HTE has announced it's annual shareholder meeting, which is scheduled for the 29th. This in combination with the HPTG annual and the see through equity conference, should give us a better ideal of where Hydrophi is heading by the end of the month.

Same here!
For me, I'll probably buy more if it hits .005, then sell all if they don't get the grant.
Hey guys, sorry I'm a little late jumping in on this conversation. I'm on vacation in sunny FL right now :)
Before dumping to many shares I would wait for the EU LIFE grant results to be released. Looking at pervious years the result are normally out towards the beggining of May, but recently the timeline posted on the LIFE webpage was bumped by a month. Hopefully in the next two weeks the reciepiant list will be posted and HTE will be on it. The grant will put nearly a million euros into HTEs account for demonstration of the hydroplant.
Waiting on the grant results may also account for the silence from Hydrophi. Taking a look at all of the docs that HTE had to sign, I don't think they could fart in the wrong direct without pissing the EU off, never mind releasing a hint as to whether HTE received the grant or not.
I would keep a close eye on the EU LIFE page though. If HTE does not receive the grant you'll probably need to dump your shares in a hurry.
As always, this is just my opinion, I could be wrong.

I absolutely agree. As I stated before, my first thought is to combine it with a solar field and store the hydrogen produced to smooth electric to the gird. Another thought is to coming the hydrogen with some carbon source to produce ultra clean synthetic diesel. Has HYSR released how much electricity is required to produce x amount of hydrogen? That would be a start.
Looks like he dropped in right before you posted, but once again he provided no useful information.
The HTE 1st QTR report is up on the new connect site and I'm on my cell phone right now. Does anyone have a quick polish translator?
http://www.newconnect.pl/index.php?page=1045&ncc_index=HTE
I skimmed through the 10q, and it doesn't looking like anything surprising, good or bad. The only thing of note was in the plan of operations; looks like they are working on a larger prototype hydro generator.
The only thing I think you missed is push for getting revenue soon by creating an early access licensing fee.
Very good email... Have you already sent it or are you asking/still room for input?
Looks like everyone is waiting to see what happens with the QTR report.
Looks like the report was just posted on new connect. http://www.newconnect.pl/index.php?page=1045&ph_main_content_start=show&ncc_index=HTE&id=79098&id_tr=6
Haven't had a chance to go through it yet.
I think HTE's annual report was released today. Then this Friday HTE's first quarter report is out.
Looks like BMAK strikes again.
Probably the best place to start is the investor and news sections of the HTE webpage. Www.hydrophieurope.com there you will see that HTE is a seperated company with the exclusive right to sell the hydroplant in Europe. HTE was created by a partnership between Astoria Capital, http://astoriacapital.pl/en/index.html (***corrected), and HPTG, which HPTG holds a 30% stake. HTE is actually not listed on the main Warsaw exchange, but on the OTC equivalent called new connect. http://www.newconnect.pl/index.php?page=znajdz_spolke_en&ph_main_content_start=show&ncc_index=HTE
When a hydroplant is sold in Europe, HPTG receives around $1,000 royalty.
Hope this answers your question.
Sorry for the chopped up typing, but I'm on my iPhone right now.
Anyone see why HTE spiked today. It's up 17%.
Looks like it the gain is on the certificate news. With a solid 35-40% gain on the day for HTE, with no contract, I'm guessing that the certificate is a little more important than the US investors think.
Hey guys, something is going on. HTE is up 40% so far today. I'll see if I can find some other news over breakfast.
http://www.newconnect.pl/index.php?page=znajdz_spolke_en&ph_main_content_start=show&ncc_index=HTE
Of course not... Do I have any reason to doubt it right now? No. Do you have anything that is verifiable?
Actually if you read the press release it said the buses had after market electrical modification which were not typical for that type of buses. In other words the bus owners put extra crap on the buses.
Actually you didn't and sorry if I implied that you underestimated HYSR. That was a general comment ment to highlight what you said to the rest of the board.
I agree, I think we'll see very little if any revenue. However, I think we'll see a few key update like a production schedule for Mexico, and an update on Warcaw from HTE.
