I can see how AT&T entering the market would make someone nervous but it's a very good sign I assure you. Their app is nothing special and is most likely a "reactionary" decision to maintain the status quo. "Because AT&T cares".
Remember this market is in it's infant stages and there will be lots of change coming. The biggest companies don't always have the best products. Remember the Time Warner/AOL merger? Many said they would dominate the market and push out the little guy. The little guy (Netflix) is not so little anymore and is now a market leader.
It would be bad if the likes of AT&T did not take an interest in this market. That would indicate PG's market research was flawed and Distracted Driving is merely a problem today gone tomorrow. We all know that's not the case.
Nice post Krombacher and my apologies for this being so late.
You may have eluded to this in your post regarding the increase in interest rates. I am fascinated that nobody (media) is talking about 900 lb gorilla in the room and that's our ability to service our debt with higher rates.
If you recall in the early 80s interest rates soared to 22% ultimately ending gold's bull run prematurely. Unlike the 80s when our national debt was manageable I do not believe the fed has this option today. The interest payments alone on just a few % points would force that same scenario i.e. Higher taxes, cutting entitlements etc.
Logic speaks volumes when you consider the gold in Ft. Knox (assuming its still there) is still priced at 35oz the same as it was during the FDR administration. I ask myself "how can this be" it does not make any sense. Perhaps placing the proper value on gold would essentially put the US one step closer to a gold standard of some sort? The world expects countries like Greece and Ireland to part with their gold to honor debt obligations why not the US?
Just some thoughts
Your right I do remember that being effective but txt n driv is about everyone. I am not sure we are going to "scare straight" anyone into using PG or any other knock off available.
Most people have never seen the fatality statistics with txt n DRV but they may have heard the 6x higher than drinking and driving. The stories my parents tell me about drinking and driving are mortifying and look how much society has cracked down today. Education, public awareness and reach are going to PhoneGuard's trusted ally in this fight. Like drinking and driving and like the seatbelt. PG has already been referred to as "the most downloaded mobile app" to combat this problem. See my previous post there is a link to the Benton police department's txt n DRV campaign next week.
Re the battery issue yea it blows but so does life sometimes. Short term parents may have to buy a car charger assuming the child or themselves don't have one already. Not an expensive proposition to protect one's child or themselves. Long term like every other product they evolve and they get better. More than likely the other knockoff's have the same power issue.
Lastly if a child or adult gets enough texting tickets they will prob have their license suspended. At which point PG makes a great tool to mitigate that suspension.

To be honest I have very little DD on this one. However one thing I have learned in life and business is people make mistakes. Sometimes big ones sometimes not so big. It's the fabricated scams that execute flawlessly on every venture.
GLTY I will continue to watch as I do believe this has potential
Not sure if your referring to TIVU? I don't have a position in it I just have it on my watch list.
Your welcome. Been in it for 10 months it's always been manipulated and beaten down. There have been a lot of amended filings over the last 6 months but with some patience you can buy and sell just gotta work through the games. Myself and a few others filed several complaints with FINRA for price manipulation that was blatantly obvious.
I'm in another stock on the list and it came up. By that standard they should put 99% of the OTC stocks on a trade for trade lol.
Are you guys waiting on material news here? I only ask because we are on the other and curious if maybe that was a trigger.
Great info thanks
TIVU is on the list of securities but not sure what to make of it

Well I know a company that will make your 2 companies obsolete in 2 months. The product links with your brain and channels all calls and texts straight into your thoughts.
But you should do your own DD because I'm not going to tell you anything about the company or product.
What are the companies?
BMW just upped the stakes imo with this video:

They were testing some form of PG a while back if memory serves right. Management has since made modifications/improvements to the app. However with Biebs on board I can't imagine Verizon not at least entertaining the idea with management and vice versa. Just my opinion
Having At&T in the game helps legitimize the market but also brings healthy competition. This is a good thing because it is their answer to Sprint (I believe it was Sprint) that recently came out with a txting app
To your point I don't see At&T dealing with PhoneGuard. On a more speculative level I see Verizon in the picture due to previous interest and I don't believe they have brought an app to market.

