Why does it bother you? They also pay themselves like $1,000 a month. That's it!
They are clearly mainly concerned with using capital to building up the company's revenue pipeline first.
Would you rather have them all with 20 Million shares and focused narrowly on the share price? There are tons of that sort of company on the OTC Pinks. Those stinky pinkys communicate mainly via Press Releases, not filed 8-Ks, and they tend to sell a crap load of stock every time the share price spikes. Go! Good luck with that!
OWCP's 2017 PowerPoint shows they project, in 3 years, they will be making between $2-4 Million dollars a month on the psoriasis creme alone.
They can and will pay themselves for their years of hard work once that happens.
I swear to god there is a mentality in America today that if you open any business, MJ, Starbucks, whatever, you deserve to be a millionaire overnight. That's the expectation of the Participation Trophy generation.
500 Million shares authorized, 140 Million issued. They will absolutely be issuing warrants and options after revenue starts pouring in. They don't have to disclose employment contracts, so who knows how much skin they actually have in the game.
Funny, reminds me of a private email I got last month. Person said, "aren't you worried that they only pay themselves 12K a year". Look at Company X, they pay themselves $250,000 a year each. To which I LOLed heartily.
That other company had so much toxic debt, over 1 Billion shares issued and so many other real red flags.
Do you think the two world-class additions to the Advisory Board joined for free? I'm sure their contacts include a ton of shares.
Yes, dilution is bad. But it's inevitable in any biotech company. Based on everything else OWCP does, my guess is the dilution will be conservative and the shareholders will be respected.
I also expect to see the salaries increase, but I think that is very well deserved.
InMed Pharmaceuticals to Present at the 2017 BIO CEO & Investor Conference at Waldorf Astoria in NYC on Feb 13-14

At 13:56, see those 2 shares for .106. Yeah, that's me. 100K added today.
So I assume your talking about me.
At 9:30 I put in an order to buy 100,000 PMCB at 0.105
It was filled as follows, you can check your tape:
50,000
898
2,000
47,100
Let's take a look at the MMJ field:
GWPH / $3.12 B market cap / Institutional Ownership 73%
CARA / 445 M market cap / Institutional Ownership 47%
ZYNE / 181 M market cap / Institutional Ownership 15%
OWCP / 86 M market cap / Institutional Ownership 0%
So you see, in the small field of MMJ stocks the higher the percent of institutional owners the higher the market cap. Makes sense. As analysts issue valuations, smart money steps in and scoops up shares. Often having to pay a premium to get regular shareholders to part with their shares. Win Win.
Picked up another 100K at .105.
Funny, I have a CFA friend too and he invested in a bunch of penny stocks and several went up to $5-$15. Best day of his life was when he told his boss he was retiring. In his 30s.
MMJ is in it's earliest stage. You have people using dab sticks and taking drops of CBD oil, others just smoking joints or using vape devices.
I like to call this method "carpet bombing", but that's because I'm old. For those of you fortunate enough to not know what that means, it's defined as "bomb (an area) intensively". Indiscriminately drop bombs and pray that one of them hits the target. Not exactly scientific.
OWCP has been working for years on 4 proprietary delivery system, including a topical creme. OWCP's cream isn't a lotion with a bit of CBD oil in it. It is a delivery system to get the CBD and other cannabinoids precisely to the ailment. OWCP has a laser-guided missle system.
That's one difference here. The second is in the formulation. OWCP has been testing different formulations of not just CBD and THC, but of other cannabinoids to determine what is most effective.
Finally, there's the IRB seals of approval for safety and efficacy. If you had psoriasis would you spend your money on a generic creme or one that was tested and approved in a hospital?
And lastly, lol, the fact that there is a Czec psoriasis creme out there means that our final IRB safety and efficacy tests are a forgone conclusion! So, thank you very much!

