Gladly, but I am tiresome of this little game so this will be my last response.

This was the regulation heading therefore everything below that reg # is applicable to that specific topic.

NRS 78.0295 Correction of inaccurate or defective record filed with the Secretary of State; cancellation of filings.

There was nothing inaccurate or defective about the original dissolution filing....it was a procedural filing that the company will ultimately decide to reverse.
