SING UP FOR 995ad.com
If you haven't done so already make sure you click on My Account on the homepage and click new user in the right hand corner after that. By increasing the company's membership it adds to the website hits and membership totals which are used to support advertising revenues and further client contracts. Spread the word about this nifty site.
I'm not so sure that the company will release the who part of where the shares came from. All I have to offer is more speculation, but I would guess that a majority of the 10 million were restricted. Of the remaining 3 million left unaccounted for I would guess that perhaps someone who prived the company a service got a few ads places on the 995ad.com website in exchange for these shares back. For such a small new business idea, isn't it amazing that management is willing to give up their own shares and get some back from other places just to support shareholder value. I think what we may have here is an excellent management team that is prepared to run with the big boys (eBay) and build a fine company. Only time will tell. I just find it humurous about all the finger pointing and conspiracy theorists that pop up when a company uses some tricky business language in their PR. 10 million shares is 10 million share, period. A companiy's total value is the sun of all its OUTSTANDING shares, so minus the 10 million and we should see a rise in PPS over the long haul.
Here is a small comparison, but I hate to keep comparing to eBay since they have been in business (at least public) for 10 years now and IDS just started 995ad.com.

1. How many states does 995ad.com have vehicle listings for?
2. How many zip codes does 995ad.com have vehicle listings for?
3. Have you gotten any feedback from sellers as far as sales?
4. Do you have a message on the site that informs the users to mention 995ad.com to the dealer?
5. What kind of agreements have you signed with dealers for both listing and advertising?
6. Any plans to expand into Canada or Mexico?
7. Concerning 995ad.com what is the order of focus for growth? Automobiles, Boats, Motorcycles, RV's, Vacations, Businesses, Merchandise?
48th fastest growing website according to the Alexa Rankings. Considering the millions of websites, that is AMAZING.
stockanalyzer's chart says it all. that's why i am back in now. had to get out when it ran through the upper band but this is an excellent buying opportunity below the lower band. i will continue to accumulate anything below $0.03. good luck all.
Wow, too bad I didn't wait a day to buy a little, could have saved 10%. If it drops a little more I will add another piece. I'm really liking the business plan, or at least what I can see.
I just have one request. Please post the piece about being debt free so that one does not have to dig for it.
IDS Press Release on 08/24/05:
In light of the current valuations being paid for online portal content and the rapid growth of 995ad.com the Board of Directors of IDS Worldwide Solutions, Inc. has approved a major stock buyback of the common stock of IDS (Pink Sheets:IDWS) of 5,000,000 shares. The company believes the stock is extremely undervalued based on the current value of 995ad.com, http://www.995ad.com, and the 2600% increase this quarter in our Homeland Security Division. This stock buyback is in addition to approximately 400,000 shares the company has bought in the open market in August. This buyback is the equivalent of 50% of the total public stock float of IDS. Patrick Downs, CEO of IDS stated, "IDS believes this buyback is a bargain at current price levels and it will add tremendous value for our shareholders." Online portals such as 995ad.com have the advantage over most companies by virtue of carrying no inventory and no warehouse costs. IDS has the further advantage that unlike most public companies IDS has no debt to service.
Looks like a perfect 50% retrace just about complete. Probably bip to around $0.033 today sometime before leveling off and starting its new accent next week. $0.018 to $0.052 = $0.035 retrace, but you can almost always count on a dip slightly below that point. HISC is a good example, check out the 6 month chart.
IDS I appologize, but could you hide it any better? That is such a huge thing for us small investors. Debt free is huge, but I'd like to see it in financials before I get too excited. Why hide it at the end and not in a very easily understood manor? Sorry that's the skeptic in me. I guess I had read through too many PR's today that I read right over that line at the end. Again I appologize.
I couldn't disagree more. There is no mention by the company in any of their PR's claiming to be debt free. I read about 20 of them on their website and found nothing. If you have a PR then post it. Not just fo rme but for all the others that just watch and don't post.
The company has been in business for 7 (that's SEVEN) years, which is more then three. So why not IPO on a bigger board? I see that the website is a new division of the company. I like this company more because of its Homeland Security Inc. division that is active in Pakistan. Hopefully they can grow that business based on its record a few months from now. The website is not bad, but competing with eBay as well as the other travel sites will be tough.
Does anyone know if a single dealer will have to pay $9.95 per vehicle per month or can they have up to 9 vehicles per ad based on the max number of pics per ad? Or do they sign bigger deals with companies then just the $9.95 per month. Sure wish they would publish how many people view the site each day, how many people join the site, and how many objects are posted. Or maybe just a weekly update would be good in order to not waste the company's time.
The competitive advantage lies in the companies customer service call centers and data centers I believe. Sorry if that is "stating the obvious" again, but I believe in open discussion which people join every day and before doing a great deal of research. The potential for IDWS to grab a nice piece of the outsourcing market exists as well. Good things to come here I think.
