UAMA managed by lightweights! True POS.
Like a scene from the movie, "The Gang Who Couldn't Shoot Straight".
Built Blockdomes on land designated agricultural use only. Who does that? Incompetents, that's who!
Plenty of BS about acting as a miner when in fact it turns out UAMA only rents the facility to other who truly mine Bitcoin etc. UAMA a simple landlord and not an active cryptocurrency miner!
Who makes much of patents, files law suits for breach and never gets a court win or licencing deal. UAMA, Investel et al is who! All led by Benoit Laliberte, UAMA President, CEO and CFO.
iPCS technology a true POS. An answer to a question nobody in the wireless industry was asking as they already had solutions on the way. Now totally irrelevant and with no regulatory or carrier support. Not one commercial trial of iPCS technology ever took place and no announcements of licencing the technology. So just more BS from these miscreants and iPCS a total POS.
Failed to capitalize on purchase of RuralCom whose CEO had pledged funding for expansion. Fired him and tried end-run with those same capital sources, who promptly showed Mr. Laliberte to the door. Total ignorance of wireless business caused TNW Wireless Inc. to fail. Now no working network, no subscribers and no roaming agreements so no revenue and no earnings. Business can't be revived now! That business could have been generating $40-60M today with 40-60% EBITDA and built real value for UAMA shareholders. It was total failure by a lightweight management team led by Benoit Laliberte and it's worthless today!
A while back Investel set themselves up as "experts" who could undertake a consolidation play and build viable businesses. Whoever was stupid enough to believe that Laliberte and his team of incompetents could actually manage and build businesses deserved to lose their investments. The $47M bankruptcy proceeding of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel was the largest brick and mortar business and under Laliberte's direction they lost it all. Reminiscent of Jitec which Laliberte managed to kill.
However, the word is out now. Benoit Laliberte, according to The Canadian Press, is a convicted criminal, and no bank or institutional investor will fund any business he runs. UAMA is dead or at best on life support.
Stock volume suggests the insiders are heading for the door at any price! Seems that they own 80% or so of the stock so that's the most likely source. If those shares are coming from Quebec or other jurisdiction who upholds Quebec AMF Cease Trade Orders, there's likely to be action taken against the sellers and buyers. AMF already knows Mr.Laliberte and found him guilty, upon appeal, of an additional 3 charges of stock fraud back in 2009.
Somebody should write a book about these fraudsters.
Everything they touch turns to sh_t and the outcome of any of their efforts is totally predictable.
UAMA not even an "also ran" in mining.
UAMA is irrelevant as all they do is act as a landlord and rent out some outdated miners in a facility that has been ordered to close by a Quebec Court. They already appealed that decision and the court decision was upheld.
If they are mining and haven't returned the land to purely agricultural use they are likely operating in contempt of Court.
Benoit and his team are incompetent and have the track record to prove it.
Next big thing will be crypto and marijuana under the same roof. Wow! They'll be claiming they're really green then!
Green or not the future will look like the past. Just another big failure and fraud.
UAMA a faker. No mining just rent land/facilities.
Just like they screwed up TNW Wireless Inc., they have "missed the boat" with mining. As other Canadian mining players like Bitfarms and Hive are headed into orbit, UAMA et al is stuck on the ground as a simple landlord.
The movers and shakers know that what counts is cheap power and lots of processors. That is the road to revenues. Find a warehouse with cheap power and build massive processing power.
Blockdomes is a sophomoric high school science experiment. It maybe green, if the Quebec Court hasn't shut it down yet, though the players know it's all about how many processors you have powered up to build a mining powerhouse. Nobody cares about green!
UAMA doesn't dare report revenue and earnings as they are likely to be headed in a different direction than Bitcoin and the real players like Bitfarms and Hive.
UAMA only a landlord. Not a miner! As far as Bitcoin SV, Lawry says he doesn’t know what his clients are mining. He’s just the ‘landlord’, with the mining clients and greenhouse occupants just his tenants. In thinking about growing the business, it is much easier to create domes in locations where there is cheap energy than trying to match economic energy supplies with an existing warehouse or other facility. “We will take the mining to the opportunity,” Lawry says.
