Does anyone else think this mystery "email me Maria" post from "karmaking" is really from Wheeler?
http://www.songmeanings.net/songs/view/3530822107858682667/
Or am I just getting paranoid?
Just when others are telling you it's safe to go back in the water….dun dun dun dun dun dun

Note the name in red from this quote:
"Jim Wheeler, Chief Executive Officer – PB Enterprises, BMAM, LEINK & Mama’s Direct
Jim has built six successful ventures in his entrepreneurial career including co-founder of American Bath Factory, Portraits Plus Galleries, Remind America, Global Interlink Systems, Inc. and Blow Me Away Media and has more than thirty years experience in transforming entrepreneurial ventures into successful businesses with Jas. R. Wheeler Marketing Co."
Then note the address of record here: http://www.bizapedia.com/ca/REMIND-AMERICA-INC.html
The address 2625 Temple Heights Dr, Oceanside, CA 92056 is associated with a Jim Wheeler entity with a permanently revoked registration in NV called Universal Alliance, Inc.

In case you think this couldn't possibly be the SAME James R. Wheeler, note the name Shane Hodge of BMAM fame (see website) listed at the bottom of the next document. I mean, with how many James R Wheelers could Shane be associated? You will also find the names Universal Alliance, James R Wheeler, and Matthew J. Basson in the document below:

"
we all saw the MAGIC SHOW"
Of course not.
However, when the text of a PR is posted as "this from just a few months ago" when, in fact, the PR is SIX YEARS OLD, that does strike me as unquestionably OLD DD.
I'm sure the text of this PR was not posted every time in the last six months without a link and without the date with any intention to mislead anyone....
I mean, who would do that deliberately?
Sheesh. Talk about OLD information. That PR is from 2006 - a fact conveniently left off every reposting of it on this board!
It is also a PR that is NOT available directly on Agilent's website.

May 16, 2012 PR: "A First Quarter of resounding success for Papa Bello Enterprises" http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PAPA/news
May 16, 2012 The "Mama Ianne's" trademark was abandoned. Mama Ianne's was the brandname of the Pueblo Italian Market that was to make Mama's Direct food. You can do a trademark search here for Mama Ianne's:

May 17, 2012 Psionic Trader posts "MEGA BAGGER ALERT: PAPA!" on IHUB. Note that Psionic Trader quotes the Executive Summary, including the original "phone number" projections. First year sales: $576,687,668!!!

