL only down 95% in 2 months!
That 10K spells train wreck.
This part is especially of interest-
FACTORS THAT MAY AFFECT OUR PLAN OF OPERATION
We have been the subject of a going concern opinion by our independent auditor who has raised substantial doubt as to our ability to
continue as a going concern
Our consolidated financial statements have been prepared assuming we will continue as a going concern, which contemplates the recoverability
of assets and the satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. The Company is in the development stage and, accordingly, has not
yet generated significant revenues from operations. As a development stage Company, it has generated revenues totaling $36,000 and incurred
accumulated net losses of approximately S194,410 from September 13, 2006 (inception) through the period ended June 30, 2011. These
factors, among others, raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
The future success of the Company is likely dependent on its ability to obtain additional capital to develop its proposed consulting offerings
and ultimately, upon its ability to attain future profitable operations. There can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in
obtaining such financing, or that it will attain positive cash flow from operations.
What DD is provided here? Everyone knows ALC* just merged with Textraw for now. Aside from that there is nothing notable in either email.
Seems someone is trying to do DD for others while saying do you own DD, isn't that an oxymoron?
Never said the company will be a failure but DO say that most holders got caught in back-to-back P&Ds here and the stock really has no value based on the companies financials alone- ALCL reports $0 in revenue, many are stuck holding the bag from .45 - .25 and then again from .14 - .04, the buyers here are just averaging down again & again, aside from the averaging down buyers nobody really has any interest in this stock, hence the back-to-back paid promotions on the sub-pennie forums.
No DD required to see this, it's happening right here right now.
GL
Wrong. Textraw most definately dealt with SKG* in a botched merger, that is fact and easily verifiable. That's why they won't comment on it.
Mike Barbee was listed on Textraws website for over a month (yes, Textraw controls their own website content & put this there), it was only removed shortly after the botched merger.
I wonder who Mike Barbee works for?
One thing for sure, since the Textraw ALCL merger the PPS here is tanking.
GL
Good job! I sent Textraw a similiar email last week with a bit more detail. Received a response close to yours. They will not talk about SKG* in any way shape or form.
Still changes nothing though for ALCL. Fact is, if Textraw was so successful and generated any significant profits then, why did it take 2 years to find someone to buy them??? The are hundreds if not thousands of 'green companies & shells' out there that showed no interest. I guess nobody had any interest in them because more than likely they generate little if any profit, require cash, and there just isn't a big market for the product aside from a few commercial buyers in the past.
I've chatted with several folks that are in thier current markets and they said several places that used to carry the product stopped carrying it stating it was too costly and no demand.
GL
LMAO- Someone should point out to Textraw that they are a subsidary of SKG* according to:
You must read some of the Textraw PRs on the bottom left of the page
The links can't be posted on iHub due to the M*G lawsuit.
Looks like that old PR was on marketwire & also at the M*G website.
My only 2.5 cents regarding this merger is that Textraw has been in desperate need for cash for 2 years now, that's why they have already "merged" (term used loosely) with 2 other companies in 24 months, verifiable via several sources. Why would a company with strong positive revenue be so desperate to merge with a public company??? Most likely because they lose $$$ not make $$$.
Someone actually whispered Textraw is suing M*G for the "supposed" botched merger deal with SKG*, can you get them to confirm that???
Did you see my link to the SKG* website listing Textraw as a current subsidary? So many of these subs are scams & dilution machines.
GL
I would be pretty sure Textraw/ALCL is a completed merger unfortunately the merger sunk the PPS here even lower.
What I'm saying is the new PR is exactly the PR put out back in April for Textraw when they did or didn't merge with SKG*. Actually this merger apparently never happened even after the announced completion of it IMO. LMAO, isn't this funny:
Who owns or did own Textraw? LOL
Old Textraw news, they put out the same PR 7 months ago when Textraw merged with SKG*
A completed merger didn't hit the spot, what update could possibly help this ailing PPS
This could actually close green today.
ALCL could hit .01 soon with the current trend, maybe even this week???
Nobody wants cheap ALCL shares except the newest ALCL bagholders & folks that just keep averaging down & down again.
What more proof of a back-to-back P&Ds does one need???
ALCL down another 20% after Textraw merger???
No, the seller that has many cheap shares for sale is keeping the PPS where it is. Not to mention the company isn't worth anything at this time.
Because Textraw is a broke company & brings no profit to ALCL. Nobody is shorting here, at least not in any significant way. ALCL isn't booming because they have $0.00 in sales and the so-called ALCL experts are paid promoters, they are paid to get newbie investors to buy ALCL while someone else sells tons of shares cheap. Hope that helps...
You mean M*G, that's who Textraw is apparently suing.
LOL- ALCL is a P&D, so many paid promoters trying to get newbie investors to hold the ALCL bag.
Everyone said see you in green land a few weeks back and got many to buy ALCL at .25, doesn't look so green from their perspective I'm guessing.
Textraw is broke and in desperate need of cash. Every company that merged with or attempted to merge with Textraw dropped to .0001. That is a fact that is easily verifiable.
Completed merger & only down 9% today???
LOL- Tells me ALCL P&D is in motion and someone had lots of shares to sell.
I said it was going to happen. Unfortunately SKGO doesn't own Textraw & never did. Botched deal and possibly a Textraw/M*G lawsuit in progress but I can't find any details yet.
Continue disputing the FACT that 70% of ALCL trades today are sells. It really shows who doesn't understand the market & trading.
Not quite, I said 70% sells so far today and that's what I meant.
At least this "Einstein" has made good bank trading this POS and I thank the paid promotions for that ;)