No link to what's going on with Bitcoin et al. UAMA not even a player, just a simple LANDLORD.
UAMA not even a miner! What a fraud!
AMF looking at source of stock now!
Hopefully they'll find domiciled source in affected jusisdictions in Canada.
Funny,"Small Miner","Big Miner". BS Miner!
BS pretty much sums up complicit posters input!
BS artists try to deflect the clear evidence of fraud and corruption.
$47M bankruptcy and criminal CEO killed UAMA.
There's nothing left at UAMA.
Wonder if they have any miner "TENANTS" left?
They're afraid to publish any reports as the financials are likely very DISMAL.
It's been over a year since UAMA last filed Pink and financial reports. Last quarter reported was 3Q-2019 (calendar).
Heed OTC Markets and AMF. OTC Markets has labeled UAMA as "dark or defunct" and AMF issued a Cease Trade Order last year.
If is sounds like a fraud, smells like a fraud, its probably a FRAUD.
Broadband on fire Canada & US. Where's TNW Wireless?
Pandemic has ramped up broadband demand to never before seen levels.
Aubundant opportunity in Canada and US for those with skills and access to capital.
So where's TNW Wireless in this super hot market. Answer: Nowhere to be seen!
TNW Wireless Inc. now the laughing stock of the Canadian wireless market. UAMA shareholders can thank Benoit Laliberte and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch for this state of affairs.
They have proven beyond any reasonable doubt that they don't know what they're doing.
UAMA is JUNK and true POS!
Complicit posters promote this fraud! Apparently they have no standards or ethics as they are are fully aware of the history here.
Run by a convicted criminal says The Canadian Press.
Track record of nothing but failures. UAMA management has NEVER built a business of lasting value.
Natures way of telling you UAMA et al is JUNK and a true POS.
Complicit posters promote this fraud!
Run by a convicted criminal says The Canadian Press.
Track record of nothing but failures.
Natures way of telling you UAMA et al is JUNK and a true POS.
UAMA a fraud. Fake! Not a miner!
What a fraud.
Ever read anywhere that UAMA et al wasn't a miner.
Well here thanks to an article that appeared back on August 6, 2020 we learn that UAMA et al is not a miner. Thought maybe a sub-contractor but even less than that. They're nothing more than a landlord trying to rent property that was ordered by a Quebec Court to shut-down mining operations and restore the land to purely agricultural use.
You might ask yourself, "who builds without a proper building permit". Incompetents do this kind of thing.
This kind of thing no surprise to those who follow these fraudsters. Look at TNW Wireless Inc. They bought (nobody forced them!) a market-ready wholesale cellular carrier with roaming agreements in place with AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon. Business had pledged capital under the former CEO of RuralCom and could have quickly launched. Had that been done TNW Wireless would have been a $40-60M in annual revenue with 40-60% EBITDA today!
So what happened. Lalibere fired the former CEO, attempted an end-run with at least one source of capital and they showed him the door. His ego got in the way of creating a really decent ethical business that would likely had a market cap in the range of $250-400M today.
Mr. Laliberte has no management training and never demonstrated at any time that he has any management skill or talent. He killed what could have been a great business.
Wait for it.......almost forgot! Mr. Laliberte has been labeled as a convicted criminal. He was found guilty of 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors. That explains it all. The fraud comes naturally.
UAMA not a real crypto miner! Just landlord!
So UAMA nothing more than leasing a second rate facility that is under Quebec Court order to shut-down operations and restore the land to purely agricultural use.
Just another fraud fraught with the usual complications created by an incompetent management team.
UAMA nothing more than fakers and fraudsters.
UAMA et al is not a miner. Turns out they just lease the facilities to others.
Upside? As a landlord who is under a Quebec Court order to shut-down its Blockdomes and restore the land to purely agricultural use.