Picked up another 50,000 at .105

Exelixis to Present at the Leerink Partners Global Healthcare Conference on February 15

I beg to differ. They can drop several hammers while we wait for final efficacy results.
They can initiate a suit against the law firm. They can disclose new patents (they are ready to market the delivery systems, which means those delivery systems are finalized, which means they filed for final patent protection). They can disclose terms of the consulting agreement with the 3 US States that hired them for their expertise with MMJ. Headline: "Florida hires Israeli MMJ Experts OWCP..."
I can name another six items of interest OWCP could easily drop in the coming weeks.
IMHO the Shorts are totally lacking in creativity and foresight.
$OWCP is a small, cautious outfit and they think everything through very carefully. It's simplicity to do good DD when you understand how a company operates. To me every 8-K is as clear as day.
Take the new Instagram account today. Why did they open an Instagram account? To show pictures of themselves and their advisory board? Hardly. Before/After photos of psoriasis sufferers will be dropped in coming months.
Does OWCP seem like the kind of company that pays for marketing? Nope. They will be using social media- FB, Twitter, Instagram- which costs nothing and will spread to thousands like wildfire.
Today's 8-K shows they are now eyeing the Asian markets. MMs respond with a 9% drop. It's absurd.
So, ask yourself, does OWCP's psoriasis creme being sold in EU, US and now Asia warrant a 9% drop? OR is it more likely the MMs are shaking the tree so they can to go Long themselves?
When you look at the 8-Ks, and then look at the charts, you have to think to yourself the MMs are either idiots or geniuses.
Being that these are likely the very same MMs who traded AXIM (because MMs are generally assigned by industry), do you honestly think they don't know what will happen when OWCP drops final efficacy results?
My thought: The MMs know exactly what's coming and they are shaking the tree, hard, to free up shares.
Exactly, when he read the question you could almost hear his frustration and exasperation at the share price. But he moved on quickly and said the price will sort itself out once the trials starts.
Wish I had bought more today. I think it's going to gap up tomorrow.
land·mark ('lan(d)?märk) noun
1. an object or feature of a landscape or town that is easily seen and recognized from a distance, especially one that enables someone to establish their location.
"the spire was once a landmark for ships sailing up the river"
synonyms: marker, mark, indicator, beacon, cairn More
2. an event, discovery, or change marking an important stage or turning point in something.
"the birth of a child is an important landmark in the lives of all concerned"
synonyms: turning point, milestone, watershed, critical point, benchmark
$OWCP is now on Instagram
https://www.instagram.com/owcpharma/
Why? Because in around 6 months you are going to see some before/after photos from psoriasis sufferers that are going to knock your freaking socks off. Mark my word.
OWCP Go Long! Go Strong!
OK, so my DD tells me $OWCP will drop 2 hammers before the March Wall Street Conference.
First will be the 3 consulting contracts OWCP has signed with US States. There could very well be more contracts signed by now, but we know 3 were signed. That's real revenue that hasn't been announced.
Second will be final patents for the delivery systems. They have spent years tweaking and testing the delivery systems, and now they are ready to license. That means final US patent applications were filed and will be awarded any day now.
With that sort of news ready to drop at any time, I personally think day trading OWCP is a horrible idea.
I day trade Canadian weed stocks weekly. I don't generally day trade my MMJ stocks.
The Green Rush is spreading all over the US, and smart money is in MMJ where returns will be measured in the 1,000%s by 2020.
$OWCP has a lot of irons in the fire. But I am praying that after revenue starts pouring in, they make it a priority to look into uplisting to nasdaq. So sick of the OTC MMs.
Binjo! Like I said earlier, the word "nominations" in the Jan 27th PR lead me to believe there were two new advisory board nominations. And what a pair $OWCP added! Ms. Miri Sani and Dr. Sharon Rozenblat bring a lot to the party!
Now we have two talented individuals with a depth of knowledge and experience in manufacturing and selling cremes in Europe and the German market specifically, and now we have a huge connection to Asia via contacts in Korea, Singapore and China. This is HUGE! This is beyond HUGE!
The traditional biotech route to riches is an old, tired formula: IPO at $50 a share, and hope for FDA approval before the money runs out.
OWCP has a new business plan. Sale of safe and effective topical cremes, in EU and Asia, to generate revenue to pay for those expensive FDA trials for ingested medications.
The foresight and thoughtfulness of the OWCP executive team is so damn rare!
So, tell anyone who was on the MMJ sidelines, worried about cannabis being a schedule 1 substance, that OWCP is likely going to pursue markets in Asia by marketing a line of cannabis cremes as "herbal" remedies. Win Win!
Where it's legal, it will be an MMJ creme. Where it's not legal, it will be a herbal creme. Boom!
Multiple revenue streams, incoming!!!
Boom! GW Pharmaceuticals Achieves Positive Results in Phase 2 Proof of Concept Study in Glioma
http://ir.gwpharm.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=1010672
I've said it before and I'll say it again. I hold 8 MMJ biotech stocks, from GWPH to OWCP, and by far OWCP has the most upside and is the most undervalued IMHO. I've done extensive DD and I'm very comfortable with sitting on this stock until 2018 and beyond.
I know there are the habitual TA and moment traders, that's fine; we're all here to make money.
But for those who are cashing out early I have one serious piece of advice: if you sell all your shares, don't look at this Board, remove the ticker from your watchlist, and otherwise keep your head in the sand. Don't look back.
If you cash out and keep checking the price, in 3 months you are going to regret selling this at .65. In 6 months if you keep checking the price you will develop a drinking problem. By this time next year, if you keep checking the price, you will need serious emotional counseling.
You can disagree with those of us who are Long and Strong, fine, but for your own good if you sell this stock before April, never, ever look back. Cashing out at .65 will forever Haunt you.
Safety study is taking place at Sheba Hospital (https://eng.sheba.co.il/Sheba_Hospitals).
This is a topical creme. Nothing is ingested, therefore the clinical trials are different from what you'd expect of a new, ingested medicine.
Also, this is cannabis based. Cannabis is not unsafe. IMHO the safety study is a mere formality.
Once the Sheba Hospital study drops, the creme will begin sales worldwide.
There are years of research for the psoriasis creme, as outlined in the 2017 letter to shareholders:
Ed Yardeni Sees Upside of 10% for U.S. Stocks
You need a Barron's account to read the full article, but it was just a small blurb from the article that was relevant to OWCP and MMJ generally.
http://www.barrons.com/articles/ed-yardeni-sees-upside-of-10-for-u-s-stocks-1486188774
IMHO the 33 Million share dump in Sept 2016 is one of the primary reasons $OWCP remains so undervalued today. Lots of people look at the chart, see the .003 price, and assume this is a typical stinky pinky and move on. IF the stock hadn't dropped in Sept the chart would look much more robust and I believe we would already be in dollarville.
But for those of us who've done real DD, not just a superficial glance at the 6 month chart, we know what we own.
What if the Free Market Decided Whether or Not Drugs Work?
https://www.technologyreview.com/s/603559/what-if-the-free-market-decided-whether-or-not-drugs-work/
Trump will overhaul every part of government that he can. While I don't see him approving of a "let the free markets decide which drugs are ok instead of the FDA" approach, I do see him saying that trials for things like OWCP's Multiple Myeloma drug should be fast tracked. The average survival time for stage 3 multiple myeloma is just 29 months with current best practices. Let those people have access to any and all new therapies. Trump knows all about the pain of losing loved ones to cancer (http://thehill.com/blogs/in-the-know/in-the-know/317813-patriots-owner-trump-helped-in-my-toughest-time).
Cannabis is safe. Proving safety is the longest step in the FDA approval process. We should breeze right through that and get fast tracked to phase 3 testing.
I honestly see the Stars aligning for OWCP in a big way.

