Exactly,if TPID ever goes to $20 without a R/S then that would mean that MacKay finally came through on something which until now is not the case.
The worth of my SSTY and TPID shares is all the proof that I need that MacKay is dishonest.Plus we have not heard from him in a couple of years.
Those ongoing events mean nothing if they dont yield revenue, and the revenue means nothing if it doesnt come back to stock holders.Until now all they do is dilute, pay themselves and R/S.You can google all you want but MacKay is only in this for himself.
We already did bet on it and lost.Just look at your balance sheet in your portfolio.MacKay not only took away the value of your shares but he also took away your shares(R/S).Of course if you keep throwing out the lines "time will tell" and "anything is possible" then so be it.For me I have accepted the loss but cannot and will not forgive MacKay.I cant believe how many scam companies there are in the pink sheets and the SEC does nothing. But hey,"time will tell"right.
My main concern here is the fact that management has to deal with a paramount chief and various chiefdons. It sort of sounds like having to deal with the Mafia.Since the area is so poor I would think that it would be difficult for these local people to watch some americans carrying off millions of dollars worth of gold and diamonds.I cant help thinking that maybe the chiefdons and land owners will want a bigger cut of what is on their property once they see it being processed.JMO
Great post.I always appreciate your take on things.
Nobody knows. We have not heard anything about those 60 wells in almost 3 months.Thats why this stock has crashed.
I agree with both you and BookumDano. Its really a shame because the TPID technology had such a great potential and is just what China needs. But unfortunately for us investors a great technology is not enough to make a company succeed.MacKay sure screwed us all.
You lose money if you sell or if somebody steals your shares in a R/S as TPID did or if your stock stays in the GRAY SHEETS and they give away all their technology as SSTY did.MacKay is dishonest and has had problems with the law.He has shown that he cannot be trusted. On the TPID website there use to be a list of agreements and contracts that were later removed and never PR´d.TPID has no revenues and continue to hire different CEOs for large salaries and millions of shares but we never get any results except for a pps that keeps sinking. If you think that you havent lost your money because you havent sold yet, then you are even more delusional than I thought.
Listen, you need to give it a rest.TPID exists just so MacKay and his buddies can steal our money and get rich. And even if 1 day they did change their ways it wouldnt do me any good because they already screwed me with the R/S.Most of us here have lost alot of money because of MacKay and for you to repeat your constant BS gets annoying.
Some people say that in an unsolicitated stock that MMs cannot take a position for themselves, but can only represent the retail buy and sell orders. And I thought that retail can only trade to the 4th decimal place. Is this true?
It means that anybody that still has confidence in TPID is either working for the company,a paid pumper, or the stupidest person alive.
Walker, sorry its taken me so long but I was away from my computer.Go to post #28098.
Alot of people probably saw the article that came out yesterday on SRSR that somebody posted here. JMO
Thanks for the info.I have also sent a couple of e-mails to Joe and both times I received an automatic response that he would get back to me within 24 hours. And of course he never did which I find to be unprofessional. He should take off the automatic response if he doesnt want to reply.
I hope you are right.
I sent an e-mail to Dominic yesterday asking about Noble and he responded that he couldnt tell me anything because it would be insider information.I found him to be very rude and unhelpful.
I sent the IR Dominic an e-mail asking when we can expect a pr on the progress at Noble County. He responded "obviously you did not read the pr of last thursday".What a jerk!! I invested in Mammoth for the 60 wells in Noble County and we havent heard anything in a few months.
Yeah, mine are showing too. And that r/s sure screwed us all.
GREAT!! I will check later and post back in about 4 hours.Right now I have to run.
I will check my account a little later but right now I dont have time.Where do you hold your shares? I have Ameritrade and UBS.
I received today a paper from Signature Stock Transfer that for $75 dollars I can have my TPID restriction lifted.I just have to send them my original stock certificates along with the $75.
The 1 problem that I see is that the last time we received a dividend they did a R/S first. And then we have a dividend that is still restricted and isnt worth too much.Unfortunately for me,all the dividends that I have received from pink sheet companies have turned out to be worthless.
You do realize that during the "amazing news flow" that the pps was tanking and was in a R/S.
OntaREEo, THANKS for the update.
Bri, its been fun chatting with you but its going on midnight here for me and I need some sleep.Catch ya next time.Dale
I knew Woody well.I even played doubles with him in a couple of tournaments. When I was at U-H I played with Lee Merry and when Lee graduated he traveled and played doubles with Woody. And later on they opened up a club in San Diego together.I went out and visited them once and they had a good thing going for quite a few years. At 1 point several years ago the club had some problems and they split up.I still have contact with Lee but I am not sure what Woody is doing now.
You are right. The racket makes all the difference in the world. Also the strings are alot better than the old days.Alot of players are having to use really hard (kevlar, polyester, etc) that play really bad though, just so their strings dont break every 15 minutes.I use gamma synthetic gut and I am sure that Nadal would break my strings in 10 shots. With the rackets giving the power and Nadal giving the spin,a normal string cant last 2 minutes.
These past years they have tried to slow the game down, but I heard that this year they resurfaced the US Open courts and that they were faster. That was definitely good for Federer.
Yeah, with the new technology alot of players could have been so much better.McEnroe and Lendl come to my mind.I saw an interview with Becker about a month ago and he said that with the new rackets he is hitting his backhand better now than when he was competing.
Yeah, I´m the same way.Today is a tough day for the stockmarket. I didnt think Federer played too good up till the finals and then against Murray he played unbelievable.I think that he was lucky that Djokovic was dead going into the semis. It looks like Federer has finally understood that he has to move forward more and shorten the points.I think that next year will be interesting.
no problem Briboy. We are the only 2 here anyway.
LOL, I never disagreed
I just wanted to add to my post.Even though Nadals best shot is his forehand, technically it is also his weakest shot if the ball is played really hard at it (because of his extreme grip).Usually players cant attack it though because Nadals balls bounce high on their backhand with alot of topspin. But Murray (and Djokovic) are tall enough and with their 2 handed backhands are able to attack those balls on hard courts, whereas Federer is not able to generate enough power with his backhand on those high balls.I am living in Switzerland so I dont know what you people hear on the TV coverage, but in case you didnt know this; Nadal is actually right handed and the only thing he does as a lefthander is play tennis. That explains some of the unbelievable backhands that he hits sometimes when he is out of position. You will notice after his matches when he throws balls or wristbands into the public,it will always be with his right hand.
frenchee, I would say that if Nadal has to serve and volley to win then he is in trouble. This match shows some of Nadals limitations on faster courts. If he moves in more for service returns then he will have problems returning forehands because of his grip. The only chance that Nadal has is if Murray starts making more mistakes.Already Nadal had some tight matches and that was against players that were no where near the caliber of what Murray has shown.Finding a strategy for Nadal to beat Murray at this level is like finding a strategy for Federer to beat Nadal on clay.Nadal just has to be aggressive and cut out all the unforced errors and hope for the best.
You should put him on IGNORE like I am sure most people have done. JMO
Joe, I didnt take it as abrasive at all and I truly appreciate you getting me on the right page.I just got a little confused by their last pr. Thanks again and enjoy your weekend. Dale
cdnkid, are you able to post the 2nd filing concerning the dividend. For some reason I am not able to open the file. TIA
Thanks joe, I guess I am a little slow sometimes. So 61 wells it is.GLTY
Thanks. So that does give us a total of 63 wells that we know of.Do you agree?