Just like failed TNW Wireless, TNW Networks, Inelco, Teliphone, Navigata-Westel, etc. etc. UAMA is well on the way to being the latest failure.
Add up the facts. The $47M bankruptcy of UAMA, Investel, et al operations have totally gutted this enterprise. Bankruptcy still in front of the Supreme Court of BC and likely fallout will emerge from that. Benoit Laliberte, UAMA President, CEO, and CFO is a convicted criminal according to the Canadian Press, has been an undischarged bankrupt for over 10 years and he threatened an Officer of the Court in writing. So possible fallout for Mr. Laliberte for that action and then there's the not so small issue of failure to remit employee withholdings to the CRA. According to the Court records CRA claims are nearly $2 million.
UAMA not a miner at all. Just a FRAUD!
Here's a quote from Lawry Trevor- Deutsch where he admits UAMA et al not a miner but simply a landlord. From CoinGeek August 6, 2020
So UAMA not even on the radar in Quebec in terms of actual crypto-currency miners. They're irrelevant and when you look at BitFarms and Hive you realize what it takes to be successful.
The sophomoric science experiment that is Blockdomes is a waste of time and the fact that nobody has licenced the technology speaks volumes to the market demand for this POS technology.
UAMA et al are "pretenders". Miners NOPE, landlord Yes! As landlord financial upside is nothing more than lease payments. Foolish to consider that their revenues somehow will keep step with crypto-currencies. Remember at UAMA et al, "the appearance of progress is our most important product". Fakers and fraudsters.
UAMA a "nothing" headed "nowhere". Dead!
OTC Markets has it right labeling UAMA "dark or defunct"
Nothing new for this team of crooks and losers!
Look at history of this management team:
1) $47M bankruptcy of largest telecom operating subsidiary. Still on-going since 2016. Assets and employees all long gone!
2) UAMA CEO threatens Officer of the Court in writing!
3) TNW Wireless totally failed! No subscribers, no roaming agreements, no revenue, no earnings and network rumored to be inoperative.
4) Inelco and Teliphone both delisted by SEC in 2016.
5) Quebec Court orders shut-down of cryptocurrency miners due to land-use violations. Company appealed and Court Order confirmed.
6) UAMA CEO found guilty of 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors and labeled as a convicted criminal by the Canadian Press.
7) UAMA CEO has been an undischarged bankrupt for over 10 years according to Supreme Court of British Columbia court documents.
UAMA Blockchain Domes not even listed!
https://investingnews.com/daily/tech-investing/blockchain-investing/top-canadian-blockchain-stocks/
Not a true miner, UAMA et al only sub-contracts mining services or acts as a landlord on the Blockchain Domes. They're nothing but a pretender.
Blockchain Domes nothing but a hobby level business now!
No filings in over a year so suspect all the rumors of mining business failure are true.
Rumored that Woodland (Vancouver) cancelled their agreement and abandoned in place the 5,000 or so miners they paid for. Why? Maybe to deflect any fallout or liability from the Quebec Court order to shut-down the miners due to land-use violations. The company had appealed and lost so any further operations likely in contempt of Court.
Maybe that explains why UAMA has not filed any Pink or financial disclosures in over a year.
Blockchain Domes irrelevant now!
Bigger players in Quebec (and Canada) have outclassed UAMA's Blockchain Domes and left them in the dust.
Look at competitors like Hive, whose stock up 2,300 % in early January 2021. Or, Bitfarms whose stock up nearly 400% by early January 2021.
UAMA et al has problems with Quebec Court regarding land-use and Court has ordered shut-down and restoral of land to purely agricultural use. Company appealed and lost so seems like they have some real problems.
Any way you look at it UAMA is not a player! Only an also ran fading fast!
UAMA Blockchain Domes a sophomoric science experiment.
Look at BitFarms or Hive. Massive number of miners generates more income. So house them in place with cheapest electricity and factory space rental. That's a winning formula and BitFarms and Hive up massively by early January 2021. Their installations look professional and serious unlike the hobby farm science experiment that is Blockchain Domes.