My appologies. Scratch the part about the article of incorp. I just found it on the website.
http://www.sunbiz.org/scripts/cordet.exe?a1=DETFIL&n1=P05000019088&n2=NAMFWD&n3=0000&...
Again sorry for my ignorance.
Data, I have read every release that I can find about IDWS and there is absolutely no mention of being debt free. Is there anything that you have found that can support the statement of being debt free. I searched the Florida Division of Corporations and found no results for IDS Worldwide. You mentioned the companies authorized share count but I have found no mention of that information either. While the website does have a great deal of details about their current and projected business it is lacking in corporate and investor information. There is no mention of any other management then the CEO and no reference to a board of directors. The company is not NEW just the OTCBB stock. The company has been in business for 7 years before going public. I'm open to any suggestions as far as where to get more information, but I think my next step will have to be directly to the company since the info is not easily accessible out there.
Data, which PR are you refering to that suggests IDWS is debt free? I have read all that I can find on the regular sites. Do you have alink to their article of incorporation? I will find it and post if it is out there and easily accessible. Were they Incorp in Florida? Do you know if the company previously owned EMDF (maker of NeedleZap product on their website)? Also, what were the details on the company prior to the last two months? Was this an initial offering/issue? Was the company operating under a different business name because I cannot find anything at all in Edgars.
I'm new to this board so please forgive me if my questions were already answered, but I could not find it in the previous 100 posts.
1. Is Premier Funding Services the TA? If so does anyone have the phone number and POC?
2. What is the general belief as far as Authorized, Outstanding and Restricted share counts? Is Downs the only insider holding shares?
3. Any clue on the debt level of the company? With so few shares one would assume that the debt level must be high.
4. Does anyone else see capacity issues with 995ad.com? Not only in the number of customers, but in the storage space to post that many pictures of vehicles. And beyond that the cost of maintenance of this site. I'm not yet convinced that IDWS can handle this site YET.
Is anyone here familiar with the company named 21st Century Technologies? I made some money on them a few years back, but currently do not hold any. They began a site called PrizeWise.com and it is still up and running, but running VERY POORLY. In fact I doubt that it is really operating at all. Searches of all kinds fail or give you products that are off topic. I see similar issues with 995ad.com. In addition IDWS is not doing such a great job of promoting the site to customers as well as investors. When TFCY released PrizeWise we had PR's every day for the first few days about the growth of customers hitting the site and products being hung. The only information of this type that I could find is on this board, so my hat is off to you all.
Very interesting stock, but still much DD to be done. Has anyone gotten a response to any email to the CEO, VP of BizDev or IR?
GLTYA.
had to swing some today, just concerned a little by the number of shares floating around out there. i was hoping an uptrend would continue but when we busted through the bands i jumped ship with a few. if i adjusted back to where i think it should be then i will be back in again. just seemed like way too good an opportunity not to take some profits. just hope i don't miss the launch. good luck all.
OT: goose, i promised others here that if i didn't have anything good to say about this stock that i would not post at all. this as in other boards are full of longs with emotional ties to DMOI. i have done my DD and chosen to avoid this stock for various reasons. the horrible situation down there right now will have an effect on DMOI in the short run, but not in the long run. war is the same thing. eom.
thank you! eom
Anyone have L2?
Good healthy shakeout here and then we can continue through $0.05. Should continue onto tomorrow as most of us believe that the financials will be released early next week. Could see a nice gap up on Tuesday morning of next week.
Can someone with L2 give us a look at the past 10 minutes of trades? TIA.
Excellent strength here. Should hit $0.05 by end of week. This PR is pretty good if you think about the 2-3 million investors that may hear it and then estimate that perhaps 1% will buy this stock which is roughly 25,000 new longs at about $1000 per investor on average well there goes another half million shares from the float. Add that to the shorts that are covering and you have a nice rise ahead. And those are very conservative estimates in my opinion. Suppose 5-10% are interested and buy in. There goes 2.5-5 million of the float. I would totally support an all stock purchase of InfreredMed at this time. Just think of how few shares it will cost now as compared to $0.005 or how few it will be if we sit at $0.10 when the deal goes through.
