Good for you, I guess you've been slapping the ask at these levels.
Why is BMAK playing at such low volume and locked up shares?
Not saying it's dead, just saying it's not done. If you look at the filing there are a lot of outs.
So the deal is done as many of you say but the price keeps dropping, why is that? You are so sure it's a done deal but need a press release to say who's in charge? I thought that was defined in the last PR?
I'm not a lawyer but if the deal is not officially done then one would think there are legal issues with this statement "Global Digital Solutions Inc. (GDSI) Acquires Privately Held Rontan Group of Brazil". You guys can call me what you want and say what you want but I know for a fact that the SEC has issues with GDSI's press releases and one could speculate this could be the one that pushed the limit.
Remember when they had all the Airtronic stuff on the website? Probably not because you all have only been on GDSI for a few months. Same story, website was all about Airtronic and guess what, deal never happened.
If it's on a website, and a nice new one, it must be true LOLOLOL
How about this "Goal" statement from 2013 website, can someone tell me where those services are being sold?
"Global Digital Solutions provides Design-Build services for SMART Technologies, primarily in the area of wireless data communications.
The Company provides these lines of business to the Commercial/Industrial Sector, Fortune 1000 companies, and Federal, State, and Local government."
You are wrong, i used to be a fan of GDSI but have turned negative after my conversation with the SEC and following research on Sullivan but we don't need to rehash that. The deal could be real or it could be dead, only time will tell. What is not real is all the talk about drawing connections between other businesses.
Oshkosh received a large military contract and Rontan sells Oshkosh so they will benefit from the contract .. wrong
GDSI used KPMG as the accountant for the opinion so KPMG must see what a big player GDSI is ... huh?
Rontan is in Brazil and so is Taurus so GDSI must be looking to buy Taurus for government contracts ... really?
The list goes on, strong hands are in play here all this nonsense helps nothing.
All the chatter about KPMG taking on GDSI like it was a big deal.
Who did Rontan use for accounting?
Can somebody post where KPMG does all of GDSI's accounting
Get all the press releases in before the sorry quarterly hits.
I think the simple truth is they want to convince themselves that there is a good reason for no press release yet.
Could be taking longer, could be a dead deal, could be cautious about press releases for reasons previously mentioned, nobody knows.
Just wonder if we'll see some end of year profit taking.
That is a scary statement, rather than wait for solid sales numbers he's pumping loose projections with statement like "I think" so he has an out.
Flip away but if you're long cash out now
You guys are missing his point. You're all out there saying deal is done and they will issue an 8K if and when they feel like it. What B is saying is they have to by law if the deal was done, not when they want to or when it's a good time.
How much are those pipes worth? You guys promote these peanut orders like this is going somewhere.
Is it a sale? How do we know this isn't all on consignment? What is the sell through?
Pump away but if you're long be careful.
I guess we will agree to disagree.
I never said I read that so can't post a link. Can post a name and phone number for an SEC attorney out of Miami but I will not do that.
You have money invested so anything negative is wrong and shameful so good luck, hope you get your dollar.
It's all about money, settlements don't mean there was no guilty party. Hope it's all legit but go in with eyes wide open.
The SEC apparently has some questions too.
Wish I had time to send you info. Look beyond his gdsi bio and really look into him and what he's done to stockholders
I have a feeling he's being very cautious with press releases.
That's not US dollars
Cigars are not that expensive and most of the profits will be taken by the retailer.
Does Rontan have any debt?
You guys don't get it. It goes to a character flaw in past scams. I read the whole lawsuit from 2003 and it's the same as summary posted by the link I provided.
My point, not the first time for Sullivan and recently departed Loppert.
You mean this company?
"The lawsuits were filed last May and June after Applied Digital's stock ran up from 47 cents to $2.40 in five weeks on the hype leading up to the first VeriChip implants. It quickly plunged nearly 30 percent -- in one day -- when the company admitted that no hospital or emergency-care center had agreed to use the scanner needed to read the information on the implanted chip."
Whole read

Do your DD on Applied Digital and Verichip, another pump scheme claiming technology they did not have. Yes they did get a lot or praise, before the truth came out. You can find the full lawsuit document too if you look for it, but I know you will not.