Outstanding article! Thank you for sharing!
Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!
Word is spreading. More people will go Long, fewer will day trade, and it will hold on to gains better. Very promising company IMHO. Go $NMUS!
Yes, huge!
Looks like a real gem. Just done basic DD, but I really like what I've seen so far. Tried to buy at opening and had to change my price a few times. 20K Long.
OWCP just dropped $300K for final safety and efficacy IRB studies. Once they are sure they have the most effective formulations, then will finalize the patents. The point of a provisional is to give you 12 years to research and finalize design. They just hired Miriam Sani to head up those efforts.
Patents go via first filed, and OWCP filed 8 patents in 2014, so I'm not worried about their Multiple Myeloma, PTSD and Migraine pipelines.
The real reason de-scheduling will immediately benefit OWCP is because other companies will need to license OWCP's 3 delivery systems - creme, sublingual tablet, nasal spray - to pursue their own clinical trials. For several potential treatments, CBD can't pass through the liver. So ingestion is not an option.
Initially, not much money will come in from licensing tech during clinical trials, but longer term, once other companies have FDA approved drugs, OWCP would get a small percent of those billions of dollars of sales. Forever! Even the generic pharma co's will want OWCP patented delivery systems.
The genius of OWCP is that they've been in MMJ for years and they have multiple paths for revenue- sale of cremes, consulting to governments, licensing of delivery systems, and eventually sale of FDA approved treatments. The other MMJ companies I've look at only have 1 horse in the game. We have 4 or more!
