CBD is CBD, hemp vs marijuana:
https://royalcbd.com/cbd-oil-hemp-vs-marijuana/
People still have a whole lot to learn about cannabis, myself included, and it all starts here:
https://www.cannabiscompliancefirm.com/news/2018/4/25/the-cannabis-plant-the-difference-between-hemp-and-marijuana
What do you mean exactly, hemp is a strain of cannabis too? Besides, wether they produce CBD or THC has nothing to do with the CO. Global requested permits to build this and this and that and the certificate of occupancy is only given when this and this and that has been inspected by the city and found to be safe.
This is no different than if you were to get a permit to build something in your own home. Your home would then be inspected and a certificate of occupancy is only given when the planning department determines that your home is safe to occupy...
Excuse me, I care; are you trying to say that I am nobody?
Of course not... Nobody has received their Leaf of Faith shares yet but they will be coming very soon. And when they do start coming you won't have to ask because everybody will know as this is a big deal!
That said, I'm expecting shares between now and the end of the month... And, when our shares do start dropping they won't hit everybody's account all at the same time, for instance, it took at least a couple weeks for the Fernhill shares to drop; even longer for some in Canada. E-Trade wasn't the first to receive shares but they weren't the last either.
That's BS, your shares are not restricted.
Well, it seems the investors don't agree with you as they have found value in Fernhill, Buzzy's first spin-off, at .0011 with over 15 million shares on the bid today.
Well, one man's garbage is another man's treasure... It's been said many times though worth saying again in case you missed it, "The value here is in the spin-offs..." Buzzy.
For instance, Look at Medi Mike's most recent report and you will find that he's already targeting $2,000,000 dollars next year and that's enough to support $0.16 per share:
Quarterly: $500,000
Yearly: $2,000,000
Yearly EPS: $0.0065
Multiple: 25
PPS: 5/15/20: $0.16
So, if you owned 13,041,667 shares at $0.16 = $2,086,667 dollars. People, if you don't find value in that then you've missed the point...
Go $LOFB, Go Medi Mike, Go Buzzy!
True, hemp is now legal at the Federal level and the intent of Congress was to make it legal in all 50 States including all hemp products. However, each state has to formalize their own laws and even California, for instance, is only just now getting around to formalizing their laws.
As a result, this spring a truck full of hemp was pulled over in Idaho and the crop was confiscated. Two things, in Idaho it was still completely illegal and police officers are still having a hard time telling the difference between hemp and marijuana. This case went to court and hemp won! There have been many CBD raids too and hemp is winning in those cases too, in fact, winning all across the land, one battle at a time but, it's going to be a while before the dust settles.
Now, I predict that Congress is going to remove marijuana from the Controlled Substance List, in fact, as early as 2019, effectively making marijuana legal, at the Federal level at least. And the same as is happening with hemp, will happen all over again. All in all, States will likely be grappling for years to come with their cannabis laws before there is finally a agreement between the State and Federal laws which, by the way, is exactly what the new Inspector General declared saying: it is critical, one way or the other, that Federal and State laws should be in agreement. He stated this at his own confirmation hearings and Trump agrees. Again, it may take years before the dust finally settles but hey, this is what progress looks like... $GCGX...
Agreed, at least not yet, and there are plenty of local growers to supply our needs:
https://www.opb.org/news/article/oregon-house-bill-cannabis-state-lines/
Maybe they bought the raw material from Oregon. They've been working on a deal so they can transport marijuana across state lines because they have so much. Anyway, finding product to process is not going to be a problem. Besides, they said back in January that they bought the raw material to start manufacturing oil and I presume it's still good.
I'm expecting the inspection this week and the certificate of occupancy next week. Go $GCGX...
Correction, THC oil as per the last company communication. Furthermore, based on my research, THC oil should go for a lot more than $8,000 dollars per liter; could be up to 5 or even 10 times more, woohoo! Turn on the oil spigot! Go $GCGX! Go Matt, go Tom!
A Letter of Intent (LOI) means exactly that: If Global will manufacture the CBD oil then they will buy it at the predetermined price of $8,000 dollars per liter.
Cap, this is absolutely good news for Global... In fact, it may mean that the Chinese wall is no longer necessary at all...
