Wrong!! You are right on one thing, if they get the 5 million that is the only thing in question!

This is dropping on low volume!! You don’t see man hot volume do you? Do you see anyone selling 50 million shares at .0028? No you see flippers just selling at .0034 .0035 .0036 and buying at .0028 .0029

Now back to the 5 million if they really finalize the reg 1a they will do at least one PR if not multiple PR’s which imo will bring the stock to a range of .03 - .06 if they truly have nothing I don’t see them raising 5 million. Who would put up 5 million with a good chance to lose half or all of their money??? Hint NO ONE!!

The offering to me will be 250 million shares at .02 or higher.
