Is it safe to buy down here? I have been waiting for it to come back from that quick pop.
#3? Joe your killing me!
Nice write up but #3 out of 3?
What's going on today? Someone trying to pick up some cheap shares??
Yeah but the low end of the range yesterday was .18, today its .20. Proof that sellers are thinning out.
Up we go!
Again their shares are not worthless. What part of $59 Billion profit do you not seem to understand?? All they need is the same deal everyone else
got nothing else.
I think its because the government said there was no other option for F&F. That has been proven to be false. They have easily paid back the money used to bail them out and stand to make huge profits for the foreseeable future. If you would have been in from the $60's would you be happy with this situation? If the gov just treated them like AIG the PPS would be in the $70's now and their huge loss would be a profitable trade.
Looks like a fun day today for FNMA and FMCC shareholders!!
Should pop quickly and continue up for the next 2-3 days!

Boom new SA article out!
Joe,
Was your article about Worlds going to be a post Markman work up?
Nice close! teens gone for good?? As Celts said the journey has just started there is a lone way to go to get to fair value for this company.
Slap that ask Celts!
I just noticed one of the features of iHub is the ignore feature. It's wonderful. Thanks iHub!
Yeah sellers are drying up. How long till the .30's? I think we could test them this week! What good news will hit next?
324 straight negative posts.
I am sure # 325 will send this down!
Keep up the good work!
Come on nobody caught that? Wood be faster?
I think it pretty obvious it wood be faster, their marketing will exploit this and lets face it a few minutes quicker for the same price is a no brainer.
I think his reason is due to the financing that was announced last month. They get more shares in July if the price is below .50 so it makes sense to me that they are trying to hold this below that level to get more shares. This would still likely be prior to any outcome of the hearing. However at a certain point they may not be able to hold it down any longer.
Certainly does, Thanks Celts!
CB From what I can tell SCRC was well on its way to hitting +$10 Million in Revenue this year BEFORE they announced the children's rapid med contract. Do we have any estimates what kind of revenue this one contract will bring in? Also do you have a ball park for the children's rapid med assuming they get a contract in China for this?
Lastly where else will they be able to ship this to? Worldwide??
TIA playing catch up this week.
Guts,
I really think the market will completely underestimate a Worlds victory at Markman. Vringo is partially at fault here as I will discuss in a minute.
Once Worlds wins at Markman it's so much more than a victory over ATVI. It's a victory over the entire MMO industry. After the smoke clears I think we can easily get to $5 PPS but it will take some time to get there but post ATVI the hard work is over. Think about how hard MSFT fought after Google lost to Vringo. Post ATVI all the other suits will fall inline.
First thing after a victorious Markman we will get a damn good run to as high as $2, but almost immediately after the run happens doubts will seep in and a bleeding will begin back to the $1.50 area.
A week or so later I think we get a credible writer to lay out how massive this victory will be, a big position by some tuts, partnership or some other wild card will occur or a combination of some of these. This will send the stock over $2PPS to stay. Maybe this will be when we cash in the shares, for the money we will need to maximize profit, and do the R/S to get us over $5
The next run will only happen as settlements roll in and this process could take months to years.
The main lesson I have learned is trade these plays every chance you get. Had you traded Vringo over the past 12 months you would be up way over 100% in a stock that's flat over that time. That's how I will play this selling all the pops as they occur. The first pops will be bigger and longer and the size and time will be less and less each time.
Another lesson I have learned is most of the gains in these plays happen in minutes so keep a core position when you trade and don't trade a pop until your sure its a real pop. You can hold for 12 months and notice that 90% of your profits will happen in 3-4 minutes over that 12 months.
Vringo has spoiled the easy money for us but also shows us that the money will come if you have the right team to get the job accomplished and I think we have that team.
Markman victory makes us a player in this huge rapidly growing industry and the PPS will reflect that but not all at once. Trade, build, hold and watch your wealth increase.
Everyone have a good weekend.
The great thing about a multi hundred million settlement from ATVI is the checkbooks that it will open from all the other MMO industry.
The next 12 months after this settlement will truly be profitable for Worlds longs as in the end it will add up to a 10 digit total. Like + $1B!
I could argue that because Susman is footing the entire bill and gets nothing in a lose that they are far more likely to settle.
But it will be a $200M or more in my opinion.
Tons of possible wild cards could be played. Activision could start settlement talks, additional suits announced, credible author write up a story such as Altucher or J P Moreno, partnership announcement from Vringo or another IP co. Dozens of possible catalysts and virtually no possible negatives till Markman ruling.
Most who are saying that have been in for months and have sold a little to reduce their risk and are holding their core position for a huge payday.
So yes I think most on this board are holding through Markman.
Sure some will reduce their holdings further before we get the yea or nay announcement, but most will hold a significant portion through.
Yeah and it won't take long they will be waiting to buy under .30.
Cheapies with today's news are anything under .25!
Hopefully it won't take you 9 months to finish your article.
Get busy Joe!
What else will happen next? These guys are posting good news every 2-3 days lately!
Why would you invest in FNMA or FMCC?
It's either worth 0 or 15-20 times the current price.
If your portfolio is $200K put $10K in FNMA or FMCC and 5 years from now it will be zero or another $200K.
5 years from now the lost $10K won't hurt much but the extra $200K gets you to retirement years earlier.
Calculated gamble.

ScripsAmerica Prepays Convertible Note From Continental Equities LLC
NEW CASTLE, Del., June 6, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ScripsAmerica Inc. (OTCBB:SCRC), a leading supplier of prescription, OTC and nutraceutical drugs, today announced that the Company has prepaid the balance of an outstanding convertible promissory note held by Continental Equities LLC with a principal amount of $114,700.
The convertible note was issued on April 15th, 2013 and has an 8% interest rate per annum as outlined in the securities purchase agreement between ScripsAmerica and Continental Equities LLC. The note's maturity date is April 15, 2014; however on June 7, 2013, the remaining principal and all accrued but unpaid interest and any other amounts due under the note are convertible into shares of the Company's common stock at a specified discount. The Company's final payment rendered the convertible note paid in full prior to its eligibility for conversion into shares.
"As has been the case with two other convertible notes this year, ScripsAmerica has decided to prepay its note with Continental Equity in order to prevent any potential dilutive effect it could have on our stock if converted into common shares. This action will simplify our capital structure as well as protect the interests of our company and its shareholders," commented Bob Schneiderman, CEO of ScripsAmerica.

I always wonder why people say they sold and are out for good but continue to post??
Help me understand why you are still here then??
Obviously you have work to do to get this back down under $1 so you can maximize your profits yet again.
I just wish you would come out and say this is what you are doing. Heck everyone here knows what you are doing so its really just stating the obvious.
Going straight up since open!
Less than 100K more shares to clear out before the shock and awe takes off. Buyers will move this up once they are sure the cheapies are gone.
Easily solved if a hedge fund donates 10M shares to a few of O's "friends".
Something g is wrong with my monitor??? All of a sudden I see green???
Don't forget a victory at Markman is much more than a victory against Activision. It's a victory over the entire MMO industry.
If Worlds can get Activision to pay $300M the total will be over $1B from all sources when the smoke clears.
Putting a buy order in for .38 today. The downhill slide will end very soon.
100 million men with ED in China. If its only $20 per month for treatment that's $2B/month for the 100M. If only 50% use medication and If SCRC only gets 2% of that business its $20M per month. The possibilities are insane with ED in China.
Celts got in Monday caught some o them cheapies before they ran out.
