Well... the merger of losers that created $UNRV is continuing the $TRTC trend as a failing entity, yet the insiders are always well paid...
Should the FDA disagree with the change from P2/3 to P3 then Australia's MHRA will be the first to approve.
Maybe referring to a "dumbell" or barbell strategy of mixing super conservative investments combined with a super risky investments?
I'm old school and prefer a large core of free cash flow generating dividend stocks versus cash. "Cash is king" for some, but definitely not all depending on time frame.
As you may recall I'm non-partisan and couldn't be more frustrated at the current cannabis situation, plus as a successful medical patient I feel this political and bureaucratic delay is causing great harm and am sick of it.
So save us the R versus D bullshite.
M&A activity is definitely a factor to watch when looking for a sector bottom.
As is watching for retail bail before the pay out.
It will bounce of a “bottom” once M&A news starts and blue sky tornadoes torment retail that was separated from their shares. I hope I am wrong about the latter.
I wonder if any chickenshit Republicans for vote in favor of cannabis banking reform?

Thanks for the facts, I knew that data look right.
I've been a chart watcher my entire career and it's been "fun" to watch the similar patterns and shape between the $XBI and $AVXL as institutional ownership went from 0 to now greater than 1/3, particularly the recent 12 months the similar shape.
I heard the Ariana AI system was repurposed by the cabal to engage in HFT to hold down $AVXL's price....
Think harder, research more...
The only reason for the market cap divergence is the ceo. Denali has a big time ceo trained at Genentech and we have an inexperienced ceo with no prior success and has not made wall st any money. That’s the only reason I can think of.
When retail acts in concert with social media coaxing, then it too becomes part of the various cabals.
I'm of the opinion there are many sources of cabal like activity and in aggregate these market participants can influence the market price.
Yep... thanks for playing.
Those "losses" were just transfers of capital.
Good point, quite a bit of money was made in investment banking pitching the amyloid theory. But regardless of corporate winners and losers, the science was advanced.
Depending on how one defines the cabal, of which I'd include investment banks, that too was the "cabal's" doing with a bit if help from friends in government support of course.
Retail always needs a bad guy...
BTW, I worked on the inside for 30 years... in reality I was the CABAL.
<CABAL> should be in sarcasm font.
A depressed price due to lack of demand is not some mysterious entity holding prices down. It's the other side of the supply/demand/price equation.
Maybe I'm too simple to understand ....LOL
Don't let naivete fool you... it's always the CABAL!
On a serious note, I wonder who was left holding the $SAVA bag? LOL, suckers!
Well I heard the CABAL creates a network of entities to avoid filing form 13f/g ....
yea that's the ticket...
The CABAL controls all, never doubt the power of the CABAL!!!!
When in doubt always blame the CABAL... this has been the rolling narrative since the OTC days.
Well over my successful investing career ... I've always tracked BOTH the sector and a handful of select companies I expect to outperform the index.
"Which would you rather track the XBI or AVXL?" is the WRONG question.
Some people are good at seeing patterns, some not so much.
LOL not the MM's fault there is a supply imbalance to the sell side...
Not "lies"...just "forward looking statements...."
Well... the merger of losers that created $UNRV is continuing the $TRTC trend as a failing entity, yet the insiders are always well paid...
What makes you think $UNRV is an acquisition target?
I see nothing special at all about $UNRV. Plus, $UNRV was recently created through an acquisition/merger and doubled the shares outstanding.
My opinion remains negative for $UNRV and all small retail cannabis operations.
They can't seem to reduce costs, they can't grow revenues, and tax relief is nowhere to be found.
The one claim to fame $TRTC has is that it was one of the very first publicly traded "pot stocks" and we were there!
I actually made money on the saga.
I wouldn't be surprised if the California situation is on track to fail just like NJ did for $TRTC.
What are we at now buy one share get one warrant for 75% off?
I stated many months ago $CYDY common equity was worthless and that accounting truth will be realized in due time.
I think this was the last ride for the molecule known as leronmiamab.
There is no reason to "save" this company and the toxic financing firms know it.
This cow has no more milk.
Also should there be a write down of the inventory?
Indeed, and damn near riskless with the paid pumpers and warrants factored in.
What makes $CYDY interesting is in this pinky scam, the toxic lenders will probably be stuck with a some bad debt in the end, but Fife and associates have made so much money over the years it doesn't matter to them anymore.
In past, the specific milestones that triggered the incentive stock option grants were not specifically disclosed. So now that the Anavex board of directors included transparency to the CEO's compensation plan the retail crowd get angry.
Wealth envy? Probably...
The predefined performance objectives:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001314052/000173112222000700/e3692_ex10-1.htm
1 Completion of ANAVEX2-73-AD-004 Phase 2b/3 study in Alzheimer’s disease
2 Initiation of ANAVEX2-73 imaging-focused Parkinson’s disease clinical trial
3 Initiation of ANAVEX2-73 Phase 2/3 Fragile X clinical trial
I only started following $CYDY on the advice of a friend about a year ago and advised my friend to get the f^%k out ASAP back at $2.75, and reiterated it again and again after I read each subsequent financial filing. After 30+ years in equity markets I've learned to always use primary sources such as SEC filings and never 3rd party pumpish garbage.
I missed out seeing the insider selling shenanigans of pumping and selling that has lead to the current SEC investigations, but I have witnessed the little operating cash $CYDY did have "vacuumed" up by the corrupt insiders.
Everything about $CYDY being an "investment" has always been comical. $CYDY has always been social media hype over substance.
I like the way that data was presented, which platform was it from?
Thanks for that info. No need to post the tabular data.
What has been interesting to watch lately is how the 34.94% index fund ownership has resulted in such a strong chart correlation between the biotech indexes like $XBI and $AVXL.
A friends family office has been in that group of 13f filers for quite some time and I expect to see the number of non-indexed 13f filing firms continue to grow.
What has been the change in non-index fund ownership for $AVXL?
Today I noticed $SAVA took a big hit due to slow trial enrolment.
Fun facts, $AVXL has now surpassed $SAVA in institutional ownership:
SAVA: Institutional Shares (Long) 12,700,015 - 31.73% (ex 13D/G) - change of -0.50MM shares -3.81% MRQ
AVXL: Institutional Shares (Long) 26,617,679 - 34.94% (ex 13D/G) - change of 0.85MM shares 3.31% MRQ
$SAVA lost 3% while $AVXL gained 3%
I don't think $UNRX has any legs, but what is worse is I don't think they are acquisition candidate in any way either.
No matter you slice it, Fife and the toxic lenders won and $CYDY equity holders lost.
This was definitely an interesting pump and dump to watch. I hope the beantown sports nuts didn't lose too much money.
