Bullit69, if you are so confident in Bob's integrity, and the opening of Baja project is only the matter of time in your eyes, tell me, how many CWRN shares do you own today?
If you are 100% sure in what the company says then you know it will be an easy 20-bagger in a couple of months, you would have never passed by a sure shot like that, would you?
How many shares do you own, Bullit69?
It is obvious that you keep up with this board, thus the lack of your responce will only point out that you have something to hide.
Let's repeat the question then :)
Bord marks are going down. Let's hope Mr. Cotton is just waiting to have some substance to PR. After all, there are only so many ways one can say "We are waiting for the permit."

How many shares?
May I ask how you are so familiar with Bob's life and habits, drinking or not?
CWRN has recently been updated to "Limited Information" on pinksheets.com. 5B OS was changed to 2B on Nov. 12. Somebody took time to do this.
I believe that Bob actually knows that he is onto something real this time, and he began taking care of the stock accordingly.
If he was diluting, why would he email people telling them that he does not expect any uptick untill production starts? This is the polar opposite of what somebody who wants to sell you shares RIGHT NOW would say.
I believe that, finally, after 4 years of operation, CWRN has found its niche, and is intended to make profit.
I have a solid position in this because it looks less and less like a gamble.
CWRN is NOT trading as if it is being diluted.
CWRN's chart looks pretty good. We might even get a nice run if some solid news are released.
The upward pressure is here. It is very weak, but it is better than nothing.
CWRN is heading for HOD close. Look at the chart!
Exactly. And that is why there is no upward pressure on the share price whatsoever. One soild, proof-included, PR is all we need.
One should not expect any solid "production has begun" news until the beginning of the next year. But, in my opinion, those news will come, and the following rally is well worth waiting for.
We might be on our way back up...
The company's site had only about 730 visitors about three weeks ago. The number is at 2541 right now. That's quite a leap. I think a lot of people have been checking CWRN out, and are sitting on the sidelines, waiting for some more substantial PRs. Hopefully, some of those will be out soon, then we will see some action.
In the long run (6 months or so), CWRN will turn out to be either a total disaster, or a 20-bagger. It is a lottery ticket, and I am in. I think, at this point, with the information that is available, it is 50/50. The chances will shift one way or another as new PRs are released.
This is my honest opinion.
CohibaMan, I have to hand it to You, You do have some legitimate arguments. But, at this point, we just have to wait and see. Bob has set a time-frame for himself. If the mining does not start by the end of this year, then very early next year we will see 0.0001, and another RS... Time will tell. I am in it too deep to get out now anyway...
Thank You for your opinion.
Why would they sell the day before the PR, not after - into the news volume?
Big blocks does not neccesserely mean that the company is the seller. Somebody held two million shares, waiting for a pop, but then decided to move the money elsewhere - four blocks of 500K.
If the CWRN does sell shares, then Bob is flat-out lying in every PR. He might be a liar, but he is not stupid. Twisting and coloring the reality or the future is covered by the safe harbor statement, but dull lie about the present facts can lead to legal consequences, and he knows that.
I think that the company was very unsuccesful in the past, they had to issue billions of shares, and do several RS to sustain their endeavors. And yet, today, I believe they might be onto something. Yes, it came at the expense of all the previous shareholders. But, I believe that the present investors have the potential to benefit immensely. It will be the end of this year, that will indicate either the company IS, indeed, a complete, and never-ending scam. Or, if the years of selling shares have finally led to some tangible results.
Given that the company is not selling, the float is locked in. Only 2.4 mil. moved it 25% up. It will go up sharply, when the real volume is here.
0.0033 seems to be holding up well. Bottom? In my opinion, this stock has a huge upside, and a moderate downside potentials.
The document seems to be a bit outdated. Furthermore, whatever the usual terms are, I am sure that with some "incentives," Mexican government would be willing to expedite the process. Let's hope Mr. Cotton will find the way.
I added a revenue/EPS table to the iBox. It replaced the pictures of the vineyard, as I consider the depiction of its luxurious interior to be a worthless piece of DD.
Thanks.
Does anyone know how accurate/fresh the numbers are on this site?

If it is, indeed, accurate, then the actual CNOA float is only about 23 mil. because a little over 50 mil. shares are listed in the top 10 holders on the bottom of the page.
L2 looks good. It seems like we have established a good base around 50c. In order to go below, 7 MMs would have to be taken down. Though, the upside looks quite thin.
CNOA is a penny stock that is actualy profitable. 10-Q was out today - check it out.
CNOA 10-Q is out! 818% revenue increase! Historically, this was their slowest qarter, and yet almost 7 million in gross profit!
CNOA is the next ten bagger. It is actually profitable. 10-Q was out today - check it out.

The site has been on and off recently. Perhaps, something is brewing, or maybe they just didn't pay the bill :)
The site just went back up. No changes. Oh well...
It seems like we have established a solid base aroud 50c. In my opinion, it will linger around this number until the earnings come out, after this we should start moving higher.
Q2 earnings should be out next week. I assume they will release it after market close on Friday.
If the quarterly report is everything I expect it to be, I believe we might get into a dollar land. GLTA.
Some solid buying going on today.
A/R seems to be the main concern on Yahoo board as well. As the matter of fact, bigal4123 just posted some thoughts on the issue:
"High accts rec in relation to sales seems typical of chinese companies. Also, their reserves for doubtful accts is miniscule compared to US reserves. And you hardly ever see any losses on collecting accts receivables. The two largest customers that owe huge amts are both trading companies. The US auditors are obligated to show receivables that are past due for extended periods so that is where you should look if you are worried about the high amount of receivables.
The amount owed from Bothven is not a part of Accts Rec. It is shown as Consideration Receivables in the amount of $8.7M. Incidentally, 30% of that was due in July and it would be interesting to find out if it was paid."
I personally will wait for two weeks to see if they remain high, or if the company managed to bring the ratio down. The fact that the money are owed by large companies only adds to my confidence.
This should be an indicative quarter. I would like to see 3 things - A/R down, the same OS, and a decent profit (historically, it has been CNOA's weakest quater profit wise). If all those things come true, I might add another 100K to my position.
Does anyone know current IR contact information? I tried to contact Kate Ou, but the e-mail returned as undelivered. Darren Minton did not answer at all, but as far as I understood, CAFCG is no longer with CNOA.
CNOA FY 2008 results exceeded the estimates:
Revenue for the full year 2008 was $112.7 million compared with zero from continuing operations in 2007. Net income was $20.5 million representing a 52% increase compared to $13.5 million for the full year 2007. Lastly, earnings per share increased to $0.34 per diluted share compared to $0.29 per diluted share for the comparable period of 2007.
:) Thanks, bradford86! Thanks, burp! It's nice to be a part of this board. CNOA has some great things in its future.
bradford86, can you add me as an assistant on this board? I am heavily invested in CNOA, and I would like to be able to contribute to the board.
Thank You in Advance.
CNOA. Profitable Chineese company with PE of 1.5! Earnings are about to be anounced. Look into it, you won't regret it.