UAMA et al shut down by Quebec Court Order for violating land-use regulations they appealed and lost. Court ordered them to remove miners and restore land to pure agricultural use. Has this been done? Or, are they still operating the miners "in contempt of Court"?
Not sure if they still mine or not.
It's been a year since company issued any reports so maybe safe to say no revenue or earnings from mining.
UAMA not even in Top 5 Canadian miners!
https://investingnews.com/daily/tech-investing/blockchain-investing/top-canadian-blockchain-stocks/
Not a true miner, UAMA et al only sub-contracts mining services or acts as a landlord on the Blockchain Domes. They're nothing but a pretender.
UAMA a loser. No signs of life. Likely dead!
No reports or press releases in over a year!
OTC Markets says "Dead or Defunct".
UAMA a pure POS. Track record?
Facts:
1) UAMA et al totally gutted by $47M bankruptcy proceeding in Canada. Nothing left!
2) Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO has been an undischarged bankrupt for over 10 years!
3) No reports, no press releases, no disclosure of revenue or earnings in over a year! UAMA a seriously delinquent filer. What is management hiding? Total collapse of the enterprise?
4) Quebec Court ordered shut-down of cryptocurrency mining operations. Company appealed and lost? Still mining? Seems doubtful! Has land been restored to purely agricultural use as instructed by the Court?
So likely little revenue or earnings and nothing to report that would suggest this enterprise is moving ahead.
UAMA, Investel et al is a collection of business entities with a truly chequered past! One failure after another. Like Inelco and Teliphone delisted by SEC. Then's there's Navigata, Westel, TNW Networks, TNW Wireless and a long list of failed enterprises. Mr. Benoit Laliberte is a serial destroyer of businesses. Must be in his DNA.
There is no credible evidence to suggest that UAMA is healthy and moving forward. Expect stock sales only the largest shareholders dumping their extensive holdings.
AMF advised to look at sales from Quebec domiciled shareholders selling in violation of AMF Cease Trade Order that has been in place since 2020.
Broadband on fire in Canada. Where is TNW Wireless?
Nowhere!
TNW Wireless Inc. has totally failed.
Chalk up another corporate failure to Benoit Laliberte.
UAMA a pure POS. No news, delinquent filer.
OTC Markets has it right by labeling UAMA as "Dark or Defunct"
UAMA- no working capital no access to capital.
Funny how having a CEO that The Canadian Press has labeled a convicted criminal keeps a company from raising capital. Banks and institutional investors just won't touch UAMA.
Any upside here purely MMs acting so major shareholders can use as an ATM.
Don't be stupid and fund their ATM. They're on their way out the door with your money!
UAMA CEO is undischarged bankrupt! P (Canadian Press)

The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contract.
Then there's the FAILURE to properly disclose material PERSONAL BANKRUPTCY to investors. Evidence in CCAA Proceedings said the following:
Quote:
49. As stated above, Mr. Laliberte is an undischarged bankrupt. Despite this, he has claimed
to be an officer and/or representative of a variety of companies in the TNW Group, most
recently being Teliphone and Investel Capital Corporation.

Hate incompetence? Pass on UAMA.
If you hate incompetent management stay away from this enterprise.
Run by what The Canadian Press has labeled as a convicted criminal, the CEO has never built a business of lasting value. He's managed a long list of company failures and is now shunned by sources of capital.
Don't look for solid signs of a healthy, growing enterprise as you won't find them here. What you will find is a long string of ego-driven press releases speaking to grand visions of projects that never come to fruition or even come close.
At UAMA, "the appearance of progress is our most important product".
UAMA CEO is serial failure manager.
Laliberte can't manage effectively and he never built a solid management team.
To understand UAMA future look back all the way to Jitec and the long list of failures on his watch.
UAMA falling apart on all fronts! No news!
Management doesn't dare tell you the truth!
Factual basis:
1) $47M bankruptcy of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel, the largest brick and mortar telecom operating portion of the business, has resulted in a total gutting of the assets and employee base. There's nothing left but a mountain of unpaid bills. Case still before the Supreme Court of BC over four (4) years later.
