Wish NNRX would take off like Dragon Fly is. DFLYF is beginning process to be listed on the NASDAQ exchange and has already gone up 50% with a long ways to go yet. If we get news from NNRX and then they began the process of getting listed, wouldn’t that be great.
Hears a little, New Share Count is out for January, as of the 8th share count remains unchanged. I seam to be a very good sign, means that all the volume we have been seeing was not caused by diluting shares. Authorized Shares remains at 5 billion and unrestricted shares remain the same.
CMsixfigures: welcome to the Board, I took a peak at your iHub Info page and like what I see there. Hope you will add some restraint to some of the more extreme post on both sides of the trade.
I enjoy seeing all this excitement, but remember this is a sub penny stock. Don’t invest more than you can afford to live without, don’t be using house hold money or your child’s future money. NNRX has been here before, I am hoping this is the move we’ve all been waiting for, but with out news of some sort this most likely will not last for an extended period. I’m not saying don’t buy I’m saying be careful. Remember if there is a follow through on positive news you can always buy in and still enjoy a good ride up.
It’s nice to see all the positive comments today. Old and New handles speaking up. What is nicer is seeing 5’s on the bid and 6’s on the ask. The New Year is starting off on the right foot; it’s up to NNRX to keep this momentum going with a PR and Q Report in the near future.
You are right, I think NNRX can do that again and more, but it is going to take a positive PR or positive Q Report to do it.
It should have been released last week; they are in the extended grace period now.
I like your thinking and agree the 5’s and more are ready, but I think in truth we will not see that move till we see something in the way of a PR or the Q Report emerge. Volume is staying in a respectable level but we are range bounded till something happens.
Well, here’s hoping for a better year all around starting tomorrow. It would be nice to start off with NNRX ending tomorrow with a .0005 finish. Not holding my breath though.
Same Back at You
Agree with you there. Truly I do not believe Bishop follows these post and may only look once in a while when he has nothing better to do. The first shares I bough in this stock it was called Buka, why back when, have cost averaged down ever since then. I conceder this investment as dead money and will hold it till I can get my initial investment out of it or it goes under, if it does decides to take off I will watch it closely. Like others I got greedy back in Feb. 2019 and kept holding the ride down thinking it will bounce back, won’t make that mistake twice will sell half to get investment out then hold the rest.
The definition that you are referring to covers only about 40 percent of the companies in the US. The construction company I work for as superintend, (which was incorporated) work out of the basement of the owner’s house for the first 15 years and did between 180 & 200 million a year gross. They were incorporated and used a P.O. address. Later they built there own office of about 5,000 sq ft., of which a third was used for storage of items that had to remain heated. The definition you used would refer to an IBM or like company that are well establish which need the prestige of window dressing to help promote there business. I would rather see NNRX use there capital on building there company than a fancy office bldg. A fancy building does not build a company, a company builds/occupies a fancy building after it is established. That of course is assuming Bishop is building up the business.
You know there’s an old saying in the stock market; “No News Is Better Than Bad News”. You have one thing to look forward to, “This Year is Almost Over”.
California’s Finest may not even want to go public, if the owner is making money and employees are working and happy. The only reason they would want to go public is to expand in an effort to make more money. Not all owners want all the overhead and headaches that go along with going public. At present they have to report to no one, don’t have to make Q Reports or hear from share holders.
If they did want to go public, there best option would be to just buy Bishop out all to gather for the ticker symbol. If that happened then would come the headache of renaming the company or changing the ticker symbol. They would be better off just going it alone to get there own ticker symbol.
As for them keeping Bishop on in some capacity would depend on his worth and contacts. As you have stated many times Bishop has no worth.
The best thing for NNRX would be for Bishop to partner with some one with capital that is willing to take a chance that there is a future for the company. Then of course there is still hope that Bishop does know what he’s doing and the company is moving ahead and Bishop has no interest keeping shareholders updated. Remember NNRX did change its reporting obligations back in 2018’ when they went “Dark”. At this point the best thing for existing shareholder (myself included) is to just sit back and set some alerts for news and share price change. Have a good Christmas and New Years, and look forward to a better year, all the way around, next year.
P.S. Also, to look in on this site every so often to get the latest gossip and maybe some new DD from some shareholder.
You do realize Bishop is not only the CEO of NNRX, but also the Owner of the Company. It would be next to impossible to remove him from office.
No, I was answering Z-money's question.
Q Report
It’s time for Q Report to come out.
Noticed that OTC has YEALD sign up on there site. I’m guessing we’ll see Report or PR tomorrow or next week. My guess is most likely next week. Don’t have the faintest idea what it will consist of, good bad or indifferent at least it will be something.
Well the new Share Count is out for NNRX on OTC’s site, NO CHANGE. If this is accurate it is a very good sign, means all the volume we have been seeing are existing shares moving around not new added shares. This reinforces the though that something is in the works and we could have some good news coming.
Large volume draws day traders as well. Don’t forget a real day trader will be playing on average with $500 to a $1000 Dollars and up, that buys quite a few shares (500/.0003=1,666,666 shares) if it takes a couple of days to get back to .0006 they’ve doubled there money for the week, that’s not a bad income. Day traders are not looking for the big kill, there looking for the steady income, the big kill a bonus to them.
