Eventually they are going to have to buy. They are short a HUGE amount of shares. They don't want to stay short forever so they are going to eventually buy back. When this happens the price will shoot up as they are buying. I'm thinking they are just trying to bring it down so they can make one solid buy to cover. Makes their job MUCH easier than playing this back and forth game everyday. That's only making their position bigger and bigger which could eventually cost them considerable amounts more.
I agree with the shitty trading right now. But it can only last so long before it turns around. Strange stock to short on anyway. I think that is why it has been so hard to cover. A few days ago they posted 100 meaning that they need more shares NOW... so it is obvious they are attempting to accumulate them. And then they will ride it up with the rest of us. I give it a week.
It isn't diluting. If you look at the L2 is clearly shows that the buyer and sellers are both the same. They are shorting the position. You can see this by the huge short position. If you watch everytime it dips down they will buy in. It goes right back up and they have to do it again. I think they are attempting to cover their very large short position.
Unfortunately this isn't playing well for those of us holding long term but the nice thing is that once they cover the stock goes up and they leave with a higher price because of it.
So this is interesting. We have more buys than sells today. So that is a positive thing. At least it is growing the base. And we are still seeing some larger buys of 50,000-100,000 so that makes me believe that the shorts are being covered since the dollar volume isn't going up. So while this looks ugly I really think we are slowly starting to make headway.
And if this is because there is that added 22 million on the market at least it makes more sense and can go back up once it is all done. Not a big deal, these things always work themselves out.
I'm holding long term. This is one of the joys of investing... sometimes they go up, sometimes they go down. You hold through the tough times so that you can make it through the good times. Once the shorting is done and it is obvious shorting is happening then we'll be able to turn the corner and run hard.
The hard thing about pinging is that you have to actually put in bids and sometimes they take and that costs me $10 each until I get to my 150 trades for the quarter.
I'm just going to have patience. Rather than fighting with them I'm going to let it run it's course. It is obnoxious but there isn't a lot we can do about it for now. Definitely a time to be a buyer!
They won't want to. They will reach the point they are attempting to reach and it will no longer be equitable to drop it without huge risk.
We could have a lot more than 4... but that would just be overdoing it! I'm resting for this one to soar... then there will be plenty of posting.
I'm going to try and add to my position again. I still believe in the company. The PPS really doesn't matter to me right now because I'm looking towards the future. It will have its turnaround we just have to be ready for it.
The MMs are playing games with it. They are shorting the hell out of the stock. This of course creates an unrealistic buying environment as you have to bid above the ask in order to pickup shares in lots larger than 5-10,000. Once they are done playing their short then we should see a reversal but for now... we have a VERY undervalued stock with a lot of shorts outstanding. A LOT. I imagine this has to be covered soon.
Nobody can buy right now because they can't get in at the prices. They have to go SO FAR above the ask that they can't actually buy shares. Since most people aren't looking at L2, l3 screens they don't know this. And they probably aren't going to risk it either. That's the issue. Once the MMs are done it will have a natural rise back up... but holy shit.
They are running it down. I'm guessing they are going to buy low in anticipation. I really hate MMs sometimes.
Definitely a strange one. I expect it to turnaround but holy shit... this is definitely obnoxious for the time being.
Not sure if we'll get that today, but going into next week I think we have a lot of new eyes looking at the company and a lot of great potential as things progress forward. Lots of great news coming up just a matter of time.
I just like seeing that nice bright green band around our current price. That is just inspirational in my book, even if we are down slightly for the day. If all of my stocks could just have that band everyday I would be happy.
Are you trying to make sure we hit our four posts per day? ;0
Just under 2 million in volume and we're only a few hours in. This should be a decent volume day. Better than average is my guess. Once more news comes this volume is going to grow. Hopefully the short volume will decrease as this happens.
I think once we get past the announcements and we get a few PRs of an actual happening then it should jump it quite a bit more. Once something is signed and ready to roll that always plays out better than an announcement that it is going to happen. But we're going in the right direction. A company that is current is one that is definitely ready to grow.
I agree, this is a great move in the right direction. We should see a lot of positive coming from all of these actions in the relatively near future.
I am with you on this one. I think financial reports are far more important than anything else. This should be a good indicator of the company's health. And since they are trying to uplist I assume these will be audited as well.