Three month chart for PAPA - the two red rectangles are May 16 and May 17.
Are you mad enough yet to file a complaint with the SEC? I would be. I think you've been had.
Horror flick or song, it's a pretty disturbing reference.
Unless it just refers to the burnish our faces are getting from the face palming!
Thanks for checking that. Sometimes I'm so astonished I start to wonder myself if I'm not making this stuff up!
May help "papa" - won't help investors.
Reasons are my own.
As for the Paypal, this is the address that the yellow button takes you to:
https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_flow&SESSION=xyyP6oMcvsM5M2GzZI5xYS929itMlrq6sYDGdSX_wfVxLdLsSQisRogdfpy&dispatch=5885d80a13c0db1f8e263663d3faee8d8494db9703d295b4a2116480ee01a05c
"boy did it impress us"
I'm still having nightmares of the yellow paint!
Just what is BMAM licensing to SLOU?
The only BMAM installation that I see is the one for West Coast Customs in a Best Buy somewhere. One installation and a video.
Wow. Blow me away.
The Blow Me Away Media website http://www.blowmeawaymedia.tv/home.html is littered with proposals and video links, but there appears to have been only ONE installation of this fabulous technology ever made.
Below is a screenshot from the "Advertiser Inquiry" page. Now, if you were a company thinking to advertise using the services of BMAM, would this impress you? I mean, I just LOVE chain link and all, but where are those "pods"? What happened to them? They look like an architecture student project, but do they exist?
On the home page, LES WALGREEN says,
"The most amazing technology I have ever seen, our PODS
bring live representatives and stores for anything,
anywhere."
"Bring." Really? Soon to be in India, Sri Lanka, and Sierra Leone, but are they ANYWHERE in the US?
one would need to humble oneself to realize the tone of his response
Why? I believe I would hear lies, based on the third party verification I've been doing.
And investor DD should not be about "feelings." IMO
And lest anyone think this is off-topic, Leink is one of PAPAs three subsidiaries and the address on Paypal is jim@bmam.tv.
It seems quite relevant to me that this is how Jim Wheeler does business. No actual products, but he'll be glad to take your money.
I wonder what the IRS would think of this....
Have you seen this? http://aero-financial.com/holdings/
That's PBE as one the holdings of Aero Financial, which I happened to look up because of this PR: http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/aero-financial-retained-as-strategic-consultant-by-southwest-biofuels-138963904.html
That PR was February 8, 2012.
Be sure to check out Aero's other holdings, including SW BioFuels and Sycamore Ventures (SYVN) Also, be sure to check their symbols on otcmarkets.
Guess who's with Aero Financial???
We're talking about Blow Me Away Media now, so let's ponder this: how can RESEARCH LITE be available ONLY from Blow Me Away Media AND also from a company called Adcentricity? Notice the phrase "only available from" in both paragraphs below, which are otherwise nearly identical.
The BMAM Media kit is another google doc in the ibox. Since I can't copy and paste text from it, I've made this screenshot:
I found this nearly identical statement on page 4 of a document viewable and downloadable from the link below:
RESEARCH LITE is an extended service that includes pre-packaged and fully customized research studies to measure digital out-of-home campaigns in any North American market. With this turn-key solution, only available from ADCENTRICITY, advertisers can take advantage of narrow focus campaign research around the medium and use it to gain deeper insight on the effectiveness of the media impact and contribute to campaign ROI / Return on Objectives evaluation.
So, a nonexistent company buys the rights to a nonexistent product from JasRWheeler. Wow, are we surprised yet?
this company does have a very well respected General at the helm in the board room
I have seen more blunders and boob moves by those in charge of this one stock alone then I have seen in a half a dozen other penny's I have been in. Money wasted on smoke and mirror promos, focus on "supposed" shorts when it should have been put on getting this merger and the finns done on a timely basis... investors left to just speculate from reliable good information only to have their investment go in reverse.... the nucleus for a good and profitable company is there... but the management of it is far less equipped to handle it then what we were led to believe they were.
I'm sorry. I don't understand what you're asking here. What was photo shopped?
I was talking about Tony Ianne, not pizza, but great idea, dlc7509. Let's review the Papa Bello Pizzas in Walmart issue, which keeps being credited to Jim Price's account. Except there's that pesky Annual Report for 2011, signed and certified by Jim Wheeler as "true and correct." http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=PAPA&id=76733
"The Issuer, through its Subsidiary, currently operates and franchises quick-casual restaurants with limited service offering pizza, pasta, subs, beverages and other menu items on a dine-in and take-out basis known as "PAPA BELLO® restaurants." At present, all PAPA BELLO® restaurants are located in Wal-Mart® Supercenter stores.
There are a total of sixteen PAPA BELLO® restaurants in operation at the present time. Seven PAPA BELLO® restaurants are operated by the Subsidiary and nine PAPA BELLO® restaurants are operated by franchisees of the Subsidiary." BTW, only 15, not 16, are listed.
I called them all - see my post #9973 - not one exists nor have any for at least a year and most for 2-4 years. So, why does Jim Wheeler certify in March of this year that "The Issuer, through its Subsidiary, currently operates and franchises quick-casual restaurants with limited service offering pizza, pasta, subs, beverages and other menu items on a dine-in and take-out basis known as "PAPA BELLO® restaurants."
I believe that anyone who has lost money in this should consider filing a complaint with the SEC. At the very least, one would think that such a blatantly false financial statement would be grounds for investigation.
On the other hand, I have also learned at some personal cost that the government agencies that are supposed to protect us simply don't. GLTA
Thanks. I'm really just persistent. And I google EVERYTHING! Speaking of which, google "Tony Ianne." I wonder how people in Pueblo feel a year later...especially if they've lost money in the PAPA scheme since May of last year...
I haven't quite made my point, I see.
BullTwit: "they do not use a WATER OVEN" (Post #11103)
Jim Wheeler via PhilCheeze: "So,much different equipment." (Post #11075)
Yet, there is "Chef Tony" with his hand on a SousVide water oven at a Mama's Direct event in April and posted on the Mama's Direct Facebook page.

Someone said they did not know why Mamas in Colorado closed its doors and was repossessed by the bank while many people lost their jobs a few weeks ago...."Chef Tony" was flying all over the country with his new friends from pappa bello
Whoa! Now the launch is delayed to August??
Watch out for the launch coming in maybe July or August
"Rendering of the proposed future retail locations" from the website.
http://www.mamasdirect.com/
Did Jim authorize the use of a photo from Kitchen on Fire's website, a cooking school in Berkeley (remember Mama isn't going to teach people to cook, according to Jim!). More to the point, did Kitchens on Fire authorize its use? This photo has a trademark on it.