2) Benoit Laliberte has been, according to Court Records in the aforementioned bankruptcy proceedings, an undischarged bankrupt for over ten (10) years. He's the President, CEO and CFO of UAMA, which in itself, should raise plenty of questions. Remember this is the same individual that was found guilty on 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors
3) TNW Wireless Inc. has totally failed and become the laughing stock of the Canadian wireless industry. TNW Wireless Inc. has no working cellular network, no roaming agreements, no subscribers and no revenue or earnings. Expect ISED Canada to revoke the spectrum licences if that hasn't been done already.
4) A Quebec Court has ordered that the Blockdomes or crypto-currency mining operations be shut-down and the land returned to pure agricultural use. UAMA et al appealed and the Court upheld the earlier ruling. It is believed that the customer (Woodland?) has cancelled the agreement with UAMA et al and early last year gave title to the old miners to UAMA.
5) Much is made of the patents and intellectual property of UAMA et al but a closer look reveals that it's mostly fraudulent claims. Look back at claims of "patents pending" then silence. No new patent awards spoken of and no admission that patent applications rejected. Better yet follow the money. Have you read or heard of any Court awards in patent litigation. There are none to be found. Have you read or heard of any technology licences issued? None have been found. You can safely assume that the market is not impressed with any of the technology and has no interest in licencing it. Most of it is now too old to be of any interest to anyone.
6) The fraud can even be found in the Introduction to the UAMA Board Page that you are viewing.Mr. Sandeep Panesar still listed as an employee and he has been gone since 2018. Several others gone as well, though company continues to list them as key employees.
7) UAMA can't raise capital from banks or institutional investors or apparently anyone. The Canadian Press has labeled Mr. Benoit Laliberte as a convicted criminal and that makes it impossible to raise expansion or turnaround capital. Probably can't raise it from shady sources either as they wouldn't be impressed with the appalling track record the UAMA CEO and his long list of failed companies.
UAMA is a very delinquent filer with last issued Pink disclosures in 3Q-2019, so over a year delinquent.
Safe to assume that management doesn't dare show you the ugly truth. Expect the worst! Like no revenues from mining! No revenues from wireless or wireline technology! and.......no upside!
UAMA dead! Can't raise capital, no future!
AMF showing interest in potential Quebec sales.
UAMA has failed. MMs get the last laugh!
No upside for UAMA.
Chairman Cote could see the end coming and bailed.
UAMA trash, junk stock, no value, no upside.
If serious look at track record of management team under Benoit Laliberte, who The Canadian Press has labeled as a convicted criminal.
One failure after another. Can't help himself it's in his DNA to fail.
Management a total clown show and constant missteps.
Like building cryptocurrency miners on land reserved for pure agricultural use. Dumb.
TNW Wireless Inc. has totally failed with no way back from missteps. Squandered a market-ready business with pledged financing. Would have been $40-60M revenue cellular carrier business by now with 40-60% EBITDA.
Filed for $47M bankruptcy back in late 2016 and disposal of all assets and loss of employee (talent base) totally GUTTED the business. Bankruptcy still before the Supreme Court of BC with potential fallout against the CEO, Mr. Benoit Laliberte.
Pass on UAMA, no value here! MM activity only.
Don't buy UAMA without reading Court Record
Here is the link to the official Affidavit filed before the Supreme Court of BC:

This speaks volumes to the character, ethics and business practices of Mr. Benoit Laliberte, UAMA President, CEO and CFO.
This $47M bankruptcy has totally gutted UAMA, Investel el al. All key assets seized by Court and all key employees have left. Never properly reported in SEC or Pink disclosure docs.
Mr. Benoit Laliberte has been personally an undischarged bankrupt for over ten (10) years. Never properly disclosed as material information in any SEC documents.
Convictions of Mr. Benoit Laliberte on 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors was never properly reported to the SEC in public company filings.
Always invest in REAL companies without baggage of convicted criminal CEO!
