So the deal is done as many of you say but the price keeps dropping, why is that? You are so sure it's a done deal but need a press release to say who's in charge? I thought that was defined in the last PR?

I'm not a lawyer but if the deal is not officially done then one would think there are legal issues with this statement "Global Digital Solutions Inc. (GDSI) Acquires Privately Held Rontan Group of Brazil". You guys can call me what you want and say what you want but I know for a fact that the SEC has issues with GDSI's press releases and one could speculate this could be the one that pushed the limit.

Remember when they had all the Airtronic stuff on the website? Probably not because you all have only been on GDSI for a few months. Same story, website was all about Airtronic and guess what, deal never happened.

If it's on a website, and a nice new one, it must be true LOLOLOL

How about this "Goal" statement from 2013 website, can someone tell me where those services are being sold?

"Global Digital Solutions provides Design-Build services for SMART Technologies, primarily in the area of wireless data communications.

The Company provides these lines of business to the Commercial/Industrial Sector, Fortune 1000 companies, and Federal, State, and Local government."
