1. Trying to flip and push this down as far as they can aggressively!

2. Someone is trying to get a big holder to sell in panic. They know they can’t get much volume at this level.

If you hang in there at l least till reg 1a is done I bet you make all your money back and then some.

Remember they cleaned this shell for a reason! They filed the reg 1a for a reason! The only thing in my mind that is a question is do they have the news to make this fly? If they don’t then people will wait years to see money from this! If they do have the news/contact(s) this thing will fly high simple as that!!

This is dropping on low volume!! You don’t see man hot volume do you? Do you see anyone selling 50 million shares at .0028? No you see flippers just selling at .0034 .0035 .0036 and buying at .0028 .0029

Now back to the 5 million if they really finalize the reg 1a they will do at least one PR if not multiple PR’s which imo will bring the stock to a range of .03 - .06 if they truly have nothing I don’t see them raising 5 million. Who would put up 5 million with a good chance to lose half or all of their money??? Hint NO ONE!!

Yes and I’m sure some have already talked with the ceo and know he said last Monday that Connecticut told him two weeks which would be April 4th, so not sure why people didn’t expect silence.

Quite simple he will talk when all is in place to get the stock truly ready for the reg 1a it was filled with the SEC so of we have to wait till May for example because of delays it is what it is. The ceo can’t make a state do things faster!! But I’m sure everyone here already knows this!

Don’t worry I think in time we will all be be very very happy! I hope it this month, but some things are slow and require others to do the work, and that unfortunately we don’t have control of. I’m sure it frustrates the CEO as well!

Wow I just don’t get you angle. If offer will not be at .0020 imo it will be a minimum of .02 which 10x that would be .20 to get 5 million at .0020 they would needed 2.5 billion shares which we all know is not going to happen!!

Please at least be real when you say something! With just the hint of real news this is at .0050 range. I will say this if they truly don’t have anything they will be unable to raise the 5 million. I think they will be releasing contract news when ready for the placement which will put us in the .02 - .03 range maybe higher depending on the content!

I seem to remember somewhere in the reg 1a filling them talking about uplist to NASDAQ why would they be saying that?

I have seen plenty of other stocks here in the otc add 1,2,3 billion shares and say nothing. You have to think who is putting up that 5 million? And what do they expect to get back for it? They want the shares because they know the value will be there!

You can’t be serious one on the only way he makes money is if this company is successful and at some point he is able to sell his shares for .50 $1 etc otherwise he gets nothing!!! Quit the nonsense people here and not that dumb!!
