That's a little dramatic.

43-101 Compliantgate, it has a CNN-esk ring to it.
There are a lot of broken stocks with stock prices to reflect their disfunction. Most broken stocks have almost no activity on their msg boards. Any idea why this company (dysfunctional, maybe; in the dumper, possibly) has such a large negative following?
When I throw something out, I generally don't talk about for days on end...unless...
$10? Good luck with that.
If LBSR is a ten year ruse, my hats off to the one keeping it running.
Would it not be wise to plan a mine while prices are low, so that the mine would be up and running when the price cycle turns? Plan for the future not for the present...

Throwing the baby out with the bath water, brilliant.
The term hypocrisy comes to mind, anti Pebble (because it nots on their land) and pro Milrock Resources because their claim is...lets see how long it takes the EPA to get their fingers into this pie.
Yes BBNC is very interested in mining, check out this article. http://www.alaskajournal.com/Alaska-Journal-of-Commerce/February-Issue-4-2014/BBNC-exploring-copper-gold-prospects-near-Chignik-Bay/
The Alaska Community Foundation said it planned to be a "passive investor" in the project and plans to manage the shares like it does any other non-cash donation to the foundation until such time as they can be converted to cash.
BBNC is soul searching and has not announced its position...funny how money makes one reevaluate their politics.
It is true that many of the streams in the area do not produce salmon, however they all drain into Bristol bay. Responsible development is the answer, and with the world watching , why would anyone be irresponsible.
Unfortunately, they are not. All LBSR claims in AK drain into the Mulchatna river on the North west side or the Kvichak river to the south. Both rivers feed into Bristol Bay.

The manager of MBGS, Jim Stevens, is an Alaskan native, a very experienced contractor and entrepreneur, a lifelong resident of, was born and grew up in the Illiamna area. Hardly a big fish but a well positioned one at that.
Dude! Give it a rest already! Its a small claims case, that means the monetary value is less than $10k.

Yes, it is a strich to make any connection between JimB. and Titanium. This was the only way plausible IMO.
I think he is referring to this: As of February 3, 2004, Titanium Intelligence, Inc. was acquired by Liberty Star Gold Corp., in a reverse merger transaction.

I am not sure "Better" is an appropriate term to use. The watersheds of the area all dump into Bristol Bay.The distance is not relative because salmon swim upstream to the headwaters to spawn, and headwaters completely surround Pebble & Bug Chunk claims. Whether the water flows though Lake Illiamna or the Mulchatna river makes no difference to those who oppose the mine. To them its all the same, "What if there is an accident and the salmon headwaters are damaged?"
I for one feel that ultimately the watershed issues will play out in favor of development. I don't however, believe LBSR can play the "we are in a better location" card. Responsible mining is the only answer.
Incorrect, North of Pebble, in fact the entire areas watershed, eventually drains into Bristol Bay. The watershed of the Mulchatna (northwest of Pebble) flows into the Nushagak River which in turn flows into Bristol Bay.
The Lake Clark watershed (east of North East of Pebble) flows into Lake Illiamna which then flows into the Kvichak River that flows into Bristol Bay.
LBSR's most recent drill site sits in an area that is part of the Lake Clark drainage, but there are parts of the Big Chunk claim that flow into the Mulchatna drainage. Moot in my opinion because all relative waters flow to Bristol Bay.
A more realistic number is 6.6% unemployment for the Great State of Alaska.
It is my understanding that under the Native Claims settlement act the village, or in this case the private owners, have surface rights. The subsurface rights to the land are granted to the regional corporation, in other words Bristol Bay Native corporation. I may be wrong, but this is my understanding of how mineral rights are delt with in the native claims settlement act.
It is also my understanding that no matter who owns the land all parties must comply with State and Federal regulatory guidelines.
A good example to look at is RED DOG mine in Northwest Alaska. The land rights (Surface and subsurface) are granted to Northwest Alaskan Native Association (NANA). NANA and Red Dog mine must comply with all State and Federal laws.
Sorry, there are no freebies because ownership and rights are granted to Native people or their corporations.

Back to lurk mode...
Thanks for the fast reply. ETrade is the broker. When asked, the rep replied unsure of why. He then went to his supervisor and the answer was fraud issues. I have my doubts, thats why I sent out the earlier post.
If anything comes up I'll post the results.
Hi,
I am a first time poster, long time lurker on this board.
I bought in early 2008 and have been slowly accumulating over the years. For the most part I have put TTEG on the back burner. That being said, I wanted to buy more. I recently placed an order with my broker and was told that they (the broker) cold not place the order because of a trade fraud issue. This hit me as a bit of a surprise. I asked Mr.Google and he came up empty. Is this a case of bad info from my broker, or is something ugly brewing?
All the time this will be playing in the background...
