Let me clarify; the BOD receive shares as compensation rather than taking cash out of the company; however, these shares are restricted for 2 years so for the next 2 years there will be no effective dilution from their compensation of shares; in addition, in a PR recently Bret indicated that even the share compensation would likely be cut 50% before years end. I believe Bret did antiscipate the pps rise as soon as the dragons ran out of shares. String, one more consideration. As a board moderator, joenatural, posted, only a few CEOs of pink sheet companies buy shares of the company on the open market but Bret Barnhizer and Dana Allen have purchased millions of shares on the open market.