To quote Mama's Direct Executive Summary:
"Mama’s Direct has contractual agreements in place with Pueblo Italian Market of Pueblo, Colorado to manufacture and fulfill a complete line of private label products using their proprietary cooking process that utilizes our patented Pasti Perfetto Water Oven."
under which statement is a photo montage with a SousVide Water Oven and an old George Foreman Grill.
So, what exactly IS "our patented Pasti Perfetto Water Oven"? What is the patent number? It is NOT listed under Pasti Perfetto.
Is the Executive Summary the "business plan" people keep claiming to have? Is there some other document out there that is more accurate and less...photo shopped?
I have been told that whatever they have can cook the food in just a few minutes.
Oh, please. McAfee of SousVide just makes typos. Perhaps he has real work to do as product manager for a real product with a real website and real endorsements from real chefs. McAfee's answers are consistent. Read them again. I appreciate his taking the time to correct his misstatement and doing it so promptly, both in response to me and following up with a correction to bucaneer. You can try to paint this some other way, but I think people who can read are getting the picture.
On another pinkie the CFO left 738M trading shares in a Q1 filed two months late and that was just chalked up as "Oops! Left a line from the Q1 of another stock used as a template. It's a typo. No biggie." NO, accurate financial information is her JOB, and HERE it is Jim Wheeler's JOB to produce verifiable proof that Mama's actually has anything to sell.
Maybe there will be a "launch" in July. In the meantime, the only thing launching on PAPA is more hot air.
On the issue of permission to use SousVides image, I emailed Doug McAfee. I asked specifically if "not" had been left out of this sentence in his first response to buccaneer on Friday (post #10932): "They do have permission or the right to use our products and we are in no way affiliated with mama's kitchen."
Doug McAfee's response:
I apologize.
They DO NOT have permission to use this.
Doug
Posters have referred to the Mama's "business plan." Can anyone tell me if the "Executive Summary" is this referenced business plan? Parts of it are pretty funny. I'm particularly fond of this:
Mama’s Direct has identified two groups of customers who are the most attractive marketing prospects.
1. People that eat.
2. And people that know people that eat ... or would like to.
But, PhilCheeze, in your previous post #10996, you quoted Jim as saying, "So, much different equipment."
Now you say water bath.
Which is it? Water bath or something "much different?"
Here's the OUT OF SERVICE page for NEEL:
http://safer.fmcsa.dot.gov/query.asp?searchtype=ANY&query_type=queryCarrierSnapshot&query_param=USDOT&query_string=2055972&Go.x=13&Go.y=8
Jan 4, 2012 PR states "our patented Pasti Perfetto Water Oven." It is called the same in the Executive Summary where the photo shopped photo of the Sous Vide is also found.
I found no patent for a Pasti Perfetto Water Oven.
These are the titles of Papa Bello Enterprises PRs released since PAPA hit its high of .29 in April:
Mama's Direct Flush With Excitement With Signing of Poker Stars
Papa Bello Issues LOI to Acquire ForgetAboutIt! Foods
Mama's Direct To Deliver World Class BBQ At Home
A First Quarter of resounding success for Papa Bello Enterprises
Celebrities preparing menus for Mama's Direct
No PR about acquiring this obviously valuable patent while the pps plummeted to .01. Seriously? Who would believe that? The stuckholders are outraged and with good reason.
If you hold the patent, Jim, as dlc7509 claims, how could you do this to your shareholders? If you don't, what does that make you?
I believe that Doug MacAfee heard of Mama's Direct for the first time when I called Sous Vide yesterday. I notice that he incorrectly called it "mama's kitchen" in the first email he sent you. You'd think he'd know the name if it was very familiar.
Be very careful believing what some here may say. I did some more research earlier today and learned the following:
Patent was assigned May 26, 2012 to JSW Lending, Inc.
JSW Lending, Inc was registered in NEVADA on March 23, 2012.
Its officers are Michael Johnston, Stanley Smith and Rufus Wolff.
Get it? JSW - Johnston, Smith, and Wolff. The address of Johnson & Associate, CPA, of Little Rock, Arkansas is the address of record.
Not JRW Lending as in James R. Wheeler.
Not Mama's Direct.
Not Papa Bello Enterprises.
And there are no connections that I can find between Jim and JSW Lending. What the relationship is between SousVide Supreme and JSW Lending is unknown, but Doug's response: "The patent belongs to us alone, no one else."
And however others appear to be spinning this, Doug's second email seems quite unequivocal:
They will not be selling our products. This photo was taken from one of our legitimate retailers and photo shopped to change the logo, we believe.
Again, we are not affiliated with them and have not plans to do so.
Never mind, I just read the second email from Doug McAfee in your post #10937.
Case closed, eh?
buccaneer, was this copied and pasted? I'm not sure it makes sense.
"We are aware of the issue and are addressing it. They do have permission or the right to use our products and we are in no way affiliated with mama's kitchen."
They are "aware of the issue and are addressing it" and they are "in no way affiliated with mama's kitchen" all sounds like no, Jim doesn't have rights. But "They do have permission or the right to use our products" sort of sounds like they do, except one would expect it to say "have permission and the right." Using "or" makes it sound like no, they don't. Did Doug perhaps leave out the "not," as in "do not have permission or the right to use our products"?
Will you check the response again?
TIA
In fact, you should compare the entire Executive Summary to http://www.bplans.com/mlm_cleaning_products_business_plan/executive_summary_fc.php#.T-Tj9HC0zzI
This, on page 11 of the "Executive Summary"
was taken from this:
