CHINO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / February 28, 2023 / Harrison, Vickers & Waterman, Inc. ("HVCW"), through its operating subsidiary, Pacific Energy Network LLC, d/b/a Modern Pro Solutions ("MPS"), (together the "Company") (OTC PINK:HVCW) announces termination of its Regulation A offering.
There were 12,500,000,000 Shares being offered at a price of $0.0004 per Share with a minimum purchase of 10,000,000 shares per investor. The maximum aggregate amount of the Shares offered was $5,000,000 (the "Maximum Offering"). CEO, Bobby Tetsch, states, "The company has found better ways to raise capital that is less dilutive to shareholders. We have listened to our shareholders, and this will ultimately be in the best interest for current and future stockholders."
The company also filed its financials last week. The limited information tag should be removed at any moment and return to fully reporting status.
MPS has already solidified several relationships within the solar panel installation industry where they will be able to absorb all projects that have not been completed to date.
"Taking care of the customer is our ultimate objective and this is the best way to accomplish that going forward," says Tetsch.
There is great opportunity for mergers and acquisitions in the space and the company has already been in negotiations with several companies.
"There are a multitude of smaller companies that will benefit from our resources such as lead generation, consulting, marketing, sales, and recruiting. Each party, having an equity stake, creates the perfect environment to help grow the business," says Tetsch.
A share structure update as well as additional opportunities will be announced soon.
It's never "soon"
Oh well...

The number appears functional, with a Modern Pro Solutions answering service. I've been on hold for a few minutes for the "receptionist".
I just got through after about 3 minutes and was able to leave a voice mail for Bobby/Investor Relations requesting the present status of the business
I wonder what happens to Modern Pro Solutions' business and all the customers that are owed installations and such.
A true mystery and the guy just up's and goes dark?
Just going to add this one to my bag and keep on keepin on...
Looks like Bobby Tesche has gone completely AWOL on this solar company and it's shareholders.
Non responsive to any tweets or phone calls
Until volume comes, everyday here is a heart attack
Actually...they won't.
They never are
I sincerely don't think they even understand that they are a publicly trading company. There's no benefit of them being a publicly traded company
Hahahaha...those good ol' LINE customer service representatives dishing out the same old sentence structure for many years.
Lawyers and accountants to discuss?
It certainly is going to be interesting to see what happens once the stock loses $1 per share
Looks like we'll be buying another supermax to add to the fleet
ENOUGH SAID
Volume today is outstanding!
I was not expecting a close like that and volume is slowly increasing
Devastating day today
Sad and pathetic day today I see
I'm just so shocked that there's no volume ahead of this move
I know I was hating the fact that we cannot edit our posts from ihub's mobile app so I had to immediately correct that volume figure.
Not certain what the stocks made your malfunction is but if we ever surpass four cents a share again, if it's on news, I may add to my position
-99.99% today lol
I mean 500,000
We need volume of 500M+ for this to get any attention
Yes thank you, however those were different times just one year ago. Everybody was trading momentum... Anything with a hot story. Those days are long gone.
I made my gravy off of this stock back then. I can't imagine having held. I would be down hundreds of thousands of dollars instead of up $230,000 or so. Even though I was ridiculed for doing so on a daily basis, this formally was my job. I'm still an active participant in the markets but simply watching from the sidelines. There doesn't seem to be Momo in anything these days
Oh I'm never going to quit trading. I've been trading full time since 1995. But ever since the SEC started cracking down on OTC stocks in tandem with unscrupulous scumbag CEOs diluting the crap out of their own stock, destroying the very shareholders that helped raise capital for the company to begin with, I've taken pause...
I'm very rarely on IHUB. I'm onto other ventures..real estate and other things to take my mind off of the destruction on the OTC. I'm still in all of my positions but it's just not worth obsessing over them every minute of every day and posting my thoughts and frustrations. It's just not worth my health or sanity
Is there still a discord channel with this drunk moron spewing his 100% complete bullshit?
I'm still cracking up
I'm not really sure. I left Bobby two very detailed formal voicemails, one posing as a customer and then another one posing as a shareholder. He hasn't returned either call.
And some of us made that same amount of money day trading the shit out of garbage stocks like this
I honestly don't follow any of that. I've lost track of what this moron is doing. I'm just curious if the company is still in business or have they permanently closed their doors? I haven't seen him post anything on Twitter and he does not respond to any of my voicemails that I leave him
I am a block trader. I trade large blocks of stock in today. I made over 200,000 on this particular stock but I am not down $200,000 on it right now either so I came out ahead. Over the course of time from months to years, if this company does manage to survive, the share price will reflect same and chances are I could potentially come out a huge winner. I could also be in fantasyland. Everybody have a great weekend
But I thought modern pro solutions is permanently closed?
Does anyone else notice the intense amount of negative energy being tossed into the universe on this particular stock? Does anyone seriously think David Michery reads any of these posts? Does anyone seriously think he reads Twitter comments? Months and months of negativity and for the most part unless you are intraday trading this, you have lost your entire ass on this investment. But what is the use of complaining? Just go about your day, do other things to make money and in time perhaps this stock will eventually stabilize and recover if and when they actually begin to utilize their marketing team to bring brand awareness. So far, to date I have not seen any evidence of any type of news media coverage, commercials, billboard advertisements, teaser type videos showing what this company is up to and what to look forward to in the future. I'm not sure why they even have a marketing team if they are just sitting on their hands. The dilution will of course continue so the company can raise money from shareholders willing to support the stock. And if David does decide to perform a reverse stock split, then everybody here and on Twitter is going to be royally screwed. And that's how the cookie crumbles
Ignore it
Everyone ignores it
This stock is single-handedly assisting me in making back a shit ton of money I've lost in other stocks. I'm so happy I purchased this while everybody was bashing it a couple of months ago
Just another sad sad day here
I called that number as well and left Bobby a very long detailed message. I do not expect any semblance of a response
Here we go again....down
Hahahaha
One would indeed think the pps would get some type of reprieve....Bobby T fails so far but i do believe it will eventually turn around as these cd note holders/toxic financers slow down/cease their conversions and distribution into the open market to monetize
You win some you lose some. Some of my largest profits I've actually come from dead ticker symbols that I've held for years. I'm not saying that's going to happen here of course but in the others that I'm down on big, you just hold on to them and one day they become lotto winners
Hahahaha
