Between the 2 UTUBE videos we just hit 2000 eom
Good to see you here WhiteSands; I believe this is your first post on this board though you have posted on many other boards; are you familiar with other companies that produce butanol? thanks
almost 2000 hits on the 2 UTUBE videos eom
That is a rather incredible link; thanks eom
We are making progress
Thanks aslfS...wish I could be there!
Hummmmmm...you are a riot; thank the Lord we were saved!LOL
One more question...you used the term "resurrected" Odd, I used that identical term this week when I emailed and explained this investment to a group of people searching for the new energy source that would emerge and free the US from fossil fuel dependency. and one more question - what is the world is a paleo climatologist?
laminar...your screen name is unusual...any specific meaning or reason you selected a name that means "flowing in layers"? BTW how did you discover NNLX? There usually is an interesting account behind each discovery of this gem. Thanks Parents
Sorry folks; I posted double...now why does that happen?
Let me clarify; the BOD receive shares as compensation rather than taking cash out of the company; however, these shares are restricted for 2 years so for the next 2 years there will be no effective dilution from their compensation of shares; in addition, in a PR recently Bret indicated that even the share compensation would likely be cut 50% before years end. I believe Bret did antiscipate the pps rise as soon as the dragons ran out of shares. String, one more consideration. As a board moderator, joenatural, posted, only a few CEOs of pink sheet companies buy shares of the company on the open market but Bret Barnhizer and Dana Allen have purchased millions of shares on the open market. A definitive indicator in my view...

string...I can partially answer your question: pinksheets.com has the no. of shares at 71 million and a lot of this is attributable to Felder issing massive numbers of shares, free-trading, unrestricted shares, to equity investors...THAT POLICY IS OVER.. Bret is a watchdog over every penny..I am not sure as to future dilution but the Board Of Directors receives compensation in shares., but mainly do not take a salary or cash out of the company either. and I believe the dilution is minimal there. You can track dilution by tracking the number of trading shares quarterly through pinksheets.com Best Regards Parents [all of the above just my opinion only]
ted..I did not track NNLX all today; busy so what was the largest trade of the day and what price if you know; thanks.
Congratulations JT...congrats!!! eom
ted...that was a great reply to hummingbird and a good reminder for all; thanks
THanks Mr. Nerd; your answer clarifies.
string...could you explain this...how can a MM gun anything that is automatic; how do they see the stops and why would they gun...also do they do that on the Naz or NYSE? I really do not understand why in this digital generation that MM are even necessary; it seems like there should be reform for better market fairness.
true ted..that is why when they come in you pray and set a trailing stop for your trading shares...ours are saved for the price increase to one dollar. Well we may or may not sell some then...hard to know ahead.
BTW ameritrade states we finished at .115 - this is the first up at the end of trading day that I can recall...840,344 vol. This is another fun day....
"Momos" are momentum investors; when technical analysis indicates a breakout and rise of any stock share price, the momos have software and investors links that send them alerts as to the breakout; momos care little about the company; they just want to ride the pps up and sell after making a percentage gain or sell whenever their stop is hit. A stop is a sell command that an investor can set ahead and if the price per share hits the stop then the investors trading software sells the stock . Also momos use trailing stops so that they make gains as the share price rises but if the share price declines and hits their stop, then they sell automatically.
I believe this link will get you to the video interview with WFMJ....this is GREAT INTERVIEW and you can see our CEO at work.

Bret has also done an interview with WFMJ a local NBC affliate...you can see this video by going to wfmj.com and scrolling down to "play list" and watching - it is the first one posted.
Is this real that today's range went up to almost one dollar; I checked the website and it verified today's range? We were at a million dollar gain for how many seconds LOL? This is fun.
News coverage of the Nanologix PR and UTUBE video: [left out a zero in the share price change but otherwise a great account]
Hubbard company uses bacteria to power generator