We’re getting closer to 3rd Quarter Report coming out around the end of Month. What do you think the chances are of hearing some news this coming week? If no news I’m afraid trade volume will dry up and we may go back to the .0001’s.
Looking at TD’s level II quotes, 20 mil. on the.0006 Ask and .0007’s right behind that.
Last trade was .0004 could be the start of something Great.
Great start with the volume this morning, let's go NNRX. News would be a great thing at this time, hope you’re watching this site today, Bishop.
Well “Good Morning” back at you z-money. I’m glad to see the optimism on the site this morning. Been a long time since some has said “Good Morning” on the site including myself. Here’s hoping it well deserved, some news this week from NNRX would be great.
Just some food for though!!
Last information we received there was still over $200,000 sitting in limbo for a Hemp deal. The deal wasn’t dead; the farmer couldn’t meet the standards set for the deal. Also, Bishop’s partner that supplied the cash for the deal picked the farmer, Bishop didn’t, and that’s why the deal was not dead. This deal could have gone through this past Quarter. Monies from that deal if it happened could have also financed other deals as well and the partnership could have blossomed into something larger. As I said just food for though, won’t know till the next Q Report comes out or a PR just before Q Report, only time will tell. Could be too late to get in on the cheep by then, glad I am already in don’t have to worry about getting in or not.
What I liked about today’s trading was that there was no sell off at the close. That tells me that to days volume wasn’t just day traders making the price move up, most day traders would have sold for the 50%+ profits. Next week should show the new share count on OTC’s site, will be greatly surprised if it doesn’t show an increase in total outstanding shares.
I’m hoping there has been a share buy back happening, that would explain why TD and Yahoo Finance are showing only 580.67M shares outstanding. Don’t know if Yahoo keeps its NNRX page up to date, but the difference of what there showing as outstanding shares from what OTC is saying has me baffled.
Here’s hoping we get more of the same trading Monday as we’ve seen today, always like to see a follow through on a move up.
If this kind of buying keeps up all day, something has to be going on this is looking more and more like somebody knows something and is buying up shares.
Nice to see a .0004 on TD’s ask price for its Level II quotes for a change. Like to see it go higher, NNRX getting in on the Xmas rally looks like. Either that or something’s going on and new money is buying stock up. It only takes a couple of people in the know with a few bucks to make this kind of move.
Haven’t seen these large of numbers on the Bid and Ask in quite a while, hundreds of millions on both. Wouldn’t it be nice to see NNRX get in on the Christmas Rally.
I’m guessing the buying were seeing in the last few days is related to the Q Report coming out around the end of the month. Short term and Day traders speculating on a bounce before the report comes out, at this point a .0001 increase above current price is a 50% profit .0002 increase and you’ve doubled your money with little down side risk for current .00015. Anyone else have an opinion?
NNRX is no better or worst than 50% of the penny stocks on OTC, glad to see some neutral to semi positive post for a change. New share count should be out next week, could give a hint into what’s going on with NNRX. Here's hoping for a Xmas present when Q Report comes out around the end of the month.
From the way I read things, she was consultant for several companies. At the time she left NNRX she had started her own company and was devoting all her time to it.
My thoughts exactly. Is there any other opinions out there? Share buyback?? CA Finest deal came through?? Or anything else?
Well were approx 30 days away from when NNRX should be releasing it’s First Quarter Report. Anyone have any speculation on what will be coming out in the report?I look at Yahoo Finance and see numbers that don’t match OTC’s.
INCOME STATEMENT: Yahoo says 580.67 million shares outstanding, rev per share value .01 and revenue of 1.56m???
TD Trading says; 580.67 million shares outstanding, • Market Cap $87.1K as of yesterdays market close????
OTC says 4,117,033,449 shares outstanding and market cap of $617.55K???
What do you think the numbers are and what going on???
As a side note, Shell Companies are not illegal and the name has gotten a bad reputation and is often confused with a Dummy Company which is illegal. The name Shell Company comes from a company with no income or with no assets, hence empty as a shell.
OTC is very careful to say in there definition of a Shell Risk that it “displays characteristics common to Shell Companies”. It does not say it is a shell company, by not showing an income is enough for OTC’s shell risk comment. It is called covering your butt by adding that comment, removes any risk of OTC being involved is a law suit.
Well another month pass with no change in share count. November’s OTC outstanding share count for NNRX remains at 3,999,264,307 unrestricted shares unchanged. Nothing changing waiting for October’s Q Report to come out mid December, just holding no plans to buy or sell at this time. Who knows we could get a nice Xmas present or a sack of coal.
If you think about it, it would only take around $350,000 to buy back that many shares. If there were a new partner with money and something big was in the works a buy back of that amount would not be out of the question.
Recap, I miss quoted the difference in share outstanding. Either TD has it wrong or there has been a very large buy back of shares. TD says 580.7M shares outstanding. While OTC’s last reported shares outstanding was 4.117B. Not sure which is right, if TD is right that’s one hell of a buy back.