I think we will get a chance to nab some more in the low 3's. This one is moving along a steady uptrend between beautiful bands. I would not be at all surprised to see a dip back to 3 before a move to 5. In fact that will show further strength. Just keep accumulating and we all will be talking about our new boats when the bashers join us around the $0.10 level. Just look at HISC. If IGTN gets the orders and starts to really push this Pure Produce project then we will see another HISC. Medical equipment will be their cash cow and the pure produce will pay off in the long run. Enjoy the ride.
is it just me or does it seem like MM are holding the price down at the $0.03? the volume hasn't changed in a few hours and someone posted earlier that their buy order at $0.03 would not execute. seems like we should be walking the ask up slightly this afternoon but instead we are holding tight. investors still waiting for the financials to get in? MM want to give all the swing traders the chance to get rid of their shares at $0.03 before they walk it into higher grounds. thoughts?
yes these R&D expenses have been spread out over several years. this is the same as a negative retained earnings and all it really effects is shareholder equity, which when you are dealing with pennystocks is negative 99/100 times. all of these debts have been paid according to the CEO. the big question for long term investors is how long it will take IGTN to recoup its R&D expenses. HISC reported that they should be able to recoup their R&D expenses in 18-24 months for the CYBER TRACKER, which is outstanding for a smallcap company, but that was just under $1M, this will take some time. i still see these products as cash cows in the short term which will fund the Pure Produce project in the long run. very exciting!!!
my bet is a letter of intent to acquire InfraredMed Corporation by weeks end. the other PR will be that the 2003 and 2004 financials will be published following the conclusion of the 2005's. some see this as a bit of "dangling the carrot" but i would refer to it as a finely orchestrated symphony. how else can you explain the support at this level. way to much momentum behind us right now. the last two days are enough evidence to support buying on the dips and holding for blue skies. my guess is that a big holder took his profits and ran friday afternoon, but the effect was miniscule and one day later we are above where they sold at. a few weeks from now that investor will be kicking himself for missed profits, but no one can argue with money in the bank. good luck!
excellent day. erased the selloff at the end of friday and supports the strength. this is a winner primed to perform.
either way one would be dumb not to accumulate right now because we know they will have to cover eventually. with the otcbb nearing their time is limited. the news of possible acquisitions is just another spear in their side telling them that igtn is gaining momentum. i'd like to see igtn buy a few of their shares right now. think about it. they don't have to retire them just hold them in treasury. when the shorts cover at the move to the otcbb we will see at least a 30% gain overnight (based on the figures from www.buyins.net and the current estimated float). So then igtn can choose to raise capital internally buy selling a few of those shares. $500,000 cash on hand is too much. lets get a portion of that working for the shareholders.
Many of you know I am long on IGTN, but at first glance this acquisition does not sound good to me. I would prefer future earnings to funnel into the Pure Produce campaign instead of mamography. I see some parallel in the elderly population between balance, oxy, and now mamography. Much more DD needs to be done now. I am hoping that this acquisition is timed for after the movement to the OTCBB so that it is not delayed. Funding of acquisition is another issue. I just don't care for the timing right now. Would prefer something else in the neurology or gas flow segment though in order to streamline distribution and marketing costs in the future. Any thoughts?
That might be a good conversation with Mr. Sand. Woever talks to him next may want to see if there is anything we can do on our end to get the T/A replaced. Could we sign a petition or something? I'm not sure how many shareholders there are or if we can amass enough support, but it might be worth mentioning to him. Or we could all shoot him and email asking him to change T/A's. I'll get my friends who bought some to do the same. How can someone prove to the CEO of a company that they own shares? Just thinking it might hold more weight if we did.
Sorry to bother all the off topic posts, but could someone re-post the phone number that we can usto listen to the CC again. They said it at the end of the call, but I didn't have my pen and paper ready. This was a good CC no matter what some were expecting. The fact that they mentioned Scottland Yard and the French Metro is HUGE. This is the European connection that I have been looking for. I would love some more shares below $0.09, but they will likely be hard to come by. A contract from either of these two entities could be just as huge as a contract to the US government. The rocket boosters are loaded on this one and each and every contract from here on out will spark the primer.
I am at work and would REALLY appreicate it if someone called to confirm the numbers. No offense to anyone, just want several confirmations. 8/18/2005 5,000,000 shares at $0.02 would be $100,000. We are raising some serious capital now. If this is all true then it looks like they raised somewhere near $6M. This could cover the entire Pure Produce project and some, so it is a possibility. I think the authorized quantity may be incorrect though.
Didn't we say last week that the news letter companies will begin to add IGTN to their lists. Should see additional buying the more of these catch on. Much more to come here. $0.10 might just be a real target, but I'd like to see sales as well before that. I can see $0.03 realistically though before sales roll in.
great day all. coul that PR have ment 1/3 of the population of California?
AfriOre and Wits Basin Propose Further Drilling in the Newly Discovered Extension to the Witwatersrand Basin at the FSC Gold Project, South Africa
THURSDAY, AUGUST 18, 2005 1:59 PM
- BusinessWire
MINNEAPOLIS, Aug 18, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Wits Basin Precious Minerals Inc. (WITM) is pleased to announce that it has been advised by AfriOre Limited ("AfriOre") that it has proposed further drilling, after it has successfully completed drill hole BH 48, at the FSC gold project. BH 48 has intersected quartzites that have been positively identified as Witwatersrand Supergroup strata and this is the first time that rocks of the Witwatersrand Supergroup have been encountered this far south of the known Witwatersrand Basin, which historically has been South Africa's principal source of gold.