Kitty I am gonna take step off the ledge and say it's not your negative opinion that investors are jumping at. BB2 provided us with invaluable information that she and jimstr extracted from the recent Q. Some may have shrugged it off and will watch the pps rise and fall (hoping for the best). Others like myself took it as a learning opportunity to better understand what management is doing and why the pps is trading where it's at.
I believe it's your rash judgements and labeling of this stock investors are jumping at. Anyway that's my 2 cents but what the heck do I know.
JT
Wow very impressive and thank you bb2 (and jimstr). This is a great learning opportunity for myself and will be doing the reading on Derivative Liabilities.
Thanks again for looking out for the little guys.
Don't forget about the "time out" function to keep kids from texting in class. Fabulous idea BTW
Justin Bieber, PhoneGuard, Inc. and the Remember Alex Brown Foundation Reach Millions Through Texting and Driving Segment on NBC's The Today Show

Sure buddy whatever you say
Ha Mike Vick yes he is the epitome of a POS but he sells tickets and is fun to watch on the field. Bieber is a brand his publicist, managers etc are not going to let him destroy his image because he turns 18 and decides he wants to "throw everything away." Doesn't mean it couldn't happen but his peeps will do everything to insure it doesn't.
Odds are very much against an adolescent singer succeeding as an adult. Which is why the "brand" will often capitalize on opportunities while they are in the spotlight and hope something sticks i.e. movies, makeup, perfume tv etc.
Text n Driving PhoneGuard is but one of those opportunities to keep his "brand" in the spotlight.
At 18 or 19 he will still have "handlers". The day he ceases to be a money making machine those "handlers" will find a new cash machine.
Agreed. The market and management will dictate the ultimate success of PhoneGuard. Imo JB is a marketing instrument with very high visibility and reach needed to position PG as a "best in class" product within this market. Today Show, E, Perez Hilton etc would not even know about PhoneGuard if it were not for Bieber. Management says this is only the beginning? We shall what the next chapter brings but I think they have done a pretty good job thus far. If the market is receptive then it is up to management to execute their strategy and upgrade as many freebies as possible.

What "sting" and "reality" are you referring to outside of the usual difficulties a start-up tech company in a new market encounters?
Putting it another way what is it you are trying to convey to this forum?
You are long on this stock right?
Your posts seem to indicate JB will be a detriment to the product. As a teenager he lacks credibility (your words) They also indicate that nobody will buy this or "less than 10% that can afford it". You also go on to say selling PhoneGuard will be the equivalent of a full contact sport (something along those lines).
If you are long on this stock then why the negative speculation and pessimistic rants?
Check out GLD it's trading at 180 pre market. Also keeping a close eye on our other Jr
This stock is doing just fine on it's own. Take your worthless pump someplace else please
PCFG
ha nice :)
Hate to see you go jimstr. I appreciate the experience you bring to this forum you will def be missed. Good luck to you and thanks
JT
I know really what's up with that?
Seriously right? I can't remember the last time I wanted summer to end.
Unless management seriously screws this thing up or the market just wants nothing to do with the idea I see tremendous growth opportunity in this company and value brought back to it's shareholders.
The TWD movement has grown tremendously in the last 6 months and is only going to get bigger. Having one champion in our corner is a godsend but now we get 2. The nice thing about someone like Oprah and I'm not saying it is but that is my guess. She doesn't need money she needs viewers watching her network haha. Dr Phil makes me nauseous but housewives love him and that my friend is our target demographic.
Yes sir the delay in the software gave them time to prime the market and get their ducks in a row. This has been paid for by us shareholders as it is reflected in the current share price.
Management has told us it would be a "back to school" kickoff.
We know for a fact Bieber will be on the Today Show Talking about PhoneGuard sometime in August.
This is just the beginning and IMO our future is bright. Now we just have to wait for school to start lol
Agreed. Now we get to see what we bought and I'm confident it's good. These guys are piped directly into the "A list" crowd gearing up for a global marketing campaign.
Expensive...Yes
Worth it...Definitely
If management executes properly without too many hiccups odds are good we will make money. How much? I dunno thats up to management and the market.
I'm not going anywhere
OPMG
I did not know that. Thank you
I thought the update itself was very well articulated and provided investors with what was promised. If one is looking for a ground floor opportunity with a producing Jr than PCFG is a good play IMO. A year of production will do wonders for the share price as they continue to prove up reserves and the price of gold continues on it's up trend.
Our charting guru Matt refers to the Elliot Wave cycle for traders. This theory has also been applied to the gold run of the 70s. Its a great read and if history repeats itself (I think it will) and when gold mania fully sets in the longs of PCFG (and other producing Jr's) will be happy.
Make no mistake inflation is coming banks are sitting on too much printed money for it not to. Only this time the govt can't raise interest rates to 22% which is what killed the last bull run.
Hey Elijah did I miss the quarterly yesterday? Did the company indicate it would be filed late???