Matt? The only other boards I will be posting to are going to be ARTS and THRA. Most of my other companies I hold so short it isn't worthwhile for me to even post. I hold 95% of everything I invest in for a day or two at most.
This is good in theory. Just don't know how well we can play it out because we don't know what cards they are holding. It is a lot easier when you know what you are going up against. I'm just going to hold solid and wait for it to take me places. ;0
We posted the new locations. They were tied to a plastic surgeon with two offices that had moved. Because they use the traffic from these locations for their own operations it is important that they move along with their partnered practices. This plastic surgeon is also the one that will be doing work for them in their newest location.
I noticed the same thing when I bought my million. Looking at my account it shows me as having around 20-30 different buys and they are all over the place. I know I didn't place that many buy orders. I have 1.2 million shares and I bought then in lots of 250,000 , 140,000 and the rest were in lots of 100,000 and I had some loose shares that I had purchased in one of the first two lots. I should only have 10 buys. Crazy how it all happened.
Definitely! Who buys $200 or less worth of stock at a time? You can do this with nano stocks but with a stock trading around a penny it would cost you so much in fees it wouldn't be worth it. Definitely MM plays. Super fake. But at least they are getting larger.
Try putting in a buy order at the ask and tell me what happens. It won't get filled. I sat with 20 orders yesterday and couldn't get any of them filled even when I was above the ask. Th real ask is quite a bit higher. This stock is being played by MMs. Just look at the L2. Once they get done playing realizing they hit their bottom they will cover and raise the price of the stock ultimately. It is how it all works. Just look at the short volume, it is huge.
I am a day trader. I am also a stay at home dad. I have plenty of times while waiting for my son to write his letters and numbers that I post between.
I think the company is a great value and a great investment. If you notice I don't post nearly as aggressively anywhere else. Sometimes you just have to believe in something. I believe in this one. This is my long term bet.
New office is set to open at the end of May. I'll be visiting it myself during the grand opening and I'll make certain that I take pictures and videos.
Good luck golfing. I like your laid back look at things. That's how it should be! Sometimes you just have to believe in your investments and let them work for you.
I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary here. This is what virtually EVERY company does in order to raise capital for an acquisition. Why wouldn't they? It is a cost effective means of raising money. They are obviously moving forward with the acquisitions. They are obviously making progress with their business. A company that is losing money doesn't grow.
So being profitable in their last quarter means nothing? To me that's a pretty big deal. And they didn't get evicted they moved along with the practice they held the lease with. They hold their practices along with other practices in order to benefit from their traffic. It is a marketing strategy that has been effective for them thus far.
I really would like to see some reform on what MMs can do. It is sad thing that they can take stocks hostage. They are really just playing with people's money. I'm sure there will eventually be something done to halt this. Once it happens... good times for all!
This is good news! Curious to see when the date for that will be! ;0
Ahahaha, me too! I was like... what? Instanbull? That's where we are going first?! Wow! But then I took a second peak at it! Still, good to see that we're on the radars!
I prefer things that happen as well but I also like to be informed of things that are GOING to happen. I have been invited to the official grand opening of the new location and flagship store. I am probably going to make the effort to go out there. They announced they were going to be working to become current on pinks and they accomplished that.
You have to be patient with these types of things. We know things are moving forward. They invited investors out to come look at the Sohna spas. To me that shows that the acquisitions are on track and possibly done.
These are all steps. This company is still young in the process. You have to understand that at this stage of development this is just how things fall in line sometimes.
Uplisting would be awesome! Looking forward to it!
They aren't losing money. They became profitable in the 4th quarter. I expect to see more growth in the first quarter as well. They may use money from shares for further acquisitions but this isn't a bad thing at all. As shareholders we're going to get a lot more value out of it than we would actually lose. I think the company is making smart moves we just have to get over this hump whatever it may be.
I wouldn't worry about this. After talking to Brian yesterday that didn't even seem like an option. Even at the authorized 175 million shares the stock should be MUCH higher. At least .05-.07 . We are looking at a 6-8 bagger just to get it where it SHOULD be.
I am noting that they are selling to knock down the price and then scooping up MORE shares than were sold. The company definitely has a large shorting position but it doesn't completely make sense most of the time. Strange.