Might as well post it one more time, it's good DD for the newbies on GDSI CEO and former CFO.
"The plaintiff settled with GDSI's executives for an undisclosed sum last month. According to court documents, Sullivan and Loppert were accused of boosting Argo's shares from 25 million to 250 million -- claiming that there would be a $100 million initial public offering -- and then moving the new shares to rVue, leaving Argo to fold. "
LOL, I love it. Keep up with the logic and blue will start sending you PM's.
Same holds true to Rontan's relationship with Oshkosh Pierce and somebody posting contracts Oshkosh has for military vehicles. Posters want you to believe that GDSI, if merger goes through, gets those contracts.
The funny thing is nobody is listening but it keeps up day after day. If you have your shares and believe the merger is real, only time will tell not pumping this board but I guess that's how it's done.
First, I did not know GDSI was an authorized partner with Oshkosh. I know I'm ignorant but can you provide a link to that? I'm talking GDSI not Rontan.
Second, what does a government contract Oshkosh has with the government have to do with GDSI or Rontan?
Regarding Oshkosh partnership.
"In 1999, through a partnership with the biggest worldwide manufacturers of vehicles for fire fighters, Rontan became an authorized representative of the Oshkosh Pierce vehicles."
Ronan can resell the Pierce fire trucks, like a car dealer. That military contract has nothing to do with this partnership.
I think you guys just like pumping each other up. Only time will tell what the future holds for GDSI.
I like links, I'll post mine tomorrow with all the lawsuits against Sullivan for shareholder fraud
Keep pumping, it's a good investment because I read it on this forum
I think you guys should all slap the ask tomorrow instead of asking everybody else to
Why no bio after applied digital?
If I have time tomorrow I will dig back through the lawsuits against him during applied digital and later scams.
And I did change my mind after a phone call from a certain government agency questioning their press releases.
So why would Max merge with a company with no money? Where is Max getting his shares from? Where is the hedge fund getting theirs and guarantee from? Who dumped a couple hundred million after the news?
Nothing here makes sense. I have no money so a large company wth debt will merge with me. Really?
Ride the pump $1 will be here soon, lol
Look at Sullivan history, it's a repeat
DD shows Sullivan has a shady past, GLTA
But want to share structure be after the merge?
The more vocal the board is the more hopes peeps have to get their investment back
I hit this for a 4 bagger and will buy in when it gets back to 4's on no news
Why do you think REAL soon? Do you know something? Real soon you might hit a break even point.
Depends on the dips it's an easy flip
Actually, Loppert resigned but I'm sure he had some stock worth dumping like the old days of him and Sullivan.
I have been pro GDSI this whole time but must say I have cashed out. Sullivan had a class action back in 2002 and the one in 2013 and then knowing what I know, taking my 4 bagger and leaving. If the press release does come out, I will consider jumping back in.
After an interesting phone call I had yesterday, which i don't know if I am allowed to discuss, i decided to look into Sullivan a little more. Here is an interesting lawsuit from 2013 that makes me wonder the fate of GDSI.
"According to the complaint, Kates, Argo Chairman Richard J. Sullivan and Senior Vice President David A. Loppert —who all now hold top-level positions with rVue — perpetrated the fraud after getting into disagreements with the investor-plaintiffs.
The fraud allegedly involved the executives placing Argo's stock and other assets into rVue operating subsidiary rVue Inc., then allegedly organized a "pump-and-dump" scheme to raise capital from new investors.
In order to complete the scheme, the defendants increased the number of company shares from 25 million to 250 million, claiming the move was related to a $100 million initial public offering, but instead "spun out" those new shares, via a complicated scheme, under the unencumbered rVue business name, the suit claims.
Then, in a private placement, the Argo shares were placed under rVue and Argo was left to liquidate without operating assets, according to the complaint, which makes claims of fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. It seeks at least $5 million in damages."
What is BMAK up to?
I just had a few hundred sitting in the account and figured I would just pop those 48's to see if he would move. Either way, got another 91K at a good price. I'm in so low i'm not worried about a few trading fees.
I popped at BMAK a few times and they didn't move. I'm not a fan of wall street and the whole fake wall thing should be as illegal as half of what goes on. MY EOD paint job made me happy though, worth the $5
