It isn't diluting. If you look at the L2 is clearly shows that the buyer and sellers are both the same. They are shorting the position. You can see this by the huge short position. If you watch everytime it dips down they will buy in. It goes right back up and they have to do it again. I think they are attempting to cover their very large short position.
Unfortunately this isn't playing well for those of us holding long term but the nice thing is that once they cover the stock goes up and they leave with a higher price because of it.
This month I have said, "I can't wait until Monday" far too often!
