Yup, and it is a non-fiction story ;)
And remember, re-instatement doesn't need to happen by Monday despite what many on this board have been saying.
Let them call, my guess is winning a few decisions for tortious interference would be like shooting fish in a barrel for ole David.
FYI, ignorance is not a valid defense in the eyes of the law ;)
Sure does. Vividly.
Gladly, but I am tiresome of this little game so this will be my last response.
This was the regulation heading therefore everything below that reg # is applicable to that specific topic.
NRS 78.0295 Correction of inaccurate or defective record filed with the Secretary of State; cancellation of filings.
There was nothing inaccurate or defective about the original dissolution filing....it was a procedural filing that the company will ultimately decide to reverse.
Yup, post history is very enlightening on the RVUE board these days ;)
I am not arguing motivations either.....I told you they were clear.
LOL, that regulation has nothing to do with the Re-Instatement of a Corporation in NV.
Wow, this is PATHETIC.
How about you provide the reg that contradicts his/her statement?
Yup, just another manufactured deadline.
I could only be so lucky....I will buy another 2M shares tomorrow.
According to the former CEO of RVUE, Roche Enterprises owned 53% of RVUE as recently as 8 days ago.
Basic math will show the 143M/285M= .50
Seems like either Roche Enterprises bought more shares in the open market or the O/S went down ;)
Thanks for posting paul....I really didn't want to waste time searching to disprove a statement we all knew to be false....even if it only would've taken 2 minutes to disprove.
AKA a clean shell with a $15M net operating loss carry forward that Roche Enterprises is already a 53% majority shareholder of.....yeah, right he will probably R/M Roche Enterprises into another shell instead, lol!!!
Uhhhh, simple math dictates the conversions absolutely DID NOT OCCUR before the foreclosure on the assets and Roche Enterprises NEVER OBTAINED SHARES AT .0026.
Let's stick to the FACTS please.
Personally, I like this quote from the last PR better.....
RVUE cannot continue in its current form.
Roche Enterprises is the sole owner.....until he R/Ms Roche Enterprises into the RVUE shell of which Roche Enterprises already owns 53% of ;)
Funny thing about the share price....it is very fickle and tends to go up significantly when a billionaire drops his billion $$$ conglomerate into the shell associated with said share price.
Yeah, with each passing day the doomsday theories have less and less effect on even the less experienced RVUE shareholders.
I sure am thankful for the roughly million RVUE shares I picked up this week at a discount ;)
Yeah, impossible given the recent email 8 days ago from the CEO of the former RVUE.
Hey, maybe they sold 20M shares a day for the last eight days though and they just haven't hit the tape yet, lol!!!

Adam as reported in rVue’s recent press releases, Roche Enterprises foreclosed upon its loans to rVue Holdings, Inc. and took ownership of all of its assets. rVue, the corporation, is now an empty shell with no operations and no assets. It remains owned by shareholders such as yourself and Roche Enterprises, which owns approximately 53%. However, the corporation is no longer an SEC reporting company after having ceased reporting in November 2016, so it is not really a “shell” in the securities law sense. Regrettably, we do not see any means of generating any proceeds for distribution to shareholders, and the corporation will liquidate in the near future.

Hi Mark,
Sorry to hear you had to sell the company. I currently still own stock in RVUE. Do you have any idea what will happen
to my shares after the company dissolves? Will my shares become part of the new entity or just go to 0?? Anything you
can share would greatly be appreciated.
Regards,
Adam
Tightness? Why would anyone be nervous when we are being gifted cheap RVUE shares right before a MASSIVE R/M.
The only tightness I might have is deciding how I am going to spend the enormous profits I make.
Right, right. Just like RVUE will be a horrible example.
The profits I make will be enormous either way.
Wow!!!! Amazing how FACTS trump message board chatter all day long every day.
Exactly why I continue to accumulate RVUE cheapies.
Maybe RR can keep the "Dissolution" charade going for another few weeks so I can scoop a few million more shares before takeoff ;)
Rather than post a link I think I will just keep buying these RVUE cheapies ;)
Uhhhh, it's Roche's skill set, not his reputation, that will not allow RVUE to be halted ;)
This thing is a POS with 66k shares traded today.
.006 is more likely ;)
Look at all that selling.....not.
Awesome. Thanks again for helping clarify this potential R/M play.
I and the other longs greatly appreciate it!!!
Have a great night!!!
Thanks for providing real world examples $hell.
Just wondering, how long on average between the dissolution and re-incorporation?
Thanks again!!!
3.4M buys vs 2.5M sells and we close down 30%.
Nahhhh, this wasn't a manufactured drop, lol!!!
Gotta love a clean shell controlled by a billionaire.
Wonder which one of his extremely profitable businesses is he going to roll in first?
Maybe he will just roll them all in at once.
Yup. My guess is some lawyer will remind Robert Roche of that fiduciary responsibility very shortly.
For anyone wondering if this drop in share price was orchestrated just look at when the drop occurred.....first hour of trading and now its looking like the last hour of trading as well.
Hmmmm, aren't the MMs most active in the first and last hour of trading?
Answer: Yes
The only thing about to be exposed is the Chinese scam named DOLV.
No amount of mindless pumping will change that.
Yup, DOLV is about to get halted.
Even if that was true, which I don't believe it to be, seems Roche Enterprises has been operating pretty well with a NOL carry forward for many years.
I am sure if RR was to complete the R/M of Roche Enterprises into the RVUE shell, of which RE owns 53% or more, the company will continue to perform quite well even without the NOL ;)
With a 100k shares traded today clearly RR, his family & friends were racing to hit the sell button prior to the filing, lol!!!
Yet another step towards the ultimate goal of a R/M.
Looking for another nice week in RVUE as we get closer to Robert Roche revealing his plan for the RVUE shell and making use of the $15M net operating loss carry forward.....for the benefit of himself AND his fellow RVUE shareholders ;)
Level 2 looking like all we need is a little volume and we are off to the races.
The time for bidsitting seems to be coming to an end ;)
Another way to look at this is to say that if Roche Enterprises was going to continue to operate RVUE as a wholly-owned subsidiary as the last PR stated, then it would have just been moved from the "Investments" to "Businesses" section of the website.
Certainly looks like we are very close to seeing RR's plan revealed.
Think it should be clarified that RVUE is STILL listed on the Roche Enterprises website as an investment......when you attempt to click through to the RVUE website you get an ACCESS DENIED message.
Could the RVUE website be being updated, is it about to be deactivated altogether.....not sure but I think we find out very soon and the fact that RVUE is still listed as a Roche Enterprises investment is a very good sign in my opinion.
