just say it lol, cause I dont know.
We will see very soon
my guess is they're priming the site for it's arrival ; ) Product not yet available, but will be VERY SOON; just need to scan some barcodes into their inventory management system
indeed!
this is true when there isnt a viable product or service...having a viable product changes the landscape...Rich has had to cover his ass in the past to save his reputation...Bellissima will be covering his ass going forward.
it is a good problem, but its gotta get corrected sooner rather than later...there's a reason CB hasnt promoted this product AT ALL during the first 4 months of 2017...she hasnt had to...Rich needs to get the distribution and logistics in place, then it's full go for CB
I'm not saying it wont happen or isnt currently happening, I just dont think it happened as early as Q1
lmao...this is scared hands from the 20% drop yesterday, not the noteholders...plus flippers who got in at .0086 and selling at .0114
one thing I do know, is interest is picking back up with the price down and Q1 weeks away
30,000 is allocated supply, not a sales projection...noone operates at 100% of capacity...it'll never work...
let's be realistic...Q1 10,000-15,000 cases/mth x $50/case x 3 months = $1.5 million to $2.25 million
shut your computer down and come back in June
nice man...once all the noise settles and Q1 & Q2 ER happen, those selling will be chasing the price right back up...
If you just follow the volume...
I'll exclude December because volume is not comparative due to the low PPS...
January total volume = 1 billion shares - share $ range .0079 - .0321
February total volume = 377 million - share $ range .0121 - .034 - slide began mid February
March total volume = 322 million - share $ range .0119 - 0212
April total volume to date = 133 million - share $ range .01-.02
there's no doubt demand is extremely high...a small neighborhood wine and liquor store here in Buffalo NY is limiting customers to two bottles per transaction because he cant keep it in the store and his distributor is limiting him to the number of cases he can bring in...its a good problem to have, but needs to be fixed ASAP before the "buzz" dies off...
Demand has been so great Rich didn't want CB promoting the product the first full half of the year...Once the logistics are down and supply in place CB will be a full go
It is a problem but a good problem to have...I know some here think the rollout happened too slow but the fact is it's happening too quickly, putting a significant strain on cash flow...Paying for product that has a few week lead time before reimbursement occurs by distributors...having to fund inventory for reorders and market expansion and a bottle neck is created...Q1 revs are gonna be big and Q2 revs gonna be bigger..Hopefully Rich will turn over a new leaf post Q1 ER...A lot of longs are breathing down his neck to open the lines of communication...I don't mind non toxic dilution as long as it's accretive...Financing additional inventory is okay with me...The toxic debt holders are at Bay for now...They're gonna give Rich some time to see if he can make this work
IMO none of the new shares we seen hit the O/S is related to the debt...Approx. 60 million shares...I believe he's having some supply issues...My local retailer is limiting customers to 2 bottles per transaction because the product is in great demand and his distributor is limiting him to 4 cases a month...This is a very small wine and liquor store...For him to be selling this much I am in awe...My guess is Rich is diluting to finance his investment into additional inventory...The lead time to get product from Italy to the West Coast is probably 4 to 6 weeks...I think the supply chain is facing some strain due to the growth and demand of the product...Just my .02 but I believe the 60 million shares went to inventory not Rich pocket
We are making progress...Thank you lol
7,000 cases sold during first 8 weeks of initial rollout and only limited by initial supply and only available in New York, Pennsylvania and Texas at the time....I'll allow you all to speculate but here are the #s...10,000 cases x 3 months x $50/case = $1.5 million....20,000 cases = $3 million...30,000 cases = $4.5 million...Now in 35 States...If you don't see the massive growth here youre gonna miss out big time...Could Rich talk to us weekly, yes....Does he need to...No...Because look at the numbers, they will do ALL the talking
You dont make me laugh often, but that actually got a giggle out of me
those numbers were insane and probably did as much, if not more damage to the stock price than you have over the past 2 months...
with that being said I think .03-.05 is a very reasonable projection by the end of summer...
not too many opportunities in the market where you can make 300%-500%+
I agree...summertime is going to be HUGE and this is a great reentry, initial entry, additional entry at these prices...
we can only hope so!!
looks like you all need a reminder so here it is; first round of sales...sales only limited by initial supply...CAN YOU EVEN FATHOM WHAT Q1, Q2, Q3 are going to look like???
Sales $ 363,219
Cost of Sales 214,457
Gross profit 148,762 41% gross margin
just because the O/S share count changed, doesnt mean a sale occurred in the market. BIG DIFFERENCE
hahahahahaha DUMPED....really - there hasnt been enough volume in the last 2 months to soak up YOUR DUMPS LMAO
I don't believe it is...
Im not here for BiVi, so I dont even consider it...lol
with a promising rollout here they are not going to relinquish that opportunity solely to get their money back down here...no doubt about it!!
just because they share the name doesn't mean it's one product, it's 3 products...they all taste totally different
we have 3 products, sure you know what board you are posting on?
Good morning:
Not a problem. You can keep emailing me. There is no other way to get the numbers unless the Company posts the information daily.
The number did not change.
lol someone sell at market when they could've sold to DA VITA??? or is DA VITA AON?
i like when you are bored = )
HAHAHA if you need the T/A's email address, here it is: <okritskaia@islandstocktransfer.com>

I agree and honestly that was most likely the plan from day one when this all started...Rich needed Southridge and others to fund the upfront product development, travel/lodging to Italy, consulting, etc. and he likely promised them an interest in the brand...ICNB never intended to pay the debt back because Rich was holding true to his promise that they'd have ownership in the stock, hence why there was no private placement deal to pay back the notes...I'm okay with this arrangement because at the end of the day if the brand is successful it will be a win for everyone...the debt holders wanted stock because they know this is the 1 out of 100 swings that actually connected...whether it's a single, double, triple or homerun is still to be determined, but the fact of the matter is the bat hit the ball and everyone around Rich knows this, including Southridge...
I agree, to come to terms like this in the OTC is not common, if anything it's extremely rare...more often than not, the conversions would've kicked in and the stock price would've been buried.
when there is a viable service or product there is room for negotiation on this stuff, and that's exactly what happened.
no, they can sell 10% of the daily volume...if the daily volume is 10 million, they can sell 1 million shares
so here's whats left of the debt as of 3/31/2017
Alpha Capital = $193,873 plus accrued interest due 12/31/2017 (this is the final "large" debt holder who hasn't come to terms yet)
Sky Direct LLC = $43,150 plus accrued interest due 12/31/2017
Others included Levine & Affiliates of $82,503 (Christie Brinkley's spokesperson, my guess is this is CB loaning $ and didn't want to use her name in ICNB financials) = $102,503 (NO CONVERSION FEATURE)
That Q1 gonna be HUGE! cant wait for Q1, Q2, Q3...the dirty laundry's been washed, now we can focus on sales, lots of sales!!
Q1 will bring many new eyes to this ticker and Q2 gonna explode the $$
Southridge and the other's arent dumping...they're long!! That's what you want as an investor in the OTC, you want everyone's interests aligned!! Everything is lining up for a banging summer
Southridge also forgave $100,000 in debt reported as a gain the P&L in the annual report