Our divided government may not get anything else done this year but, when it comes to marijuana, there is bipartisan support! So, when Congress returns from their break in one more week, September 9th, I believe there is a good chance they will pass either the Marijuana Justice Act or the Marijuana Freedom and Opportunity Act making marijuana legal at the Federal level finally. On a side note, then it's up to the states to decide what they want to do, legalize marijuana for medical or both medical and recreation.
If Congress removes marijuana from the controlled substance schedule then Global can pursue their uplisting plans to the NASDAQ without fear of touching the plant. And if Global is anticipating that Congress is going to legalize marijuana at the Federal level this year, and I agree, then Matt's recent statement, indicating that as soon as they receive the CO they they will begin in earnest, my emphasis, the manufacturing of THC in the Cannabis Mall, for both Indulge Oils and Infused Edibles, makes perfect sense and clears up a lot of confusion!!! $GCGX...
More restraint than I would have had...
That's BS, it was the disrupters who wouldn't let Buzzy talk or let the shareholders get any of the information we need, unbelievably rude.
And they deserved it as they were F bombing him and disrupting everything...
Wow, and you'd think the FBI would be all over this. Infact, they have been all over this and not just once or twice but three times, this year already, and have given Matt and this company a clean bill of health! Go Matt!
So, with liscensing requirements, reporting requirements, and permitting requirements too, who are you kidding. Starting with the city, if what you say is true, they wouldn't want that kind of riff Raff hanging around.
On one level though I suppose you could be right but then again, they'd all have in on your theory because they are all just about to allow Global to turn on the THC oil spigot! Go $GCGX...
You know, they say that if you do one thing for 10 years you will become an expert. Well, as you said, Matt has been at this going on 10 years now and I guess that makes him an expert. Even so, Legal Cannabis is a brand new business in California and and even the MJ Ninja can't navigate all the potholes without a bump or two along the way. Go Matt, go Tom, go $GCGX!
You might have noticed that once Global received the permits then the build-out only took about 10 weeks. Now, when they received their permits was out of their control so how should that even remotely constitute a lie?
Not likely in a million years... Buzzy owns nearly half the outstanding shares and not selling for a million years either and he has plans for a bunch more spin-offs. So, who do you think a RS would hurt the most?
Well then, welcome aboard!
What do you mean, with all the reports, amendments, attorney letters, and he's even starting to tweet again.
Buzzy, keep doing what you're doing and I can't wait to see my Leaf of Faith shares drop into my account... Have a great weekend!
Like I said, I hope Global finds a way to produce both THC and CBD oil...
We're talking about a difference of $80,000 per liter higher for THC oil...
One more thing, I believe with certainty that the CO has nothing to do with CBD or THC, it has to do with the permit regarding the build-out, inspection, and occupancy of the building...
I did a little more investigating regarding the price of THC oil and discovered that it is incredibly expensive and is not sold by the liter bulk or otherwise and if you can buy bulk THC oil you will not get much of a discount, if at all. So, I can only conclude that the CBD oil that Global has been talking about producing in the Cannabis Mall, selling at $8,000 per liter, is not, no way, THC oil, therefore it has to be LOI contracts for CBD oil.

Forward-looking statements take time to materialize...
Not yet
I for one need forward looking statements to help me to create targets. Targets are meant to generate excitement and enthusiasm, motivate, and captivate. I need forward looking statements even though sometimes I am sorely disappointed and I think you do as well. I am certainly looking forward to the new 2019 and 2020 projections after we receive the certificate of occupancy.
Setbacks are inevitable and expected especially in this market but hey, I am seeing a lot of progress too. For instance, we are Pink and Current, Matt is talking again, and on the legislative front, things are move so fast it's hard to keep up with all the goings on and is certainly contributing the Cannabis Megatrend. And going into the election next year, things are only going to pick up from here. There is a snapshot that helps me to summarize all this struggle: I ask everyone to take a look at the legalizing of CBD on the Federal level. I mean, what the hell, in a number of states they are still raiding and confiscating CBD products. It wasn't long ago that the State Patrol stopped a truck crossing the Idaho state line and confiscated their hemp crop, they were only just passing through, and they had all the proper paperwork. I know this all very frustrating but it is progress and in the Idaho case, they went to court and Hemp won!
