Close to 2000 trades yesterday
C$RON is up since yesterday-CANB may be at a dollar within the next few weeks- the sector is on fire
It’s time!!
1802 trades today. Almost two thousand trades, investors by the hundreds have bought shares for the epic run.
Trades for today so far-1711
Not IHUB
Thousands of investors trading CANB
Good fortune to us all!!
I had trouble getting my buy orders filled this morning. Someone just got lucky with this dip.
This was actually stated on the PWC 4th monitors report:
"The problem with emerging markets and products is the high cost and lengthy amount of time it takes to qualify new end users"
Great post. A dollar within the next few weeks would be outstanding!
Or people will try to get in before next week, pushing price maybe to .20.
CV$I survived many Fridays, IMO CANB will also
It took FOREVER for my small buy order to fill this morning, I was hitting the ask and moving up for about 20 minutes before it got filled, and it was a small order.
It took over 20 minutes for my order to fill, and I was chasing. IMO the float is locked.
On the monitors 4th report, page 54, stated that no bids were submitted for sale as " on going concern". Now its a free for all - buy outright, no stipulations(maybe)
Only a few days left to speculate.
CV$I 6.94 Volume 9,980,092 Trades today 14,508
CANB .081 Volume 15,124,286 Trades today 983
IMO Investors selling CV$I will pour into CNBA
.50 would be outstanding! 140 million buyout.

Best wishes for early retirement.
CANB sounds like a twinsie to CV$I. Hope to see major dollars on this one also!
Hang in there, hopefully we know something soon.
Outstanding!
Follow the money
Heating up
On PWC's 4th report, page 54, stated that the first bid process was sale "for a going concern"
We could hear anytime now.
"We'll report on the conclusion of the process in our Court report around Aug 28"
Patiently waiting. IMO no news - good news. Only a few days left to speculate. In or out.
Agreed
Good point.
Makes no sense. I could think of tons of stocks to warn people against - this isn't one of them.
Why the panic?
Then why are you here?
PWC states that BioAmber has the right to reject bids, so what would happen in this scenario if a continuance wasn't granted?
If this happens, hopefully they let us know the reason for the delay and not just "no bid accepted". Because if it had been clear about the "no bid as a going concern" in the first round, I don't think the price would have fell sub penny.

Here is below mentioned date as per PwC
Retained Bidder and Contemplated Transaction. BioAmber, after consultation with PwC and its secured lenders, shall determine which of the Qualified Bids, if any, is acceptable. That being said, BioAmber may elect to reject any or all Qualified Bids, and is under no obligation to accept any of the Qualified Bids. The Qualified Bidders shall be informed in writing at the latest by 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on August 21, 2018 of PwC’s decision in respect to their respective Qualified Bid:
(a) If a Qualified Bid is accepted by PwC on behalf of BioAmber, the Qualified Bidder shall receive a notice of acceptance from PwC (the “Notice of Acceptance”), confirming that BioAmber agrees to complete the transaction it contemplates (each a “Contemplated Transaction”) with the Qualified Bidder (each a “Retained Bidder”), the whole subject to the issuance of the Approval Order as defined herein (each a “Retained Bid”);
(b) If a Qualified Bid is not accepted, the Qualified Bidder shall receive a notice of non- acceptance from PwC and the Deposit (without any accrued interest, as the case may be) will be promptly returned. The Qualified Bidder recognizes and acknowledges that it has no recourse against PwC and/or BioAmber as a result of the non-acceptance of its Qualified Bid, save and except in respect to the return of the Deposit (without any accrued interest, as the case may be).
Outstanding post!!!
Most of us bought shares believing in a very positive outcome. That's why most of us are here. Don't really know why people are here posting if they don't own shares and seem to want those of us that are shareholders to walk away with nothing.

"That being said, BioAmber may elect to reject any or all Qualified Bids, and is under no obligation to accept any of the Qualified Bids."
Makes no sense. I didn't realize BioAmber was in the position to reject bids this time around. I thought the court had the final say. I wonder what happens next in this scenario.
At least the bidders know they have to submit an acceptable bid even in liquidation.
PWC posted a link early on for updates, then took it down.
Didn't see that. Was it in the 4th monitors report? I was going by the email stickied above.
