That would be fantastic! LOL
But I like the the slow steady move up. But, if I were to speculate...here's how work will end for me...
.25 = 2 week notice
.50 = 2 day notice
$1 = 2 hour notice
LMAO!!!
USRM$$$
I really don't think down 6.8% is dropping like a rock. lol.
MMs playing games. I witnessed first hand on a very large buy how the action moved between two MMs, the B/A and PPS direction right after I was filled (it took an hour).
IMO we'll be fine.
USRM$$$
Nice! Well good luck moving forward!
USRM$$$
You still in bud? I think I saw you sold yesterday...before or after the run?
Disagree, but we'll wait to see the EOD T-Trade. I'm guessing a large multi million share buy T-Trade will be posted...like the one I was directly involved with last Thursday.
NITE/CDEL didn't fill my order for nearly an hour and kept the B/A at .0231/.0239 ...they then dropped the price to .019s to restart the process.
We'll be fine.
From our fellow board member NoMoDo yesterday... pretty good insight...

The last few days had a large buy as the t-trade. When the stock moves up too fast, the MM's may need to sell shares at a loss to cover the demand. To make up for the loss, they will create an environment that looks like volume dries up and people are trying to sell. MM's will then buy shares at a cheaper price to fill their inventory as well as make a profit for themselves. The MM's won't report the buys and will sit on the ask such as what PUMA did today. Once they have an inventory for future trades, they will allow the price to rise again. At the end of the day, they will report the trades in one big Form T trade. Because the T trade was a buy, it indicates that we could see a rise in prices tomorrow as the MM's have accumulated at .03.
Based on my experience last week...
BMIC is accumulating and we'll see a large multi-million T-Trade EOD.
This will bounce back up.

Thanks for the chart HH!

Since OTC does not accept pre-market or after-hours trades, an OTC transaction marked as a "T" trade indicates the transaction did meet the NASD 90-second posting rule per above. If the "T" trade appears at the beginning of the day, it indicates the trade was not posted at Pink Sheets before 5:00 PM on the preceding day.
Correct.
USRM$$$
Also it was a buy.
USRM$$$
Wish I could take credit, but been there done that!
USRM$$$
Thanks HH!!! Your DD helped me buy a few shares ;)

Thanks bud for sharing. And to Cryptofan for the original thought.

Good questions. I'm not sure.
Most likely IMO part a/the deal sweetener for the $2.5 million investment from GACP.
Unless we're privy to all the behind the scenes your "guess" is as good as mine. Legalese can be so esoteric.
USRM$$$
Probably (most likely) taking advantage of Section 179 Lease agreement for tax purposes.

Depreciating capital assets come off their books.
Smart strategy IMO.

I believe there's free PMing from 4-5 on Fridays...Happy Hour :)
Good luck bud!
I think you're making good choices here for the long haul.

Boat loaded...leaving the dock!
USRM$$$
Or what happened with me yesterday! LOL
Someone has a big buy going on behind the scenes...
Betcha we see another huge T-trade... maybe another 6 mill
USRM$$$
Perhaps... see the following from yesterday.

Our friend Cryptofan surmises the following...makes sense
Actually, if I read the 8k correctly, $USRM sold their equipment assets to GACP, then turned around and leased the same equipment FROM GACP at a base rate of $20,000 per month plus a graduated amount to increase over time.
This, in a way, makes good sense if the equipment's no longer capable of being depreciated on the taxable assets of $USRM. So they sell it to GACP so that it's no longer on their books, then lease the equipment from GACP. It reduces their taxable asset burden and may also provide them with a service cost to write off.
The $2.5 Million strategic investment is a nice bit of news, also
Answer: Section 351(a) Tax-Free Exchange?
Generally, transferring property into a corporation in exchange for its stock is a taxable event. The transaction is treated as if you sold property to the corporation in return for cash.
The difference between the stock value received and the tax basis in the property transferred to the corporation will result in a gain or loss.

Good luck!!!
USRM$$$$
Most definitely :)
Thanks for your awesome DD package!

There are some 200 sells... could be the so-called MM signal for:
100 > I need shares
200 > I need shares badly but dont take it down to get em
300 > Take the price down to get shares....
400 > Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand
500 > Gap one way or the other, usually to the direction
of the 500 trade. Sometimes -if in the middle -keep the price right where it is.

Pure spec, but why not, we're in the OTC...
Those run ups to 2+, 3+ were simple tests of supply and demand principles. Hitting 3s means it will go there again. As news is released, I expect it to run, plateau, pullback, etc., all of us longs have seen this now, what 5 or so times...well that's my count since me getting in in Sept.
MMs, however which way you feel about them, have a close eye on OWCP. Low float means super volatility and they stand to make a mint in any direction.
Playing the long or short game here will pay dividends either way, but in the end those who have hundreds of thousands of shares will be well rewarded.

Yeah Buddy!
Was speechless with those high six figures in my account a couple weeks back!
Admittedly I took profits, but that really didn't put a dent in my overall position. All the noise, banter and truths/half-truths/falsehoods are just...well, noise.
Good luck to you my friend!
OWCP$$$
LMAO! Yeah buddy.
Sorry these dudes missed out back in Sept when I loaded up.
Not even Clay says it's going to ZERO...c'mon now, read a chart. That gap at .915 tho...if it drops below $1...picking up more shares. LOL.
Oh and I've taken profits...why not

Thanks KEEPIN-EYE!!! Legal Definition
It may be posted in an earlier thread, but posibly buried in the pages from earlier in the week.
Motion for Leave to Appear
is a motion filed with the court seeking permission to deviate from an established rule or procedure of the court. The most common use of a motion for leave is to seek an extension to an already-passed timeframe.
Pro hac vice
is a legal term usually referring to a practice in common law jurisdictions, whereby a lawyer who has not been admitted to practice in a certain jurisdiction is allowed to participate in a particular case in that jurisdiction.[2] Although pro hac vice admission is available in every American jurisdiction,[3] civil law jurisdictions generally have much stricter rules for multi-jurisdictional practice.

Please define "huge dumps"
6700 was the largest I saw on L2 @ 12:34... what are you looking at?
Truth! If it does, I'll add to my position, if not the value will simply increase on my position. Just hoping you could provide a little more insight...
I'm one of the few lucky ones to be in here from Sept.

Link or chart please, or otherwise speculation.

HAHAHA Yesss!!!

What a great day! Wondering if the chartists will say something about that "gap still needing filled"?
OWCP$$$
As a person who works for a $14B health care company with access to many clinicians and laboratories (yes I'm a part of their digital marketing department), there are only three possible outcomes:
Met Expectations
Exceeded Expectations
Did Not Meet Expectations
There is NO "oops" box to check ;)
OWCP$$$
Nice, but with all the gap talk, isn't this perpetuating another gap to be filled later?
OWCP$$$
Safe trip!
SFOR$$$
But let's get into semantics... there is no rejection, rather: did not meet expectations, met expectations, or exceeded expectations...
I'm optimistic and will go with 'met expectations'.
OWCP$$$
Cheds! That's where I got that snippet! :)
