With Flurry complete now will Apple continue to honor Jobs' ideals and get Flurry by buying Yahoo out?
Yahoo! Inc.
SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) has completed its acquisition of Flurry. Together, Flurry and Yahoo will power more insightful analytics and relevant ads to create inspiring and entertaining mobile experiences.
We believe the deal benefits customers of both Flurry and Yahoo. Yahoo will provide Flurry with the resources to accelerate the delivery of platforms that help app developers, publishers and advertisers succeed in mobile. Flurry will work with Yahoo to create more seamless, smarter mobile experiences.
Flurry is headquartered in San Francisco. The mission and focus of the team will remain the same, and Flurry’s products will continue to operate and grow with Yahoo’s support.
Obviously Zacks analysts appear to be unable to analize and must have big clients including themselves short on Yahoo.
Everything MM has sold she purchased a replacement for at 18 range. They had to bring up a very old transaction begging for people to believe Zacks apparent lies.
we currently have Yahoo as a Zacks rank #5 (strong sell)
With Steve Ballmer leaving Microsoft board, I wonder what that does to the rumors of $MSFT revisiting buyout offer for $YHOO ? Was he for or against it?
Maybe MFST will sell Yahoo Microsoft office now so they could make it a professional looking software instead of the dancing icons (like the paperclip with eyes - oh childish Ballmer - lol)... of course not... but maybe he's the Bing nut... and now maybe they'll sell search engine?
Marisa you looked so cute in the 10 year anniversary of Google going public (half-faced, second row, leftside, on bell ring clapping - lol)... Just tell everyone that you buy at 18 to replace what you held for over a year and sold as market to shelter your income from taxes (20% instead of 39% or capital gains intead of regular income rate) since that's what it is....

Every law student, prelaw, politician, and lawyers (or even investors with experience in takeovers) would understand this company and its lack of ability to disclose info... Just waiting for my dividend check (actually brokerage account cash value for most)... It'll be the some reason they're not going to update on every court filings.
I thought the fact that the cable companies didn't deny their liability was so wonderful news... they only were claiming lack of reasonable deal (what nonsense on their part, its like committing selfdestruction they admitted they owe... but don't want to pay anything for it... lol)
Is a steep upward

http://www.freetranslation.com/
What does this do to the Japanese deal we're waiting on?
Also...they have not released any baseless PRs since they announced Metwood accepted the deal. From what I read in the filings Metwood was still up in the air until this spring on whether they wanted to complete the deal with GEG.
Check SPEX news at Yahoo Finance from last week, Seeking Alpha strange writings on Internet Patent companies dropping on some ruling, then in there look for another link for another Supreme Court ruling on patents.... things to know (mainly why it dropped Friday, it was a sector sell-off, also why it went up at the close someone grabbed bargin (hopefully)).
Was? Es geht nicht um Marisa das Blatt zu wenden?
After seeing them on a news interview on YouTube... and thinking about over the weekend... if these guys could get their parents to open a brokerage account they could make 100's of millions on stock share price increase they could bring to themselves (but based on what I saw they need to polish their presentation... the one dude looking like he could star as a vampire without anything but teeth makeup and Twilight saga series such a hit... well they should invite K. Stewart on their show but it may be beyond their maturity.
It should be popular with middle school kids... lol.
I'm not a consumer of these products... don't know if Yelp can even compete with A-List (Angies List, they need to drop angie name and make it a-list, something easy - besides never found favor in the name, seems lame, the name... yeah, yeah, yeah... it worked to the point she was willing to stand behind it with her name... its established now and needs to grow - lots of TV ads... my youngest used it to do babysitting with back when Windows was the product, but now, I'm clueless as to what people would use... they might be lots of easier nicer names to finger on one's phone... troubling times with DA Microsoft wanting to drop Windows by making one's laptop or desktop a mobile unit software wise - super dumb)...
Otherwise, I would probably say with them being expected to make money next year and the drop probably do to employee sells again (greed, panic sell before the cubical nextdoor... who knows), but it should be better times ahead... ads are only good if they are seen though. I just enjoying it right now as I have no position, but was considering for next year.
Are you a Yelp user?
George N. on Coast To Coast AM last night in his interview with guest pointed out that target markets for ads are for younger... I started seeing the sign that this can be giant (none of my 20-something kids or single digit grandkids know anything about them, have a call in for Denise and DaNephew high schoolers... lol