A Hubbard company plans to turn sewage treatment sludge into electricity.
By DON SHILLING
VINDICATOR BUSINESS EDITOR
HUBBARD — Powering up some light bulbs isn't normally news.
But for a tiny Hubbard company, it was the occasion for a press release and release of a YouTube video.
NanoLogix, 843 N. Main St., eagerly announced its achievement Monday because the electricity for the bulbs came from a generator that was running on hydrogen. And the hydrogen came from bacteria that ate sugar residue in juice tanks at Welch's Foods in Erie, Pa.
It was the first time that electricity was generated in this manner, said Dr. Harry Diz, professor of environmental engineering at Gannon University in Erie and the company's bioreactor development chief.
The bioreactor is where the bacteria do their work. In time, the company hopes enough electricity is produced to power the juice plant.
In fact, the next step is to build test equipment that would be used to produce electricity for the plant, not just a string of light bulbs.
"We look forward to the potential of building upon these developments to scale up and use this energy for our operation," said Paul Zorzie, Welch's engineering manager.
Even so, other projects offer the potential of changing NanoLogix in a much bigger way, said Bret Barnhizer, the company's chairman and chief executive.
Sewage project
First, it is working on a similar project at the Erie sewage treatment plant. There, it is using different bacteria to produce hydrogen from the sludge that comes out of the plant, Barnhizer said.
This project has more commercial potential because of the large number of treatment plants in this country and abroad, he said.
Perhaps enough power could be produced so that electricity would be sold to utilities through the power grid, he said. Also, hydrogen could be stored to be used as fuel in vehicles that are being developed by automakers, he said.
The beauty of the sludge project is that little energy is needed to make hydrogen, he said. The bacteria only need to be fed, and the feeding produces more hydrogen-producing bacteria.
It's too early to say when the work will be far enough along to produce electricity or hydrogen that could be sold, Barnhizer said.
Another technology, however, is ready to be marketed.
Barnhizer said the company has been running tests for the Department of Defense on confirming the existence of anthrax, an infectious disease that's been used in biological attacks.
Current methods require seven days for samples to be cultured, he said. NanoLogix's technology can provide confirmation in seven hours, he said.
Barnhizer said he hopes to receive a contract soon for providing the testing services for federal buildings. That could lead to other work in the federal government and contracts with private companies, he said.
After NanoLogix's announcement on the Welch's project, the company's stock gained 13 cents, or 16 percent, Monday to close at 93 cents a share.
The stock trades on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, which is set up for stocks that aren't able to trade on larger exchanges. The company said in July that it is progressing toward meeting federal requirements on making full financial reports to shareholders.
The company employs five in Hubbard and several other scientists and executives in other areas.
The company was founded under the name Infectech in 1989 in Sharon, Pa., by two medical doctors, Robert Ollar and Mitchell Felder. Felder remains with the company as a director.
It was bought by Nutra Pharma Corp. of Florida in 2003 and then became an independent company again two years ago.
Barnhizer, a Poland resident, said he started buying company stock in late 2005 when he heard about the company. At the time, he was overseeing operations in Europe for a Canadian oil and gas exploration company. He became NanoLogix CEO last year.

Petro...thanks for your insightful post and we hope you will visit more often because your analysis is always excellent.
Check it out at the website. Obviously we believe NNLX has great potential and hold a large number of shares. We also have a lot of confidence in the new managers and Board of Directors...read their qualifications and decide...These managers are working for their equty interest without salary..and CEO Bret Barnhizer and Dana Allen [BOD] have purchased millions of shares on the open market...That fact alone I believe is a positive indicator.

Just wanted to note that when the PR was first released, it omitted the UTUBE link; however, the correction was made and the PR now includes that link; I believe that is important especailly for new investors who may not be familiar with the technology.
NEW PR...
NanoLogix Inc. Announces Historical First in Energy Generation With Bioreactor-Produced Hydrogen at Welch's
Monday September 17, 9:45 am ET
HUBBARD, Ohio, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NanoLogix, Inc. (OTC: NNLX - News), a nano-biotechnology company, announced it has achieved a historical event with the first onsite generation of electricity using hydrogen gas produced from its bioreactor prototype facility at Welch Foods Inc., a Cooperative in Pennsylvania.
A 5.5 kW generator converted to run on hydrogen was utilized for the demonstration. The generator ran flawlessly on hydrogen gas produced by NanoLogix's hydrogen bioreactor system and powered multiple strings of 100- watt light bulbs. "To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time in history that electricity has been generated anywhere onsite using hydrogen produced through the use of bacteria to digest waste", said Harry Diz, Department Chair and Professor of Environmental Engineering at Gannon University and NanoLogix Bioreactor Development chief.
Paul Zorzie, Welch's Engineering Manager, stated, "Welch's is happy to provide the site at which this groundbreaking research into generating alternative energy from waste is taking place. We look forward to the potential of building upon these developments to scale up and use this energy for our operation."
Bret Barnhizer, Chairman and CEO of NanoLogix, stated, "We are delighted at the results of the work by Professor Diz and associates and anticipate potential upscaling of the Welch's operation to commercial bioreactor status. The Welch's development, enabling conversion of sugar from their wastewater stream to produce hydrogen, has contributed immeasurably to ongoing research and development for processing other types of waste streams. Linked to that development and following our business plan for expansion, in the spring of 2008 we intend to begin bioreactor construction at the Erie Wastewater Treatment Plant for the extraction of hydrogen from their protein-rich activated sludge waste stream."
we are all here; posting usually takes an upturn when the PRs are released; at this point there is little comment about; Sagebrush or Babaloo has not been attacking me lately so the fireworks have gone LOL. I do note, however, that the UTUBE video has a wider and wider audience and is re 1000 views; there are two other videos posted on UTUBE and they have viewers as well as the main one. So definitlyy over a 1000 thus far.
Actually I have read this before but as I understand, a similar problem exists with this methode as with electrolysis --that is the amount of energy required to create the radio frequecies and to sustain them --I have read other analysis of this method that indicates it would still be expensive in light of that [the analysis I read talked in terms of 75% Faraday efficiency and I am clueless]
Agree and good news will move the base higher in my view
