The first auditor didnt complete the audits because it was a kramer related entity with a seious conflict of interest.

Item 2 proves kramer et al was deemed a bad actor and banned by FINRA for future conversions. This was all part of the loan shark trying to convert shares at 0.0001 instead. His entity must have shorted DBMM and the first auditor failed to complete the audits leading to being delinquent on filings. So obvious as i previously stated.