They still have to have access to credit card is the point of rich and pay. But if Vine charges... shouldn't be a problem.
Wayne's World... on Gander.TV... well like Wayne's World (if it were free, not sure how teens are going to sign up unless rich)...
.... This deal is the first of many subscription-based agreements from GANDER.tv. Instead of controlling the camera remotely at GANDER.tv headquarters, they are turning over the controls to Dallas and Grier, allowing for their creative vision to be on full display without the encumbrances of third party producers or broadcast partners....
Yelp is a piece of junk. They did a segment yesterday on Yelp and the guy for Yelp is so dumb he can't see the forest for the trees.
Yahoo should skip Yelp.
The guy closes with 80% of the small business reviews are good. Okay, dork-Oh, so why does anyone need your site to see the 80% good reviews?
They interviewed a 17 year old girl who got so much per review she wrote. She said if she didn't do it someone else would get paid to write a good review.
It was on ABC Nightline last night. Yahoo should be fire anyone wanting to invest in Yelp.
Bravo news, seismic update drill sites picked by 7 days, big addition to board lingering, Central American oil explained better to them,... perhaps Central American thing required Mr. Reid leaving (the sad news, as posters here years ago claimed he's the man with connections in the industry, but I'm sure he'll keep shares and get filthy richer)...
Thanks for the update, very upbeat.
For ? $ ? one can watch premiere of Expendables 3 on Yahoo movies. That could add up. https://www.yahoo.com/movies
But for me, Internet is like TV and radio, paying for it just doesn't seem Kosher. I'll support local business models AKA movie theater if I want to see it and I do, but not to risk paying for a movie and bad connection or hacker or whatever reason interrupt the movie... like the movie theater's playing wrong move Thursday night in some places because of similar name... its their monkey on their back... but with Yahoo movies I bet we lose the part missed or whatever without being able to finish seeing it... no thanks.
The sucker is the French company buying T-Mobile.. M. Son would never sell T-Mobile or Sprint unless Spherix has them by the balls.
That's good to know estimate, I assume for US share.
ALU problem has been costs (administrative, recently Alcatel prior to Lucent, and always Bell Labs... same problem with Lucent prior to being saved by Alcatel). But Alcatel floated Lucent, now Lucent has been floating Alcatel... if they can make money together... yeah (maybe these next several months are the turnaround.
I was hoping for more monetization of patents from Bell Labs (lots of innovation but profitability has been lacking). Perhaps they could look into a firm like Spherix to enforce their patents?
I have ActiveX set to prompt and say no (long 5 or so per click here on Investors Hub) as toxic ads have been a problem with messing with systems so no Flash (no ActiveX) is the safe way to surf.
Yahoo finance is 2-3 per click not as bad as here. It's a real pain and a blessing to the stocks I follow as I don't post as much anymore... lol
I, C
US Mil. lastname first, firstname last
I saw a Best Western ad... since you made me go and look to see the major ads... I did run across one, Gilt ad, go to http://www.gander.tv until you see Glit ad and click on it and check out the chick with the sunglasses (green reflective in a peach top... hot)...
I am sure the only possible defense that we are waiting on so any enforcement should help all the rest is the setting a precedent (statue of limitation) the down time of Nortel not enforcing or the time between Nortel's downfall to Spherix enforcement, (and why didn't Rockstar do something earlier ... which is why they also need to be after everyone at least with a certified mailing of patent infringement, but back to the rest), of the patent.
It could be reasonable to expect that Nortel could not enforce in its later years (bankruptcy) but, and since, they've allowed heirs of blah blah come out of nowhere and claim and win their so-called inheritance ... who knows ... lol
JohnnyCash may move to Omaha... (billionaire)... lol
This could be so big if Verizon is for cell phone internet service providing and not some other thing via a phone line or (DSL) don't know a thing about the details and don't care can't do anything about it. All this iPhone and wearables have to pay license fee if cell phone is infringing on patent for ISP... lol
There are surely plenty more but I'm not sure a Judge would stand for having to work when they can wait and see how the ones filed go in the court (in addition to making sure they have the right firms to proceed and collect).
They are in categories. One does not go after the rest until its determined the validity of the patents passed on to Rockstar by purchase then to Spherix by another deal (then obviously the Cisco original was bonged and they had to refile the patents under Spherix name then proceeded again... lol (lots to learn.. but hey, by August 15 (8 Jum) we have two big responses, Cisco and Verizon)...
And notice they weren't telling us about Verizon I believe don't remember until the recent link posted on the filings ....
Now remember too, that the dude even responded back to me last that he didn't own a share and was saying he felt sorry for us holders and the first response to yours.. down to a dollar... signs that market makers are short and are covering with people losing money that they short sold to long ago... I bet they're crying (a little happy but I bet they still need a lot more trying to tell us its better for us to sell now and buyback later)... what nonsense... they were hurting bad.
Yang just added to BABA board not too long ago... I think its already done via BoD. MM and Alibaba get along according to PR.
Maybe they should buy this, Investors Hub, I get local ads mixed in with ... LOL ... yesterday a Johnson and Johnson ad in Spanish not English... Chit!

