No filings in over a year so suspect all the rumors of mining business failure are true.
Rumored that Woodland (Vancouver) cancelled their agreement and abandoned in place the 5,000 or so miners they paid for. Why? Maybe to deflect any fallout or liability from the Quebec Court order to shut-down the miners due to land-use violations. The company had appealed and lost so any further operations likely in contempt of Court.
Maybe that explains why UAMA has not filed any Pink or financial disclosures in over a year.