I wouldn't be surprised if the EU LIFE program grants were announced this week. That in itself should give the company a small boost and some momentum going into the quarterly report.
http://ec.europa.eu/environment/life/index.htm
Keep in mind almost all of the volume (1mil) seems to be pne transaction early this morning. However, it's pretty interesting to see how well the ask Price has held at .0089, and the massive bid at .0065. Someone is expecting something soon.
Wow, I would not underestimate this press release. This is the next best thing to actually breaking 1.5V barrier. Even if a small amount of energy has to be applied, there are two application I can think of off the top of my head. First of all water desalination. With the polymer protective coating, you should be able to run salt water through particles, extract the Hydrogen and Oxygen, recombine it in a fuel cell, then use the purified bi-product water from the fuel as drinking water. Depending on how much energy is required, this process might create enough excess energy to sell, or store to run the process at night. Even if it requires some energy to be added, I doubt it would amount to what is used in current systems.
The other is in Diesel fuel production. Just park a full system next to a nuke plant, or underutilized wind farm to provide supplemental power. Then extract the hydrogen and combine it with CO2 in a Fischer-Tropsch process, gas to liquid process (GTL). Note: See www.velocys.com, (LON: VLS, US OTC: OXFCF), for the only small scale GTL reactor.
Thoughts?
The time is near! GLTA
Only if we have news... Hopefully early next week!
On a brighter note, based off of previous years, it looks like the EU LIFE program is on track to announce the awardees sometime next week. If HTE, picks up this grant it will not only bring in nearly 1 million Euros for testing in Europe, but also a massive amount of free advertisment across the EU.
I would not be surprised if we only see a fraction of the IPO revenue on the quarterly. With this being the first big order I doubt hydrophi had many unit on hand, if any, for immediate shipment. I imagine it would take a month or two to ramp up production and start installing the units. However once this order is complete I think we will see additional order pumped out of the factory pretty quickly.
Anyone else have better insight on the production led time.
Glta
I would think HTE would pick up the retrofit tab. My guess is production cost in Mexico for the initial 100 units.
That and Google Finance still tracks the ticker as Big Clix Corps.
For listing, instead of an IPO Hydrophi conducted a reverse merger with Big Clix Corps, a failing internet search company. So yes Hydrophi should be re-categorized.
One other possible near term catalyst out of Europe:
Folks I've been looking into the EU LIFE program that HTE applied for back in October. If I'm correct in assuming that HTE applied for the 2014 LIFE Climate Change Mitigation Demonstration Grant, the grant should be awarded sometime in May-June timeframe. According to the news release, if HTE is award the grant it will be worth 148,890 EUR from Poland and 577,813 EUR from the EU, which could pay for a lot of testing. Also, I think it will put HTE in good standing to receive a LIFE program Natural Capital Financing Facility (NCFF) which can provide low cost loans and grants for project in the EU ranging from 5-15 million EUR.
Thoughts anyone?

Ok Bro, please post something of value. I've been been reviewing Warcaw news articles and the EU LIFE program site with my polish neighbor and we have not found anything contradicting the news releases from HTE. What source do you have that says otherwise?
Simple, Hydrophi is a highly manipulated penny stock. Until either some solid news is released or a qtr report reflecting Mexico sales comes out, this stock is going to bounce a lot.
Hopefully we'll see something soon. Until then I'm going to continue to load up on cheap shares.
Glta
There was a Canadian company, HyPower Fuel Inc., that went under a few years a go I think.
Note: I'm long on this stock and will probably pick up more share soon.
Mixed news from Poland.
Hi guys, I'm new here, but I've ban following Hydrophi for about a year now. Looks like Hydrophi Europe has released some info on the bus tests there but haven't translated it to English for a news release yet. It seems that the hydroplant system works, but is having compatibility issues with the type of bus it was tested on. Looks like it might take a few months to resolve. However, it seems that the test was successful enough that they have sparked more interest across Europe. Here is a translation of the article and the website I found it. Sorry if I have any errors, I'm on my cell phone right now.