I haven't done San Antonio Express, Houston Chronicle or Laredo Morning Times searches in a while but SA Express is usually the source and republished at the others.
I just looked at the Texas Railroad Commission GIS map (new) http://www.rrc.state.tx.us/about-us/resource-center/research/gis-viewers/ head (double click/tap) on Laredo to north on I35 to 83 NE on 83 to toll road and then up to Texas highway 44 and that's Eagleford area 12k' and OLMOS wet gas mid 7k' ... and big sections with no horizontal wells the old well markings are from 70's 5k' boom (told the Mesa Petro. dude here in Amarillo in the 80's that there was better stuff deeper and he just laughed at me (now Pioneer Nat Res).
Anyway, volcanic activity their too. Some of those sections southwest of 83 by TX44 have Sulfur Dioxide gas, very deadly, and note the temps on those EF wells 350F and up.... and post I saw as a kid wood 10 years later petrified wood. I spoke with a COP geologist here in the TX Panhandle doing vol. work as ranger at Flint quarries said it takes lots of silica to petrify wood (if I heard him right this Spring)...
So I have no other answer to that question... and on the side crazy stuff side some scientist insist on a pole sift with South America breaking off and Mexico going bye-bye... I can see how they could thing of it, as like 3 underwater volcanoes off E and SE of Brownsville in Gulf and many Sulfur Dixode wells... hmmm they could be right 20 million years from now or Day after Joe's Crab Shacks free crab tomorrow saying... lol ... who knows but the signs are there.
That'll be interesting... LA open
-Cameron and Nash is a done deal and launching exclusive content shortly.
-That content will be from LA, thus initiating the expansion.
CNBC CEO interview note to myself... Hep-B clin trials ... seem to have had a buyout offer for drug (asset) but declined have plenty of cash and want to take it to the market themselves...
There will be a point in the next several months where entry for longterm is mandated as they expect .27/share fiscal year 2015, Earnings link .
The employees selling their shares to pocket money each time from 19 to drive down to 12... and looks like their new employee plan did the same 12-10 to 8... I wouldn't sweat it out about making money on the stock, I'm still trying to figure out how they're going to make money in 2015... but I can't logically see profit in FB and Google either... Yahoo makes sense since I see the ads. So what do I know... nothing.
You sound scared of being left out of something... lol
Looking at the chart low volume for a few weeks and it'll just get worse as employees or loan deals sell (notice the drop in price on employee stock deal)...
You'll just have to worry while sitting out...
The Sanchez family made a great deal buying Hess leases 2 years ago complimenting their fields of Eagleford oil in South LaSalle county and must've been free of the Joaquin Galan land grants where people were scared to drill in Webb county Galan grants except LaMoca that did their development correctly.

It's not a rumor. CNBC showed Ma on stage saying he wants to buyout Yahoo, (back in May filing time, Squack on Street the early morning show).
A hostile bid is likely as too prevent that from happening (and a bidding war if so, even Apple might join in for Flury in memory of Jobs...)
I see Yahoo at 180/share within 18 months.
If you speak with IR again might ask him about a meeting with shareholders (maybe suggest NM, Isleta, Sandia or Buffalo Thunder Hilton) and then they could check out local networkers before or after meeting, for example).

Getting 5 companies to agree is next to impossible unless they sell short of the value. I doubt they want to give the technology away. I doubt they are close, it was advantage to Spherix to make them understand damages would've been big if they continued with their pre-emptive strike (most likely).