In fact, hemp is winning big all across the nation. It's going to take a little more time still, for instance, take a look at California where we are currently conducting the bulk of our business, they are only just now getting around to formalizing their stance on legal CBD; see the following: This is what progress looks like. Just keeping it real… $GCGX...
https://www.cannalawblog.com/california-is-poised-to-pass-a-landmark-hemp-cbd-law/
You're exactly right, "Such forward-looking statements include, among other things, estimates of services and equipment markets, release of corporate apps, growth of platform, target markets, product releases, product demand and, business strategy. Actual results could differ from those projected in any forward-looking statements due to numerous factors. Such factors include, among others, the inherent uncertainties associated with new projects and development stage companies." When things don't initially work out exactly as planned it does not constitute a lie. Go $GCGX...
$LOFB is now Pink and Current! Go Medi Mike, go Buzzy!
Thank you.
Have a great weekend all!
Agreed! $GCGX.
One more thing, this is a win win because: if Global acquires the entire 64,000 sf of the Cannabis mall, they could build the 50,000 sf of mezzanine as planned, plant marijuana, and rent for $600,000 dollars per month adding one more income stream. Certainly means though that when they build-out the entire 64,000 sf below they will have to produce THC products only in order to keep the Chinese wall intact.
However, that's okay because both THC and CBD products are quite lucrative, seems about equal with the Health and Wellness industry exploding onto the scene all across the globe. It just means they may have to create a separate CBD division, perhaps acquire another location in order to produce their CBD products, one without 24 foot tall ceilings. Finally, this solution would benefit and could apply to both Indulge Oils and Infused Edibles. Again, I think this is a win win and can't wait; it's time to turn on the oil spigots! Go $GCGX...
Let me take a stab at answering my own question; How much does bulk CBD oil sell for per liter?
https://bluebirdbotanicals.com/product/bulk-cbd-isolate/
Bulk CBD oil @ 100 grams = $1,000
https://www.thecalculatorsite.com/conversions/substances/oil.php
1,000g = kg
kg = liter
Now, most cooking oils have a density of approximately 0.92 grams per milliliter, so one liter of oil would weigh 0.92 kg, or 920 grams.
1 liter of pure CBD oil extract = 900 grams
9 x $1,000 = $9,000 per liter...
Wow, $9,000 per liter of CBD oil is more per liter than THC oil so it appears. That means it just doesn't matter which one Indulge produces, CBD or THC oil. And it doesn't matter, to me at least, where they produce it, in the Cannabis Mall or elsewhere. Edibles will have to grapple with this same scenario when they add THC into their line of products and then again when or if they work out a deal to market and sell under the Half-baked label with Nightfoods.
Bottom line, it just doesn't matter, either way you slice it, but I'd like to have my cake and eat it too. So, I hope they figure out a way to manufacture both but it's not likely all going to be under one roof even if that was the way they originally planned: especially now as it seems they are set on their plan to uplist to the NASDAQ. One way or another I am certain they will work it out and, the way I see it, this is a win win for everybody and we will soon be getting updates, and more updates as they sort out their new cannabis business; this is a big deal! Go $GCGX...
I like and appreciate your support as well. Now, I see your point as evidenced in the January 7, 2019 PR: Said they purchased biomass and would manufacture oil for a bit and then switch to filling pens which have higher margins and that, I suppose, would imply THC, as I don't know why anyone would vape CBD oil. Begs the question though, with a Chinese wall in place and NASDAQ plans; where are they going to manufacture each type? It's obvious they cannot just give up on $34 million dollars of THC oil at $8,000 dollars per liter if that be the case. Then also, wonder now; how much CBD oil sells for as it's not likely the same?
Yes, we've just been through Darkest Before Dawn... We are now Pink and Current, all the reports are clear of any record or investigation, and we are now cleared for takeoff! Go $Global!
Wew, sure glad none of that applies here but thanks for posting anyway.
Fat chance of that ever happening. Buzzy will be here long after most of these OTC stock are long gone and that maybe is the biggest thing I appreciate about Buzzy's plan. $LOFB.