The drill hole which bottomed out at 2,559 meters and intersected over 600 meters of quartzites, below cover rocks which included a relatively thin succession of Transvaal Supergroup sedimentary rocks (160 meters) and Ventersdorp Supergroup lavas (132 meters) below the Karoo Supergroup rocks. The quartzites have been positively identified as Witwatersrand rocks, both through stratigraphic correlation and age dating analysis. Although the age dating determinations indicated an age of the quartzites in accordance with that of the Witwatersrand Supergroup, expert consultants engaged by the Joint Venture correlated the quartzites with the West Rand Group of the Witwatersrand Supergroup. Also identified in the drill hole were a number of bands of pyrite mineralization which, while returning assays results with negligible amounts of gold, nevertheless were consistent with similar features encountered throughout the rocks in the Witwatersrand Basin. The full implications of these results have been considered with a view to identifying further priority drill sites, which could be underlain by Central Rand Group rocks, which are the common host to the gold reefs in the main Witwatersrand Basin.
Drill hole BH 48 is the second drill hole to be drilled in the current Joint Venture between AfriOre and Wits Basin and is the first drill hole to successfully intersect Witwatersrand rocks. The drill hole is located some 18 km from the closest drill hole that was previously drilled in the 1980's by a major mining house. Modeling by AfriOre's technical consultants of this newly identified and separate Witwatersrand age basin extension, includes the delineation of the likely position of a basin margin along which strata may have been upturned, similar to the basin margin feature of the Welkom goldfield in the Witwatersrand Basin. (The Welkom goldfield has produced to date in excess of 300 million ounces of gold.) The accurate stratigraphic correlation, achieved through detailed logging of the quartzites in the drill hole and the 20 degree dip of the strata, which has been determined in a down-the-hole dipmeter survey, has provided critical data in the basin modeling and in the siting of a third drill hole, which AfriOre has proposed be drilled. At least six possible drill sites have been identified, where the available data indicates that the target Central Rand Group rocks may be preserved.
Prior to finalizing the selection of the site for the next drill hole, AfriOre has proposed flying an additional high resolution aeromagnetic survey over a limited area to aid in the definition of structural blocks, where proximal gold bearing conglomerates of the Central Rand Group may be preserved. The proposed survey would be an extension to the larger aeromagnetic survey that was flown by the Joint Venture in 2003.
Although mineral rights over the prospective area have been secured previously, the Joint Venture is awaiting a prospecting right that is to be issued by the Department of Minerals and Energy to allow the drilling of the next drill hole to proceed.
i agree with the sentiment on this board 100%. the range of company products is outstanding. from big ticket items like secure balance to the smaller oxyview which needs to be repurchased every so often, there is great potential for purchase agreements. each agreement will support a higher level for the share price. all of our estimates are based on reason, but soon they will be based on signed agreements. i still love HISC, but i know they will be dealing with the government and when that happens profits get squeezed. the ace in the hole though is the pure produce project that we can profit upon whether it is spun off or remains a subsidiairy of IGTN. heck, i would pay $0.02 for the pure produce company right now to fund that segment. i think the payoff will be far beyond that.
bet on a stair step move from here on once the financials are released. once we confirm all of the positive figures are within the financials the company will solidify at a higher level, possibly around $0.03. then when the plan for movement comes out we should see a steady climb as investors load up during the move to $0.05. i can't base this on solid figures yet, but it seems that the average OTCBB stock is priced around $0.05. then we will base there for a bit until the company can sign a few purchase agreements and the big revenues start rolling in. at that point the sky is the limit. if you were impressed with HISC's movement then you will love IGTN when it moves cause of fewer outstanding shares. i don't even think the company has an international plan yet but they will need one in the future. after that we will start to talk about net profits and a move to one of the big boards. also about that time we will see the fruits of the Pure Produce and possibly a spinoff as someone mentioned earlier. that could occur anytime, but more likely after the move to the OTCBB and before the move to the big boards. this is the way i see it, but it will take a great deal of patience and fending off the bashers and the shorts. GLTA.
very good strength above $0.02 right now on pretty good volume. i just want a close above $0.02 on over 50M volume. that would definitely keep me motivated. this strength should continue into next week as i would bet that several of these pennystock picking services will be including IGTN in their newsletters this weekend. excellent momentum play right now as well so i think we have investors of all types on board or coming on board. i've got three of my frinds in awhile back and they are still accumulating.
slight pull back and the next run could hit $0.02. once we break that we are headed straight to $0.03. check out february and how fast it went from $0.02 to $0.03 on no volume at all. we just need the volume over 50 million again and the training wheels will be off and the rocket boosters on.
not a very deep one but could the 10 day chart be considered a cup with handle forming?
