btw, lets just assume for a moment that PNMS/fundacion actually lends you money gainst your assets to buy a house. How are they going to pay the owner of the property? certainly not with a debit card. it would have to be a wire transfer. how else could they do it?
when u buy it for cash u get clear title. why wouldnt you wire the cash from the sale of your pdr's to pay for the house. makes more sense
